I have nothing but good things to say about MAS plumbing. My initial call was after work, for a slow drain on my kitchen sink, I had a little bit of a slow drain throughout the week, and I thought I had time before things totally clogged up, so I scheduled my visit for the weekend (WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS SUCH A HARD THING TO FIND). I was told that MAS could have someone come out and perform an inspection and I signed up. I tried to see if I could fix the issue myself using a hand crank drain snake, and I wasn't getting anywhere. Low and behold, later that night my sink and dishwasher totally backed up, and I knew I needed help ASAP. I called MAS the same day at 9 p.m. and got a hold of their afterhours answering service, who let me know they would forward my call to the office to be addressed the next day. To my surprise, Carl called me back the same night! He offered to come out at 9 p.m. but let me know that since it wasn't really an emergency, he'd recommend that I just wait until the next day. He let me know that they could definitely get me in for the next day, and that he would probably be the one to come out and assist. Without Carl I wouldn't have been able to sleep, just getting a call back from Carl letting me know that MAS plumbing could be out the next day helped me rest easy. Carl came out the next day, and KILLED IT. Super kind, professional, skilled and also charismatic. He got the pro-sized snake out and got the job done in less than a couple hours. I could tell he really cared about the client experience, and he was super focused on getting the job done. Carl also went above and beyond and took a look at my drain line set-up so that I could ensure that it was pitched correctly. I can't recommend MAS enough. The customer service was excellent from start to slightly panicked late-night moment, all the way to when Carl came and won me over as a client for likely the rest of my time in this house. Ron you guys took my calll of a leaking pipe from the main water and despatch response was fast Jason tackled the pipe review the job as he was driving to the job and cap the pipe review and we had service in the apartment in a few hours I always call this company never had a guys that ever ran into any problem they no what they doing screw the price it’s a peace of mine it’s fix right( then about I think I get a break my hot water tank started to leak at my house as soon as I call in a half hour window they had a new tank on to the job site as Eric was installing he found a pipe that any time it would of started a leak maybe not that day but one day if I’m not home owners nightmare great company f the money sleep easy no worries

Our sewer had backed up. Caleb came out quickly, cleared the problem, and provided us with a great video of our pipes all the way to the connection with the city sewer. Great service at a very reasonable price. We have our new plumber for any future plumbing work!

We contacted Journeymen Plumbing and received a call back from Caleb the same day. He was very professional and friendly and booked an appointment for the following day. Kyle unclogged the kitchen sink drain and fixed a low pressure faucet. He was very knowledgeable, professional and listened. He covered the floor before setting his equipment down, which I really appreciated. His work was high quality at a very fair price. I will definitely use their service again.

I called Journeymen plumbing out for some dishwasher and tub leaking issues, both of which they were able to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot, resulting in both issues being fixed. Over the phone I talked with Caleb who was very pleasant and professional to talk with, and then Noah was the technician that arrived to the house. Noah was also very pleasant, communicative, and easy to talk with. He walked through all the steps of the repair with us before doing it, and very nicely showed us the problems and what needed to be fixed. Overall, I was very happy with our experience with the company!

Drain Masters was recommended to me by two friends at the gym for what I thought was a plugged toilet drain line. They came by within a day of my call, diagnosed the problem at no charge, and told me I could fix it myself, or have them repair the issue at what I thought was a pretty reasonable price. I elected to do it myself to save the money as it was a pretty simple fix. They were honest and comfortable to deal with. I will definitely be calling these guys again for any plumbing issues I have.

This is the second time we’ve used drain master to route our Floor drain by washer/dryer prevent back ups! They are Extremely professional, and cleaned the area after the work was done. They charged a reasonable fee, they were on time and full of helpful information. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area who Have plumbing issues.

What I thought was a simple laundry clog turned out to be a much larger sewer job. Even though Justin was slotted for what was probably a fast job, he was still able to quickly adapt thanks to being incredibly prepared and having everything he could need in his truck, didn't have to run out for parts or tools even once. I had a wonderful experience with 1-Tom-Plumber from start to finish. They answered my call right away after I discovered my old water heater was leaking, which honestly caught me off guard since it was only about 8 years old. I had a big bulky 75-gallon Richmond power-vent water heater, and by the time I noticed the issue, water was leaking throughout my basement. To make matters worse, some of my existing plumbing lines were already corroded and beginning to leak as well. I went a full week without hot water while trying to figure out the best long term solution, which was incredibly stressful. When 1-Tom-Plumber came out, they were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of my replacement options without pressure. After talking it through, I decided to upgrade to a tankless “endless hot water” system. I’m so glad I did. The new system works amazingly well. I never run out of hot water, and unlike traditional systems, it doesn’t require a specific hard-water softener, so I didn’t have to invest in an additional water softening system. It also doesn’t require costly yearly flushes, which was a huge plus for me. On top of that, the system comes with a 15-year manufacturer warranty and is made right here in America, which gave me even more confidence in my decision. The workmanship was truly top-notch, the installation was clean, and everything was explained clearly along the way. I’m extremely happy with my experience and the upgrade. Our water heater, at the 12-year mark, finally died, and I called a few local HVAC companies, including our regular HVAC company in Winfield. They couldn't help immediately, wanting to schedule an appointment for a later date, and that wasn't going to work. So I remembered Ferrari Plumbing, which I passed many times going to work, and I called them. They were literally here in ten minutes, and within two hours, I had a brand new water heater installed. Brand new valves were installed—the same high-end water heater that I had before, the same brand, at least. Wes and his assistant, Josh, were just absolutely fantastic, and they put up with my grumpy attitude to boot. I can't say enough about them. The work they did was fantastic, and needless to say, I'm appreciative of their spur-of-the-moment service. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

The shower had no hot water. We called Restore plumbing and drain. The woman who answered the phone was very nice. John came the next day to inspect and explain the possibilities in detail. Quick in and out. Half as much as a plumbing company I've been using for years with the same product and quality. Friendly and fast. I believe in paying fair wages and paying what for what you get but the other guys were ridiculous for what the job is. If I wasn't old and fat now....I could do it myself but it would take me a whole day lol! we had an amazing repair experience today in our basement fixing a broken pipe below the concrete slab which was leaking sewer gas. terrific crew came on a Saturday and did incredible job including the cleanup and an extra small item that was outside the scope of what we paid for. highly recommend and thanks for Google Gemini who recommended we contact them.

Jack Simonson was great! Had 5 different companies for quotes in my sewer line. He was the most honest and transparent of the plumbers. He gave me a estimate onsite and did not try to upsell me like the others. Scottish Plumber made sure the hydro jet and stent was done timely and show me the before and after.

Elliot is a thorough, professional, and proactive plumber. He went above and beyond while he was at our home, found the core issue after detailed troubleshooting, and made sure our pump worked properly. We really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to ensure everything worked as it should. After calling 4 plumbers and getting ghosted (not sure why), it was a huge relief to speak with someone over the phone to schedule Elliot to come by and help us out. Scottish Plumber has an excellent system and brought a great plumber! Update: we had Carlos come to install a new back up sump pump and check valve and he was prompt, kind, and careful!
