I highly recommend them!! We had interacted with multiple plumbing & HVAC companies, and J Sewer & Drain Plumbing is the BEST, most professional, transparent, sincere, competent, and reliable. They communicated well with us about the work that needs to be done and when they did, they covered the entire area. We were doing bathroom remodeling at the same time. While the contractors did a nice work, they left a huge mess, dust everywhere, they were mixing glue, cutting tiles on our living room without covering our furnitures, floors, other rooms, etc. They are on our cell and will reach out if any plumbing related issues arise.

I know when people read reviews there's normally a little skepticism like, "Is this legit?"; I'm here to tell you from my experience with working with these guys LITERALLY RIGHT NOW, they have been GREAT. From their initial diagnostics, to their scheduling, the work, everything has been exceptional! They arrived promptly (actually early), and sent over professionals to deal with a busted cast iron mainline pipe that was found to be cracked. I had an emergency backed up pipe on a Sunday and Tech PSD was great. They were incredibly responsive when I called and sent someone out right away. Robert came and fixed it very quickly and was super helpful / kind. They were recommended to me by a friend and I recommend them as well!

From the time our 8 unit condo building was opened in 2016, until 2023, we had zero problems with plumbing. In late January 2023, after we had just gotten home from a trip to Tupelo, our main floor (we have a “duplex down”) kitchen sink water began rising on its own from drain water from upper floor units. My wife and I were like an old-time bucket brigade, running gallons from the sink to the powder room toilet to keep the water from cascading over our cabinets and onto the floor. We had a plumber come out and run a rod from under our kitchen sink into the main drain pipe, which started a drain flow of water again. This problem unfortunately returned in October 2023 (when we were just about to leave for vacation), as well as July and September 2024, July 2025 and most recently on November 3rd. Despite previously using two different large plumbing companies, none of them could locate where our building’s main 4” drain pipe was located (using metal detectors and cameras). So effectively each time they rodded from our kitchen, they were punching a small hole into the grease blockage, with the hole slowly closing back up. So we hired Suburban Chicago Plumbing Experts this time. They not only identified the problem, but also identified where our main drain pipes were located, and then went on to create new external clean-out pipes for our building so that now any future blockages can be gotten to easily. Suburban spent three hours using unique hydrojetting equipment which has a truck-based water heater furnace to melt away all of the grease which was clogging our line. And unlike most other plumbing companies, they also have their own vacuum truck, and sucked all the grease out of our front yard’s underground catch basin. I can’t recommend enough their expertise, their specialized equipment, and their attractive pricing. A terrific combination and value.

We had a major plumbing issue in the basement of one of the properties we managed. There was a backed up sewage line and left easily a foot of waste on the floor that needed to be disposed of and sanitized. One plumber told us we had to find someone to clean it up (which was odd to me because that seems like a hazard of the job) and then we called a second plumber and he could not get past a few feet with his scope. Mike and his team was able to clear the line all the way to the street and cleaned and sanitized it in a few hours. It has held great for a few months but we need a more permanent solution that the landlord cannot afford at this time but we will be using Mike and his team to help us when the time comes.

New catch basin, new sump pump, fixed existing wall whole and re-hung outside post to the way it should have been originally! As a bonus, they empty a big waste can of my stuff! I needed a water heater installation for a tenant and JSewer and Drain did NOT disappoint. Diego and Luis were exemplary plumbers. All of JSewer’s crew are amazing! They are my go to plumbers. I found them last February and I’ll always call them for all my plumbing needs. The tenant stated “that’s an amazing water tank.” They’re very pleased.

When Diego arrived to my house I told him that there was something wrong with my water system before he started working. The cold supply line to my water heater was shut off I drained my water heater overnight but when I woke up this morning water was still flowing out. This meant cold water was leaking into my hot water pipes and back into my water heater. Although I told the team working on my water heater replacement this information as soon as they walked in they cut into the hot side pipe knowing that there was running water in it. This this started to flood my furnished rental apartment in my basement. Instead of trying to cap the leak The Operators started to try and soak up the leak. The water continued to leak until they finally went back to Home Depot to buy a new shut-off valve. It is my opinion that when a customer let you know there's a problem you should come up with a plan before cutting a pipe with running water in it. All I wanted was a simple apology from management but instead Jesus gaslit me into believing that this was how the work was supposed to be done and that he had 25 years of experience and these things just happen and I should be thankful that somebody was willing to work on Sunday. Regardless if they flooded my basement or not. The hot water did get installed and the damage was minimal (only because me and my renter worked diligently at mitigating the flood) so i paid what was owed but i will not be fooled to believe this was the best service that i could have recieved.

Had a great experience with J. Blanton Plumbing in all regards. I had a camera inspection as well as a Hydrojet cleaning/rod/flush of my 70' main 6" sewer line from the house to the street. -The office staff was very professional and polite on the phone, answering any and all questions. When they had to reschedule, they notified me both by email and phone in a timely manner. -The camera inspection was done by George and Raul (pictured). They were prompt, professional, and detailed with the description of the process. I do all the trades and wanted to watch the inspection for my own personal reference and we were able to see together where the problems were in the main and at what specific distances. I was given several options for resolution on the spot with price quotes up front. After they finished with the camera inspection, they removed all tools carefully and cleaned up properly after the job. -The next day I was scheduled for a Hydrojet/rod/flush of my main and was met by Hubert, who was the Technician. He was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable in all regards. He had everything that he needed for the job, including camera, rod, water source, and Hydrojet, so nothing was missed and the job could be completed in one shot. Again, I wanted to watch the inspection/Jetting/rodding, so I was right next to Hubert as we watched the progression on the screen while the camera was advancing. The line was cleared distal to medial, with a final inspection of the camera, recording the fully cleared line. We also noted a couple of bellies in the line, holding a little bit of water, so Hubert was kind enough to note them outside with distance (I flagged them), to give me a reference if/when I need to replace those sections. When Hubert was finished, he carefully removed all of his tools and cleaned up after the job properly, being very respectful of our family's space. I know folks are going to ask about the price. Before any of this took place I thoroughly researched how much this costs from about ten different sources. I can tell you that, yes, J. Blanton was more expensive than everyone else, albeit, you have to take this with a grain. J Blanton was very professional, patient, thorough, clean, and personable. To other folks, only straight price matters and I understand that. For me personally, I am willing to pay a little more for great customer service and professionalism.

Dex and the crew literally saved our night (and our hardwood floors!) We got home from work and the kitchen sink was backing up with gross water and quickly started overflowing onto the floor. Between bailing out drainage water and panicking, Rescue Plumbing answered the phone in 2 rings and said we can help you right now. Not only did Dex and his team show up AFTER HOURS in the SNOW, they were warm, kind and jumped right into action to save my kitchen. They knew exactly what to do, explained it all to me, told me the costs right up front and stuck to it. Within 30 minutes they fixed our building’s drainage issue, cleaned up the kitchen neat as a pin and were out the door with a quick joke. I hope I don’t need to see them again but also if I need a plumber, they’re saved in my phone and getting every recommendation. 4 seasons and ABC told me I’d have to wait til tomorrow afternoon at the earliest and I think my floors would have been ruined from overflowing sink water if I didn’t have Rescue Plumbing. What a great and fast job they did! We have a bursted pipe and called them. In less than 1 hour Javier and Jimmy showed up and were able to quickly repair the pipe. They kept us informed of pricing and steps throughout the whole process. Javier was really good at identifying where the burst was and only had to do a small whole in the wall. 10/10!! This team was outstanding. Within 10 minutes of me calling they had three guys in the house working to fix my pipes. Ended up having 6 burst pipes during the Omar vortex that were really complex to fix and Dex and his team were fast and kept me updated the whole time. I have two small children at home and need water to properly care for them and he promised me no matter what he was getting me water by the end of the night. And they did for a good cost. I rarely write reviews unless I’m truly happy or unhappy. So here it is: It was 2 a.m. and my kitchen had a leak. Most places in the city weren’t responding, but Derek picked up right away. He calmly walked me through exactly what to do and made sure I stayed calm the entire time. I had a flight early that morning, and he helped me confirm there were no leaks before I left, all over the phone. Derek is fantastic. I’ll definitely be calling him again.

Derek was amazing! He came out the same day we reached out to check on our plumbing issue. Even though he didn’t have the part and all the stores were closed, he went out of his way the next day to pick it up and fixed everything that same day. Super fast, professional service.
