5-stars all the way for the 'Hydro-Man' and his team. The communication from when I reached out to the completion of the service was exceptional. Josh, the owner, texted me updates on their arrival and they completed the service in a prompt, professional manner. Additionally, Josh and his team were more than happy to educate me on my sewer system and welcomed me to watch the entire process. As a new homeowner, it was invaluable to spend time learning about the plumbing in my home while simultaneously receiving top notch service. I will be a repeat customer!

We had a significant block-up of our sewer line out to the street and Josh and his most-helpful assistant Sam made extra effort to address the problem quickly when returning from a trip when I chose to jet the entire sewer line out to the street. Josh is a very friendly, competent and professional provider of an obviously important service. He and Sam spent a good part of an afternoon using multiple techniques and tools to overcome large snarls of roots and lips on the pipe out to the street. Sam operated the camera to indicate the best way forward and examine the pipe after successful jetting. They make a great team and I highly recommend them for any jetting that is needed. My only hesitation between 4 and 5 stars was the rather insignificant guarantee of their work. Josh offered only a rather insignificant six months! He must have enough sewer block jetting jobs to note when they have asked for another service to offer a guarantee/warrantee based on experience. From my experience, even with auger sewer pipe cleaning, it should be much longer than six months..

I completely agree with all the glowing reviews—this company is exceptional! I cannot recommend their services highly enough. Josh and his team were outstanding from start to finish. He responded promptly to every call and text, addressed my request quickly, and resolved our issue while taking the time to explain each step clearly. If I ever face another issue, I won’t hesitate to call Josh and Hydro-Man Jetting & Drain Cleaning LLC again!

Update: Jay's response to this claims the phones were down and they are contacting me which is a lie. No one has reached out to me or stopped by the house they trashed. They are just saying this to try to look better to make it look like they care...they do not. And if the phones were not working then how was I able to speak to someone each time I called and each time I was told Ashley was in a meeting and would send you a message. Was the internet or cellular service down too? We called Jay's Plumbing for a clogged drain next to a toilet. The adjacent tubs had sewage water mixed with drain cleaner backed up. The shower had 3" of standing sewage water. George, who arrived in a 24/7 Plumbing truck, which by the way shares the same license as Jay's, formally located off Ogden Avenue in Downers Grove, said he would have to pull the toilet to get a camera in the line. George was informed there was a significant amount of drain cleaner in the drains and tubs in our attempts to fix the problem. At no time did George caution us on any potential problems as a result of pulling the toilet. 10 minutes later, he pulls the toilet and does not siphon the sewage water out of the adjacent backed up toilet and tubs and floods our bathroom and downstairs. I immediately called Jay's and asked for a supervisor to go to the house. I was told, "everyone is in a meeting." We spoke to a "supervisor" later on George's phone who said no one was available to come out and someone would call us. George reset the toilet and left saying, "I'll let my office deal with this." He had to use our own bath towels to clean up his mess but left when our ceiling was still leaking and we were left to clean it up ourselves. Our property sustained significant damage. We lost personal property damaged from the sewer water mixed with drain cleaner and have a damaged ceiling. We have called eight times asking for Ashley (Ellis), the "supervisor" to call us back and have repeatedly asked for the insurance information. All of our calls have been ignored. This occurred over two weeks ago and we have still received nothing from Jay's and/or 24/7 Plumbing. After this incident, we spoke to someone else who used Jay's and learned the same pattern of company response to a problem.

Had some preventive work on my main sewer line done. Jays is a local business I called. The initial call was great and they scheduled the job. Arturo was my tech. He showed up on time, was friendly and was a good plumber. He showed me the before camera shots, rodded the line and showed me the after shots. He made some recommendations on how to maintain. All-in-all a great experience with Jays and Arturo!

We’ve been customers before and have lived in Downers Grove for many years, so this was especially disappointing. We were quoted $79 for a diagnostic inspection, but when the plumber arrived, we were told it would be $240 for a visit that lasted about five minutes. My wife was the only one home at the time, and the sudden price change felt misleading. Honest, upfront pricing matters — and this experience did not reflect that.

From the time our 8 unit condo building was opened in 2016, until 2023, we had zero problems with plumbing. In late January 2023, after we had just gotten home from a trip to Tupelo, our main floor (we have a “duplex down”) kitchen sink water began rising on its own from drain water from upper floor units. My wife and I were like an old-time bucket brigade, running gallons from the sink to the powder room toilet to keep the water from cascading over our cabinets and onto the floor. We had a plumber come out and run a rod from under our kitchen sink into the main drain pipe, which started a drain flow of water again. This problem unfortunately returned in October 2023 (when we were just about to leave for vacation), as well as July and September 2024, July 2025 and most recently on November 3rd. Despite previously using two different large plumbing companies, none of them could locate where our building’s main 4” drain pipe was located (using metal detectors and cameras). So effectively each time they rodded from our kitchen, they were punching a small hole into the grease blockage, with the hole slowly closing back up. So we hired Suburban Chicago Plumbing Experts this time. They not only identified the problem, but also identified where our main drain pipes were located, and then went on to create new external clean-out pipes for our building so that now any future blockages can be gotten to easily. Suburban spent three hours using unique hydrojetting equipment which has a truck-based water heater furnace to melt away all of the grease which was clogging our line. And unlike most other plumbing companies, they also have their own vacuum truck, and sucked all the grease out of our front yard’s underground catch basin. I can’t recommend enough their expertise, their specialized equipment, and their attractive pricing. A terrific combination and value.

We had a major plumbing issue in the basement of one of the properties we managed. There was a backed up sewage line and left easily a foot of waste on the floor that needed to be disposed of and sanitized. One plumber told us we had to find someone to clean it up (which was odd to me because that seems like a hazard of the job) and then we called a second plumber and he could not get past a few feet with his scope. Mike and his team was able to clear the line all the way to the street and cleaned and sanitized it in a few hours. It has held great for a few months but we need a more permanent solution that the landlord cannot afford at this time but we will be using Mike and his team to help us when the time comes.

Mike, Maro, and Alex are AMAZING!!I can't praise these guys enough! Great customer service ad great work for a reasonable price. New catch basin, new sump pump, fixed existing wall whole and re-hung outside post to the way it should have been originally! As a bonus, they empty a big waste can of my stuff! These guys did a lot of work all in one day. Thank you guys!

Lacassa plumbing came to me on a days notice. My sewer line was backing up and I was panicking! Very pleased with Best Price Sewer & Plumbing. First time ever using their service, I started to have issues with my shower drain. I started to do some research and came across Anthony I gave him a call and within 30 minutes he showed up I explain to him the situation he explained to me with details what’s causing this issue and how to prevent this in the future.. I am very satisfied and happy with this company. I live on the first floor of a 5 unit condo. So when there was an issue with it backing up in my condo I called Tony. He rodded it out but knew there was a bigger issue and it would not last. He was able to come the same day which was very fortunate for me. Now a month later it was necessary to replace some of the main line pipe. He was able to start on the project the next day saying it would take 2 full days. It was fixed in 2 days. We used Tony's to do annual rodding of our sewer line for roots in the pipe. Mike came out, was very professional and friendly. He took time to explain the work he did and why he did it and explain everything he found and the condition of our sewer line. He asked if we had questions and took the time to answer and explain. The price was better than many places we called and the work was thorough. We will use Tony's again and would recommend.

It is so difficult to find people to trust these days and I would have zero hesitation recommending Tony's to family and friends alike. My email was responded to very quickly and the appointment was set with an extremely competitive quote up front before they even came out. We had a very difficult tree root issue invading our pipes and we dealt with Mike, Noah and George, three fantastic guys that were friendly, honest and unbelievably hard working. They employed their Hydro Jet service to clean out our drainage pipe and spent a lot of extra time to make sure things were done right. Mike explained everything and always involved us in every step of the process. We are planning to have them back to put in an outside clean out in the near future. I had a main drain line issue and Bee Quick was one of three plumbers I contacted. His technical expertise, knowledge, and love of his trade are unparalleled. He diagnosed the problem, provided a quick turn-around schedule date to complete the work, and the work was completed professionally, cleanly, and quickly. We needed the drain pipes replaced for about 1/2 the house. 90 year old pipes. First quote ( from another plumber ) was eye watering. Bee Quick did the job for less than 1/2 the other quote. They listened to my concerns and we quickly agreed on what they were going to do. The only thing I wanted, that they would not do would have been a code violation. ( politely explained ) Total pros and a pleasure to work with. If there was an option for 6 stars I would have given it to them.

This outfit is excellent. We finally had to replace our faulty old sewer line, foundation to city main. We got several bids. Pro Services came in best on price, and provided awesome service. They do sewer lining in addition to replacement, which can be a superior alternative in many cases. Our contact point Bob Martinez was just awesome! I don’t think we’ve ever had a tradesman or contractor who replied so quickly and helpfully to every call or text. He also went above and beyond in working with the city to smooth out every step of the process. If you have to do this big awful job like we did, we cannot recommend Pro Services too highly. They are excellent.

I noticed my sump pump line outside my unit was bubbling water over the outside pipe. I called Courtesy Plumbing and they arrived at my unit within an hour. Justin performed an assessment and determined my line was full of roots from surrounding trees. To remediate the issue, another piece of equipment was needed and maybe a second person. Justin was able to add another drainage line to push water away from my unit until he was able to return with equipment. Justin was able to rod out the line and I could not believe the mass amount of roots he removed!!! Justin is always professional, detailed, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything that needs to be done for repair. Courteous plumber Dave even cleaned up the area after rodding my pipes. These guys did the courtesy of that so good name. We sent the camera into pipe to ensure it was clear to the street. Definitely far superior service than other plumbers I have tried in the past. Will call them back next time.
