Absolute Lifesaver! Exceptional Service on Memorial Day I woke up on Memorial Day morning to a broken water heater tank and no hot water. I left a message for Bee Quick Plumbing & Sewer Naperville and Elias called me back within 10 minutes. He came out the very same day to look at the issue! Elias walked me through all of our options, breaking down the pros and cons of each setup and giving me a clear, honest recommendation. He gave us a great price with no emergency or holiday markups. He and his apprentice arrived right on time at 9:00 AM the next morning to do the replacement. They hauled away the old tank, put in a premium high-recovery water heater, and ran all-new fittings. Elias even brought me downstairs afterward to walk me through the new unit, showing me how it worked and explaining exactly how to bleed the air out of the upstairs lines. I was impressed by Elias’s professionalism, efficiency, and thorough explanations that I actually walked him around the house to look at a few other lingering plumbing projects. He diagnosed our weak, easily clogged kids' toilet and our smart Delta VoiceIQ kitchen faucet, and is coming back this week to install /fix them. After trying Drano, a plunger and a late night run to HD for a drain auger (to no avail), we reached out to a local plumber. We heard back right away from the BQ dispatch team and Tomás was at our home 45 minutes later. He clearly explained the likely cause based on the symptoms and gave upfront pricing. We went with the more complete option (jetting vs. a simple rooting). He didn't get the results we were originally hoping for, so he went another step further and was able to locate the jam. After about 30 minutes in the crawlspace clearing the clog from the other side, we had felt flowing water from our pipes again! I had another question about an unrelated repair and he was quick to give me options there, as well. Thank you, Tomás! We're very happy with the timeliness and professionalism! 10/10 would work with him again.

We had some plumbing issues and had to call to see if Hydro-Man could come out same day to work on it, we figured we had a clog in our main sewer line. Josh came out same day spent 4 hours working on all of our plumbing issues! Our main line got rodded and he fixed our leaking pipes under our kitchen sink. He was so professional, very responsive! He got everything done quickly, cleaned up after himself, was super friendly, and our dog loved Josh. Before and after pictures.

From the time our 8 unit condo building was opened in 2016, until 2023, we had zero problems with plumbing. In late January 2023, after we had just gotten home from a trip to Tupelo, our main floor (we have a “duplex down”) kitchen sink water began rising on its own from drain water from upper floor units. My wife and I were like an old-time bucket brigade, running gallons from the sink to the powder room toilet to keep the water from cascading over our cabinets and onto the floor. We had a plumber come out and run a rod from under our kitchen sink into the main drain pipe, which started a drain flow of water again. This problem unfortunately returned in October 2023 (when we were just about to leave for vacation), as well as July and September 2024, July 2025 and most recently on November 3rd. Despite previously using two different large plumbing companies, none of them could locate where our building’s main 4” drain pipe was located (using metal detectors and cameras). So effectively each time they rodded from our kitchen, they were punching a small hole into the grease blockage, with the hole slowly closing back up. So we hired Suburban Chicago Plumbing Experts this time. They not only identified the problem, but also identified where our main drain pipes were located, and then went on to create new external clean-out pipes for our building so that now any future blockages can be gotten to easily. Suburban spent three hours using unique hydrojetting equipment which has a truck-based water heater furnace to melt away all of the grease which was clogging our line. And unlike most other plumbing companies, they also have their own vacuum truck, and sucked all the grease out of our front yard’s underground catch basin. I can’t recommend enough their expertise, their specialized equipment, and their attractive pricing. A terrific combination and value.

Suburban Plumbing Experts came out and handled my clogged line with real expertise, using both rodding and hydrojetting to get the job done right. The team was courteous and professional throughout, and they actually took the time to walk me through what they found and answer all my questions instead of just rushing out the door. You can tell these folks genuinely care about solving the problem thoroughly rather than just getting to the next job. I'll definitely call them next time I need plumbing work.

Mike/Teddy cleaned out the house sewer lines today! In less than 2 hours, taking out big tree roots on the inside. they also vacuumed the grease basin taking out years of buildup that made the back of the house stink! completely and professionally. good quality work at reasonable cost. not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive. what i appreciated most was they had a friendly conversational personality. they took the time to explain things when I had questions and walked me through their process. that's what separates good service from Great Service.

Hired Tony's Drain & Sewer cleaning to inspect the sewer line at my home. They were super easy to work with, priced competitively, and even managed to fit me in next day. George showed up on time (a few minutes early, actually) and was friendly, courteous and easy to work with. He did the inspection while i looked on, and he took his time and stopped to explain everything that we were seeing as the inspection progressed. He explained that all the drain inspection videos and reports were reviewed by a second person at the office before they were distributed to clients, so it's good to know a second pair of eyes is also reviewing the results. I would highly recommend Tony's to anyone looking for inspection services.

I can’t say enough good things about Jorge and the work he did unclogging the main drain at my house. As a young homeowner, situations like this can be stressful and overwhelming, especially when you’re worried about costs and whether someone is going to take advantage of you. Jorge was extremely understanding from the start and treated me with honesty and respect the entire time. Very pleased with my experience with Tech PSD! I had a clogged sewer line in my home and had been recommended Tech PSD. I made a call in the morning and a crew was sent out the same day. We have used Keeley twice for plumbing issues and they have been absolutely fantastic both times. We had another big name plumber come in previously and they couldn’t even find the shower drain. Keeley found and fixed the drain/leak in the cleanest way and with excellent service. Additionally, we just had a leaking shower head and again they not only took their time explaining the problem but also fixed the issue and provided advice to avoid problems in the future. The team did great work and we will continue to use them for our plumbing needs.

My husband called Keeley's to come out and take a look at a possible leak below our primary bathroom. Kyle and Mikey arrived on time (a little early actually) and were very friendly, personable, and professional. Especially as a young woman who was home alone, I felt comfortable and safe having them in my home. They spent time thoroughly looking at and testing multiple areas to diagnose the issue, and even went out and bought an additional tool to be able to fix our leaking tub spout right then and there. They wore booties over their shoes in our house, and diligently cleaned up after themselves when they were done. It was a very smooth process, and Kyle and Mikey made it that much easier - great customer service. We shared a few laughs, and they did a courtesy sump pump check as well. Kyle answered all of my questions with patience, and showed extensive knowledge of the industry. TLDR; Kyle and Mikey were here for about 2 hours total, they fixed the leak, and the price was extremely reasonable. You know those times when life just gets chaotic and of course, when it rains, it pours? Well this was one of those times because literally, it was pouring. My aunt Nancy called me in a panic because her toilet was flooding and left it up to me to help her. I called MDM for a sewer line inspection related to the purchase of a new house. Denis contacted me on the way, and arrived well within his stated arrival window. His knowledge of plumbing was apparent, and his appearance and that of the company vehicle was completely professional. The sewer scope was completed quickly, and when I mentioned that my home was purchased as is, before the plumbing inspection, Denis offered to take the time and check the rest of the system. Denis identified several issues I was aware of, and a few I hadn’t noticed, presenting reasonable solutions to all my potential issues. He provided no nonsense answers to my product questions, and ignored the opportunities I left him for unnecessary upselling. MDM only required a 30% deposit on work , rather than the 100% I’m used to. Billing was to be done by the job, rather than at an hourly rate. We decided on a course of action, and a repair was scheduled 5 days later. Denis returned, again right on time and professionally attired, and got to work immediately. The quality of his work was exceptional, and he worked quickly and efficiently. While he was there (2pm-6pm) he completed 3 major repairs, and three minor repairs. No corners were cut, and his attitude was clearly “right or wrong” rather than “good enough”. I did not see him take a break during those four hours. All repairs were completed to the highest possible standard and I have nothing but good things to say about MDM. Their technicians are skillful professionals, they use the highest quality materials, I experienced no pushy sales tactics or upselling, and the work was completed quickly, efficiently, and correctly. I believe it would be foolish to work with any other company.
