During the heavy rain and bad storms we had at the end of August my sump pump stopped working I called Hydro jetting, drain & cleaning and had the pleasure of working with an amazing talented group of people. Josh answered his phone immediately, and although he was not able to make it out right away, he had Jack get in touch with me. Based on a picture and videos Jack was able to have all of the equipment needed, was at my house within an hour and my sump pump was installed . He was professional, and left everything looking immaculate. When Josh was done with the job he was working doing he came to make sure everything was running smooth. I was unable at that point to schedule an appointment with Josh to come back the following Friday and replace my back-up sump pump. When Josh came back, he brought Sammy with him, again a talented, professional and hardworking employee I woul call Josh again for all of my plumbing needs. He is priced fair, trustworthy, and beyond knowledgeable.

Had a kitchen drain completely backed up from grease (our fault). After many failed attempts at unclogging myself, contacted Noble Plumbing who came out the same day. Folks these guys just wouldn't give up! They ran their powered drain auger through the drain 10 times and didn't stop until they got the job done. It was like they couldn't let the clog beat them. However the thing that most impress me was their honesty. I had thought I needed to have the entire pipe configuration under the sink re-piped to avoid future issues. They told me the setup was perfectly fine. Most plumbers would have took advantage of my lack of knowledge and up sold me on a re-piping. If you want an honest and reliable plumber, contact Noble.

I had TR Miller come because I had a leak in my water heater, they told me I needed to replace the water heater for thousands of dollars because of another issue which turned out to be minor. Michael came and checked it out and repaired the leak fixed my upstairs faucet and installed a new faucet in the kitchen for a reasonable price. Honest good service. Going to be going back to Noble for all plumbing needs going forward. Thank you!!

Noble Plumbing was the only company that would work with me on my Warranty Swap for a Water Heater. After calling numerous companies for help and explaining what I needed done they ghosted our Family or scheduled to call back but never did. Noble Plumbing gave us a ballpark estimate of what the job will involve and they stuck to that. Omar was very professional and courteous and on time and respectful of property. Because of that I would definitely hire them for another job.

Called them on a Friday night for a recurrent issue we’ve had with our sewer backing up, which hasn’t happened in 5 years, nevertheless it needs to be taken care of fairly urgently. Javier spent a good amount of time explaining our options and what we can expect from the service tech coming out. Ended up going with Doctor Drain over the other companies that I called for bids on based on the amount of time they spent on the phone with me, and they were out here within 36 hours of my request. He took extra time working on everything and our drain flow better than it did even before the blockage stopped things up, and showed me where the sludge was collecting in our pipes. Today we encountered a serious problem at our home. The drain was clogged in all our toilets and main drain system in the home, as I called the drain doctor, he came out quickly within the hour, took care of the problem and discovered that there was roots in our sewer system. Very pleased with Best Price Sewer & Plumbing. First time ever using their service, I started to have issues with my shower drain. I started to do some research and came across Anthony I gave him a call and within 30 minutes he showed up I explain to him the situation he explained to me with details what’s causing this issue and how to prevent this in the future.. I am very satisfied and happy with this company. I live on the first floor of a 5 unit condo. So when there was an issue with it backing up in my condo I called Tony. He rodded it out but knew there was a bigger issue and it would not last. He was able to come the same day which was very fortunate for me. Now a month later it was necessary to replace some of the main line pipe. He was able to start on the project the next day saying it would take 2 full days. It was fixed in 2 days. When you’re in an emergency situation, you don’t have time to research the best company or the best price. You go with your gut and cross your fingers. Just a few days before New Year’s Eve, our sewer drains started backing up in the house. Thankfully, we realized quickly what was happening and stopped using water. At first, we thought the issue was limited to one bathroom, but it turned out to be much worse. I started calling several companies, including one I had worked with earlier in 2025. It was Sunday night, and no one answered at first. A few minutes later, H2Flo called me back. Within 30 minutes, two young plumbers were at my house assessing the problem. They used a camera to inspect the sewer pipes and reached a conclusion almost immediately. The cast iron pipe coming out of the house and connecting to the main sewer line was likely broken and misaligned. Because of this, there was little to no flow, and a large amount of wipes (!!) had accumulated in the gap, blocking what little space water still had to pass through. They tried removing some of the blockage, but explained that the pipe needed to be replaced and that they would need an excavator. Since they had to rent one, they couldn’t continue that night and would return in the morning. After they left, we realized that their initial cleaning had actually helped, and the drains were working again. Still, we were very careful with water usage that night, afraid the issue could come back. The next morning, they arrived (a bit later than planned) with the excavator and got to work. The entire job took about 3–4 hours. They did a great job, worked efficiently, and were very clean and professional inside the house while replacing the pipe. The other plumber I had worked with in the past later told me he could have done the job for less money. Maybe that’s true — but H2Flo answered an emergency call on a Sunday night, temporarily restored our drainage so we could use water again, and then completed a high-quality repair the very next day. That peace of mind is worth a lot. In the end, I’m very happy with the work and glad I supported a local, family-owned and operated business. Thank you very much, H2Flo!

Brian, and his helper Kyle, were very professional. They arrived on time and fixed the problem in short order. Very satisfied with the work completed. Would definitely use them again.

Brian was able to come out the same day we called. He replaced an oven gas pipe valve that was leaking, and he also turned on the gas afterward that Nicor had shut off the previous night, as well as the hot water heater. Very efficient and obviously knows what he's doing.

Process was smooth for my under sink drain repair Blandy. and Phil arrived on time with ensuring I understood how they were going to complete repair of galvanized pipe to replace with PVC pipe. Great experience with Wiz Plumbing during a recent water heater replacement! The crew was polite, professional and very responsive. The technician Blendi was outstanding and Derek did a great job managing the project. The office manager Felicia stayed in communication and made sure all of our issues were resolved. We had a clog somewhere in our line coming from our kitchen sink. Phil answered my call and was able to give me a fair price range over the phone along with a reasonable time window to complete the work. Most plumbers want to charge you a fee to come out and then close you while they stand in your home… I hate this practice so hiring Phil was easy. He called when he was wrapping up the job he was currently on to give me a heads up for timing and then texted when he was 10 min out. He showed up, was professional, had all the equipment needed for the job and got right to work. He had the sink flowing within 45 min and we couldn’t have been happier. He was respectful of our home as he would put on booties over his shoes every time he entered our home and cleaned up the area when he was done. His price came in at the lower end of our phone quote and he asked thoughtful questions about how I found him and his pricing practices. We would hire Phil and work with Sewer Sharks again without question. By the time he walked out of our home I had already sent a picture of his card to friends and family in the area. Tonight the sewer backed up into my house. I called so many places to come fix it for them to tell me not until the following day or a couple days. I called this company and Trent was very nice and forthcoming on the phone about pricing and eta. I thought it was going to take 3 hours to get someone but they were able to send someone out really quick! Trinidad and Gabriel were wonderful. Solution plumbing fixed a sink 2 months ago and gave me a warranty. The sink is still leaking. Called to make an appointment. When he arrived more than two weeks later he never fixed the sink. He sent estimates for other things he wanted to fix that were never requested. What good is a warranty if he cannot show up in a timely manner and repair the sink. What great customer service.

i was really happy with the plumbing service i got in frankfort. i had a laundry tub with some standing dirty water that needed to be drained, and the main drain there needed to be rodded out. they also replaced some old trap fittings. in the kitchen, the trap and strainer for the sink were swapped out as well. billy from the team showed up right on time and was very friendly and professional. they explained what needed to be done and gave me a clear price before starting, so i knew exactly what to expect. the cost was fair and felt reasonable for the amount of work. i liked that they have a good warranty for their work too. overall, the job was done neatly and without any hassle. i felt confident from the first phone call that everything would be handled well. i would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone in frankfort looking for a good plumber.

Frank was great and trustworthy! We called for a plumbing emergency where we had sewer water coming up in our basement. He came out in about an hour, cleared our pipes like others have done in the past, but took it a step further to figure out why it was happening using a camera. He showed us that our home pipes broke off from the public sewer. This was all on a Tuesday, and Frank worked with our town and county and fixed our major issue by Friday!
