Update: Jay's response to this claims the phones were down and they are contacting me which is a lie. No one has reached out to me or stopped by the house they trashed. They are just saying this to try to look better to make it look like they care...they do not. And if the phones were not working then how was I able to speak to someone each time I called and each time I was told Ashley was in a meeting and would send you a message. Was the internet or cellular service down too? We called Jay's Plumbing for a clogged drain next to a toilet. The adjacent tubs had sewage water mixed with drain cleaner backed up. The shower had 3" of standing sewage water. George, who arrived in a 24/7 Plumbing truck, which by the way shares the same license as Jay's, formally located off Ogden Avenue in Downers Grove, said he would have to pull the toilet to get a camera in the line. George was informed there was a significant amount of drain cleaner in the drains and tubs in our attempts to fix the problem. At no time did George caution us on any potential problems as a result of pulling the toilet. 10 minutes later, he pulls the toilet and does not siphon the sewage water out of the adjacent backed up toilet and tubs and floods our bathroom and downstairs. I immediately called Jay's and asked for a supervisor to go to the house. I was told, "everyone is in a meeting." We spoke to a "supervisor" later on George's phone who said no one was available to come out and someone would call us. George reset the toilet and left saying, "I'll let my office deal with this." He had to use our own bath towels to clean up his mess but left when our ceiling was still leaking and we were left to clean it up ourselves. Our property sustained significant damage. We lost personal property damaged from the sewer water mixed with drain cleaner and have a damaged ceiling. We have called eight times asking for Ashley (Ellis), the "supervisor" to call us back and have repeatedly asked for the insurance information. All of our calls have been ignored. This occurred over two weeks ago and we have still received nothing from Jay's and/or 24/7 Plumbing. After this incident, we spoke to someone else who used Jay's and learned the same pattern of company response to a problem.

Had some preventive work on my main sewer line done. Jays is a local business I called. The initial call was great and they scheduled the job. Arturo was my tech. He showed up on time, was friendly and was a good plumber. He showed me the before camera shots, rodded the line and showed me the after shots. He made some recommendations on how to maintain. All-in-all a great experience with Jays and Arturo!

We’ve been customers before and have lived in Downers Grove for many years, so this was especially disappointing. We were quoted $79 for a diagnostic inspection, but when the plumber arrived, we were told it would be $240 for a visit that lasted about five minutes. My wife was the only one home at the time, and the sudden price change felt misleading. Honest, upfront pricing matters — and this experience did not reflect that.

Process was smooth for my under sink drain repair Blandy. and Phil arrived on time with ensuring I understood how they were going to complete repair of galvanized pipe to replace with PVC pipe. As with old pipe nothing was easy but They both completed the repair with honest, fair pricing. Went the extra effort to ensure job was satisfactory . Thanks

This is an awesome company. I used their services in 2016. And they are still just as good as they were with my first job. Very professional, very knowledgeable, highly recommended. I tend on using them again for a major tub and surround removal. Great job, guys.

Great experience with Wiz Plumbing during a recent water heater replacement! The crew was polite, professional and very responsive. The technician Blendi was outstanding and Derek did a great job managing the project. The office manager Felicia stayed in communication and made sure all of our issues were resolved. Can’t say enough good things about our experience and will absolutely be using this team for future plumbing needs!

Josh, the owner, texted me updates on their arrival and they completed the service in a prompt, professional manner. During the heavy rain and bad storms we had at the end of August my sump pump stopped working I called Hydro jetting, drain & cleaning and had the pleasure of working with an amazing talented group of people. Josh answered his phone immediately, and although he was not able to make it out right away, he had Jack get in touch with me. Based on a picture and videos Jack was able to have all of the equipment needed, was at my house within an hour and my sump pump was installed . He was professional, and left everything looking immaculate. When Josh was done with the job he was working doing he came to make sure everything was running smooth. I was unable at that point to schedule an appointment with Josh to come back the following Friday and replace my back-up sump pump. When Josh came back, he brought Sammy with him, again a talented, professional and hardworking employee I woul call Josh again for all of my plumbing needs. He is priced fair, trustworthy, and beyond knowledgeable.

We had issues with our main sewer line. We received other quotes. Elias's insight, knowledge, expertise, and professionalism was in a class of his own. He also provided a great explanation as to what was going on, the concerns and also the options we had available. We didn't think we had options until we met with Elias and Bee Quick. With his expertise in the field he fixed the issue (efficiently, thoroughly and effectively) and saved us a significant expense and undertaking that wasn't necessary but deemed necessary by others. We are grateful to Elias and Bee Quick. He is the epitome of a class act and professional. I highly recommend and would encourage you to get a quote from Bee Quick before making final decisions elsewhere.

I had a main drain line issue and Bee Quick was one of three plumbers I contacted. His technical expertise, knowledge, and love of his trade are unparalleled. He diagnosed the problem, provided a quick turn-around schedule date to complete the work, and the work was completed professionally, cleanly, and quickly. I will never be contacting any other plumber ever again as a result. The quantity of 5 star reviews is very indicative of the service provided.

We needed the drain pipes replaced for about 1/2 the house. 90 year old pipes. First quote ( from another plumber ) was eye watering. Bee Quick did the job for less than 1/2 the other quote. They listened to my concerns and we quickly agreed on what they were going to do. The only thing I wanted, that they would not do would have been a code violation. ( politely explained ) Total pros and a pleasure to work with. If there was an option for 6 stars I would have given it to them.

Our house is 100 years old. Water was backing up into our basement shower. We called 3 companies and only Fair Plumbing sent someone out that same day. Manny used the camera and found that some clay pipes had shifted and rodding out the pipes did not clear the build up. The next day, Manny, Anthony and Gabriel arrived. A section of the basement concrete floor needed to be jackhammered to expose the pipe. Once exposed, they also found a hole in the sewer pipe and in the drain pipe. The clay pipes were replaced with a 10 foot PVC pipe, a new drain and two clean out traps were also installed. Anthony and Gabriel did a great job laying the new concrete and Manny made sure to keep us informed throughout the entire project. The team came on time, plastic was hung around the work area, they mopped the floor and did a great job cleaning up. They told us what they needed to do and they got it done. Thank you so much!

Jesus was prompt and very professional. He put in extra effort to clean the drain out, even though there was no clean out to use. After the clog was removed he ensured he cleaned the drain out to the best of his abilities. He communicated every step of the process very well. We will use The Fair Plumber again if the drain backs up in the future.

Our toliet had been sprouting water from the tank, as well as leaking from around the bottom. Thomas and Rolando from The Fair Plumbers came out, and replaced the wax seal which was pretty much nonexistent, replaced the supply line and reconnected the valve. They were quick, thorough, and informative. The office also did a good job communicating when the plumbers were scheduled and on their way. Overall a great experience!

Mike and Carmen did an amazing job! They were reasonably priced and very thorough. My basement drain was backing up from the sewer and they got everything cleared out of the main sewer line. They ran into some issues that they thought may cause problems in the future and they spent hours more than they needed to making sure everything was able to flow properly. 10 stars!

Carmen and his entire staff were awesome. We had an emergency and they came out right away. We have never used LaCassa before and we are extremely happy with the work. Carmen was very detailed in explaining the work he was going to do. He was very patient with all of our questions. They finished the job in one day and cleaned up everything. Nicole was super helpful with the process with permits and a payment plan. I would recommend LaCassa 100%.

Mike and Carmen were both incredibly helpful in solving my issues with two toilets that needed repair. They walked me through my options after assessment and provided recommended solutions. Additionally, they completed the repairs quickly and effectively. I will definitely continue to use them going forward.

Our technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and suggested the best option to correct our clogged pipe which was to blast through it. Both the The gentleman who came to assist my problem and the technician who installed my hot water tank were exceptional. It seemed like very nice gentleman and seemed to know what they were doing. The guy who installed the hot water heater did so while I was gone and by the time I got home, the job was done. The room where the hot water tank is kept was cleaner than it was when he started and better organized. He went above and beyond the duty. I thought he did an exceptional job. We have a specialty Kohler faucet in our first floor bathroom and the left handle was leaking. We asked our regular plumber to estimate how much it would cost to fix it and they estimated up to $1,500 because of the pedestal sink and replacing the specialty faucet. I thought that was a ridiculous price to fix the faucet so I asked my very knowledgeable friend to look at it. He suggested buying the valve to fit the handle and ask Ferrari Plumbing to fix it. So I bought the valve for $14 and Ferrari Plumbing came in and fixed it for $375. Wes and Josh were very professional. They were well dressed, articulate and respectful of our home and our time. They had some difficulty getting the old, rusted valve out but they worked together and got the job done. Setting up this appointment was also a very good experience. They came when they said they were going to come and I even got a text 15 minutes before they arrived. We’re so happy they were able to save our existing faucet and fix it like new. As an added bonus, we had a minor issue with the toilet and Wes fixed that for free. I highly recommend Ferrari Plumbing and look forward to using them for years to come.

When our water heater failed one January evening, my first thought was to call Ferrari Plumbing, they've always taken excellent care of us in the past. Wes and Josh arrived on time the next day, walked us through the process, and had a replacement installed in about 2 hours. No muss, no fuss, no mess. When I asked questions about other jobs in the house, Wes took the time to explain what would be involved and said to call if we decided to proceed. I noticed my sump pump line outside my unit was bubbling water over the outside pipe. I called Courtesy Plumbing and they arrived at my unit within an hour. Justin performed an assessment and determined my line was full of roots from surrounding trees. To remediate the issue, another piece of equipment was needed and maybe a second person. Justin was able to add another drainage line to push water away from my unit until he was able to return with equipment. Justin was able to rod out the line and I could not believe the mass amount of roots he removed!!! Justin is always professional, detailed, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything that needs to be done for repair. Nick G was incredible! Punctual, friendly and respectful. I recently moved into a new home built in the 70s. Quickly found a laundry list of plumbing issues to take care of. Nick came out to provide a free inspection and quote out repairs. He succinctly determined what was needed, performed an impromptu gas leak repair, and came back a few days later to make the necessary repairs. Thanks Nick, and thanks Courtesy Plumbing!

Justin could not have not more professional, friendly & sweet. He was extremely knowledgeable & was able to identify and repair the problem straight away. There was no hedging and hogging and what might be and what we should do. He told us to do this and it will be fixed and it was. The price was comparable to other companies and also fair. I have not had interaction with other people from his company but if they are as wondrous as he is.. they would have a customer for life in me.

Responded same day with nearly immediate service. Very friendly people, very transparent, honest, helpful, fairly priced. Had a blockage 150' out and they sorted it quickly and showed me all the video confirming inspection, root cause of problem and provided preventative maintenance suggestions.

My husband called Keeley's to come out and take a look at a possible leak below our primary bathroom. Kyle and Mikey arrived on time (a little early actually) and were very friendly, personable, and professional. Especially as a young woman who was home alone, I felt comfortable and safe having them in my home. They spent time thoroughly looking at and testing multiple areas to diagnose the issue, and even went out and bought an additional tool to be able to fix our leaking tub spout right then and there. They wore booties over their shoes in our house, and diligently cleaned up after themselves when they were done. It was a very smooth process, and Kyle and Mikey made it that much easier - great customer service. We shared a few laughs, and they did a courtesy sump pump check as well. Kyle answered all of my questions with patience, and showed extensive knowledge of the industry. TLDR; Kyle and Mikey were here for about 2 hours total, they fixed the leak, and the price was extremely reasonable. My husband and I are very grateful, and we will be calling Keeley's again should the need arise. Thank you!

The lady who answers the phones was so nice, I knew this would be a great expierence from the start. I had Kyle out this morning for a potentially disastrous situation. My wife had concerns that our toilet was leaking and was going to flood our house. Fortunately there was no major issues and was an easy fix. Kyle and his assistant were knowledgeable and polite. They even took time to talk to my 4 year old daughter and make her laugh. Super cool guys and would certainly have them back next time I need a plumber.
