I've used All American Drain for the past few years now and Emilio has become like family. He has repaired multiple leaks, mold discovery, my garbage disposal, and replaced a toilet. He is super knowledgeable, very respectful, and just an all around super guy. He is my go to for all plumbing!! They are very budget friendly and provide superior services. Also a big thank you to scheduling who gets us in ASAP on more pressing issues. You Guys ROCK!!!

Literally never need another plumbing company ever again! We have used All American several times, twice for jetting of main lines on two of our homes and again for a difficult clogged sink drain and water heater flush. Dan is honest and worked hard to get tot the root of our issues without upselling or any bs and he stand by his work. We cannot recommend them highly enough, we trust them and will never hesitate to call them when in need.

Best place. Tyler and his Dad came out (free of charge!) to give us a second quote on our sewage system repair (we were told it needed to be repaired by Roter Rooter after a cleaning). They brought their camera to see our pipes and said that there’s no way we need to pay Roter Rooter 10k for new pipes. These guys are insanely kind and honest. Will use them moving forward for sure. Such a blessing, thank you!

Chris showed up @ 30 minutes after first contact on a Saturday. He was upfront about pricing and explained each step of the process. Got it draining quickly and provided video of entire sewer line so source of blockage could be identified and removed. I would recommend this company.

Chris did an absolute stand up job for us Here at Tom’s Watch Bar! He was Honest and fixed everything in a much quicker timely manner (especially than our previous plumbing company who kept giving us the run around and never fully fixed any of our issues ) looking forward to using Chris anytime we have a plumbing or leak issue!!! While the service was expensive, the two technicians (Christopher and Saso) who completed the job were phenomenal. Both of them were friendly, respectful of my home, and more than willing to explain what they were doing and share their expertise with me. Very positive experience due to those two technicians.

I called Roto-Rooter on a recent Sunday as a main sewer line backup was going to wreck our Monday morning, getting everyone out of the house for school and work. No additional fee for a Sunday, no diagnostic fee, no roll charge. Awesome! Good communication from dispatch and the truck arrived in the designated window. Marcus and Kaiden were amazing. They gave me the price up front and got right to work. There were some challenges clearing the line, which is always a worry when your house is nearly 100 years old with the original clay main line. A field manager with a camera was summoned and he arrived promptly. With some additional info on the clog from the camera, they got back after it, working it from two separate exterior clean outs. When the clog cleared they were as excited as I was! The team was thorough and stayed until the job was done right, including cleaning up after themselves. They even ran my kitchen drain for no additional charge because they wanted me to be happy and satisfied. I already was, but that was the cherry on top. I paid the originally quoted price. I will definitely use Rotor-Rooter again when the need arises. I highly recommend them.

I have a tub/shower that was very slow draining for years. Showers turned into ankle baths. OTC products and plastic clog removal tools didn’t help. Josh came out and performed the service quickly, cleanly and efficiently. This drain has never worked this well since I moved into the home in 2018. Excellent work! Thank you!!

I had a clog in the middle of the night somewhere between my kitchen sink and my main sewer line. My sinks overflowed and my kitchen and laundry room filled with water. I scheduled an online appointment and Daryn was here right on time. Took his time to power snake the entire drain all the way out to my septic. He also helped in scheduling a visual inspection to ensure that the line is in good condition or may need repairs in the future. I highly recommend these guys. They were awesome.

Sewer Line Replacement: Jason and his team were professional, excellent with communications keeping me in the loop every step of the process. This was a huge job replacing the entire sewer line from inside the house to the main line at the city sewer. I was so impressed by their professionalism, their work, the knowledge, taking the time to help me understand the job, communicating when they would be here, the status of the project and their clean-up. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any of your needs from the really large, extensive projects like mine, to any smaller projects. What a great company and crew! Thank you guys so much. Jason and his team are amazing! We had a leak for who knows how long because we are very rarely in the basement and I called about 20 minutes before closing on a Sunday. Monday morning Jason came and assessed the situation which was drastic enough to be a 2 day job and from start to finish Jason was super professional and made sure to educate us the whole way through. The team made sure to lay down protective things for our floor and they were very efficient. I am very pleased with the outcome and am showing before, during and after photos. I would recommend this company anytime you need anything plumbing. Jason knows what he is talking about and exactly how to fix it right the first time. Isaiah, our technician was fantastic. He was easy to talk to and explain things really well. We had a pretty good clog so he needed to take the toilet off and made a video and showed us and explained every step of the way. Super nice guy really appreciate him.

Very fast and professional. Came out 2 hours after I called and after clearing my drain they sent a scope down the pipe to discover that roots from my tree had destroyed a section of the sewer line. By end of the day they had an excavation crew at work. I have a basement so they had to dig almost 12 feet deep. Day 2 they had completed the repair and day 3 it was inspected and backfilled. The price was a little on the high end, but it was all done in accordance with codes, utility locates performed, permit pulled, inspected, and properly compacted. Not to mention fast. As a construction project manager, I know this isn't the type of work that you cut any corners on and Elite didn't disappoint. The 10 year warranty lets me flush with confidence. My technician (David) was prompt, courteous, professional and communicative. Their customers are in good hands.

We had such a great experience with Mike, Anthony, Curt, Tyler, and Angelo (from Roto-Rooter)! They did the excavation, installation, and lining for our main sewer line (from the front of the house to the road/main drain area) and were awesome to work with from start to finish. Everyone was so kind, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They kept us updated every step of the way and made the whole process super easy and stress-free. Their teamwork and attention to detail were outstanding, and they left everything clean and in great shape when the job was done. Highly Recommend Kelly Malavasic Kelly Malavasic did an excellent job fixing our bathroom drain. The situation was stressful, but he stayed calm, professional, and focused the entire time. He clearly explained what was going on with the older plumbing and made sure everything was flowing properly before he left. On top of that, he was super friendly with our cat—which says a lot about his character. Great workmanship, great communication, and a genuinely pleasant experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Kelly again or recommend him to anyone needing a master plumber.

Waldo was amazing—efficient, professional, and extremely respectful. We had been dealing with water backing up through the floor drain, and after multiple technicians came out with no resolution, Waldo arrived, listened carefully to our concerns, and immediately took action. He even called the camera technician before starting his work so they would arrive right as he finished—next-level service. He quickly identified the issue and cleared out the roots that were backing up the drain. To be completely honest, this was headed toward a one-star review until Waldo showed up. He completely turned the experience around. This man deserves a promotion and should absolutely be the face of your Colorado Springs location. If you do that, good things will follow.

From ease of scheduling to the completion of the project, this was a very positive experience and stress-free! James was extremely professional -- explained my options clearly, was efficient in replacing my water heater in a very timely manner, took extra care in clean-up and was conscious of protecting my home during the installation process. His two team members were awesome in helping with the removal of the old water heater (as it couldn't be drained), and they too were extremely professional and genuinely interested in helping and doing a great job! Thank you Garvin's -- you're now my "go to" for all of my plumbing needs. Give this team 10 stars!!

We always depend on Garvins for our drain cleaning. We have used them many times. They are very responsive to our (usually) emergency calls even on weekends. Jon did a great job! He was efficient, kept the workspace clean and had very good customer rapport. He also used several different cleaning methods to make sure the main drain was clear of blockage.

The technician from Garvin's arrived 12/03/25 on time and got our plumbing cleaned out and draining perfectly again! He was very friendly and knowledgeable; unfortunately, my husband didn't get a card and I'm unsure of the technician's name. After having interactions with a few other plumbing companies over the years that were fine but not great, I truly wish we'd found Garvin's sooner, but we will stick with them from here forward! As a side note: their prices for what we needed were incredibly fair and reasonable.

⭐️ 1-Star Review We had Mile High Drain come out on Christmas Day to address a drain backup. We paid for emergency service and were told the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, just a few days later—by Friday—we had another backup in the exact same drain. When we contacted the company, we were told it would cost another $175 emergency fee just for them to come back and check whether the original clog was fully cleared. There was no willingness to inspect their prior work or stand behind the service we already paid for. In my opinion, standing behind your work means at least verifying whether the original issue was properly fixed—especially when the same problem returns within days. Being charged again just to see if the clog was actually cleared feels unfair and disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not trust this company. I recommend reading the other one-star reviews carefully before hiring them. Also notice the owner doesn't respond to the reviews.

On Christmas morning, we had a severe plumbing backup at my mother’s home. Every drain in the house was affected. We called Mile High Drain Cleaning Inc. for help, expecting a professional solution. Instead, we were met with astronomical fees just for an initial assessment, followed by even higher charges to “fix” the problem, totaling over $750.00. We paid because the situation was critical. Shockingly, the same issue returned the very next day. To make matters worse, we hired another plumber who resolved the entire problem for less than $100, and it’s been working perfectly for over a week. This proves Mile High Drain Cleaning Inc. did not provide the service we paid for. Warning: Think twice before hiring this company. In our experience, they overcharge, fail to fix the problem, and then charge again without delivering results.

Joel and Joey were very professional. They kept at the clog which turned out to be a massive root with long extensions. The back up happens every year. I believe this will take care of any issues now. I can't thank you enough. They cleaned up and kept the stairs covered to minimize the mess. I highly recommend Mile High Drain Cleaning.

My experience with Drain Terrier was amazing. They scheduled us quickly. The technician, Nick, was a great guy. Very friendly, thorough, explaining all the repairs needed and completed the repair in a timely fashion. ( my cats liked him alot too 😺)The prices were very reasonable as well. What a great experience! Benjamin was right on time as promised. In setting the appointment with Savannah, the service call charges and other policies were explained thoroughly. This included reassuring me that no extra charge was involved for a Saturday or Sunday appointment. Benjamin was very knowledgeable, identified the issue with my fill valve immediately and walked me through the exact charges and payment methods offered. He did an excellent job, bringing in all of the necessary parts and tools in one trip and cleaned up quickly. The entire service was complete within a half hour. Drain Terrier is my new favorite.
