We had to replace our septic line; the city sewer line was NOT where the city claimed it was. This added a considerable amount of time and digging to locate it . I expected that to blow out the job estimate, but they worked hard to keep within it. As a retiree with rapidly dwindling savings, I really appreciate that.

Drains are flowing great, and the price was very reasonable. Total did a great job.

I called he came out on time. Told him my problem with the sewer pipe that is clogged. He was done in less than 30 mintutes. I thought his price was very reasonable and very easy to talk to. We will be using his service when we have more problems.

I highly recommend using this company. He was knowledgeable, kind, and timely. Our sewer backed up out of nowhere and this is just not my area of expertise. He came and fixed it quickly. I love this company. As soon as there is a need, they are on their way to you. I had exceptional service today from.Alik. Our wash tub had a clog and being that we just moved in our new house four months ago we decided to clean all the pipes and drains. Alik Was able to explain what was going on with the process and even showed us what nasty stuff like grease and even razor blades were found in our pipelines. Now we are squeaky clean. He was professional and very kind. We will always call on Roto-Rooter for our needs.

Nate and Jesse were phenomenal! Very professional and helpful with financing. Jesse even knows my neighbor and they are friends that like to hunt! Roto Rooter found out issues with my plumbing and service line where other companies overlooked. The only thing they forgot to do was turn the lever to let the toilet flush.

Job started with a friendly, professional person answering the phone that was able to get me a same day appointment. Appointment was for a 2 hour range and I was asked if it would be ok if the technician arrived early if they were able to and I said yes. Technician called and was ahead of schedule so was able to get my job started earlier than planned. Crew that arrived were also friendly and professional and offered us 3 options which we chose “best”. The issue with our plumbing has been an issue before and this was the first time that we were actually informed of what the actual cause was which was wonderful! I felt that we received excellent service for what we were charged. We also chose to have a restoration crew for the clean up that also came same day. This crew was just as friendly and professional as all of the other staff we encountered. The result of the clean up was above and beyond our expectations and worth every penny!! I can’t say how happy I am with this plumbing service! I have dealt with ROTO ROOTER in the past and have had nothing as far as fixing my problem!! My drains were completely cleared with jet and my sink and bathroom sink in lower level completely cleared with jet! They offer a 45 day guarantee on top of quick service!!! HIGHLY RECOMEND

Called and they came out same day. Very nice and knowledgeable. Didnt know I could have a root clog with no trees or shrubs near the house, but I did. Everything flowing great once again. I saved you to my contacts in case anyone asks who I use or recommendation. Suggestion would be invest in face shields for employees so they dont get backlash in face ever again.

From start to finish Frink's was great to work with. They answered when I called, got me scheduled same day, came even earlier than expected and the service of the tech was unmatched. Paul was knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing, answered all questions I had and most importantly educated me on how to prevent the problem I was having. Ive used TNT for a few years now for all of my plumbing and Rob (owner) has always been great and gets the problem fixed in a very timely manner. Today 7/10/25 I called to get my sink unclogged and a man named Jose answered and was very nice, he showed up within an hour and got my sink unclogged , was very professional and had a great attitude which is very important to me as a business owner myself. I highly recommend TNT. Happy Wife! I dont know about the Bad Reviews on here, I think Rob just had some bad employees at some point who are most likely not working for TNT anymore.

I had a bit of a panic over a backed up floor drain in my basement and went down a dark rabbit hole online about all of the things that could have caused it, and after seeing TNT recommended on a local web forum, I reached out. Rob was prompt and easy to deal with and he made it out to my house by end of day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I don't know anything about drains and he could have really ran me down the main drain into the sewer if he wanted too. An honest contractor with fair prices is worth their weight in gold or bitcoin in these times. I would send Rob to my grandma's house if she needed something, I don't know what else to say. 10/10 would recommend and use his services again.

I was referred to Eric by a friend and it was immediately clear why - He was knowledgeable and quickly fixed our drain issue (or should I say lack of any draining), then gave us some tips so he wouldn't have to come back for a long time to come! He also gave us some good insight into septic maintenance as well. On top of that he fit us in for quick service coming out the afternoon of the day we called. Would recommend you give Eric a call for any clogged drain needs.

Nelson Drain was recommended to me by my regular plumber because I needed a drain cleaned. Meeting Erik was like a breath of fresh air. I instantly felt at home with him and welcomed him into my home. He not only was a delightful man loaded with tons of great information, but he unclogged my washing machine drain within 15 minutes of his arrival I would STRONGLY to call Nelson Drains before I called anyone else. You will not be dissapointed.

I use Nelson drain a few times a year to rod out my drain Eric is always there the day I need  him. When my water is backing up in the lower level of my house it is nice knowing Nelson drain will come out when I need him. I'll go ahead and give them one star, just for the employee that answered the phone. I had an emergency faucet leak and called for assistance after hours. The man who answered my call was nice. He put in the request and told me that I would be receiving a call when an on-call plumber is available. Well, its officially been 24 hours since I made the call to Pearson and still havent received a phone call from anyone within the company. Luckily found someone else to get the job done. Bottom line: don't call Pearson for an emergency after hours.

A big thank you goes out to Pearson for getting to my house on the same day, they had to replace a condensation pump on my furnace and they were here within an hour when I called them. Thanks for your good service.

I had an estimate done on October 1 and requested quotes for multiple jobs. Unfortunately, I only received a quote for one of them — replacing a drain, overflow plate, and faucet — which they quoted at $450. Despite following up three separate times, I never received the remaining quotes. I kept getting excuses and delays, and eventually asked for a refund since they charged me $98 upfront but never completed the job of providing a full estimate. This company lacks communication, follow-through, and professionalism. If you’re looking for a business that values your time and provides timely service, I do not recommend this one.

Moving into a new area and needing to have a 23-year-old hot water tank being a senior. Well, we found @1 Plumbing Co that offers American made products. Their technicians Joe and Ricky were outstanding. As a senior I would recommend this company.
