We contacted Journeymen Plumbing and received a call back from Caleb the same day. He was very professional and friendly and booked an appointment for the following day. Kyle unclogged the kitchen sink drain and fixed a low pressure faucet. He was very knowledgeable, professional and listened. He covered the floor before setting his equipment down, which I really appreciated. His work was high quality at a very fair price. I will definitely use their service again.

I just had a excellent plumbing experience with Noah from Journeyman Plumbing. I needed the anode rod in the hot water heater replaced. And the safety valve had residue on the down pipe, which means that it was no longer sealed internally. Noah was friendly, courteous, and a complete professional from start to finish. The job was done in an appropriate amount of time and it looks neat and clean and truly fantastic. Journeyman Plumbing is now my go-to plumbing professionals. THANKS Noah for the great job.

I called Journeymen plumbing out for some dishwasher and tub leaking issues, both of which they were able to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot, resulting in both issues being fixed. Over the phone I talked with Caleb who was very pleasant and professional to talk with, and then Noah was the technician that arrived to the house. Noah was also very pleasant, communicative, and easy to talk with. He walked through all the steps of the repair with us before doing it, and very nicely showed us the problems and what needed to be fixed. Overall, I was very happy with our experience with the company!

I have nothing but good things to say about MAS plumbing. My initial call was after work, for a slow drain on my kitchen sink, I had a little bit of a slow drain throughout the week, and I thought I had time before things totally clogged up, so I scheduled my visit for the weekend (WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS SUCH A HARD THING TO FIND). I was told that MAS could have someone come out and perform an inspection and I signed up. I tried to see if I could fix the issue myself using a hand crank drain snake, and I wasn't getting anywhere. Low and behold, later that night my sink and dishwasher totally backed up, and I knew I needed help ASAP. I called MAS the same day at 9 p.m. and got a hold of their afterhours answering service, who let me know they would forward my call to the office to be addressed the next day. To my surprise, Carl called me back the same night! He offered to come out at 9 p.m. but let me know that since it wasn't really an emergency, he'd recommend that I just wait until the next day. He let me know that they could definitely get me in for the next day, and that he would probably be the one to come out and assist. Without Carl I wouldn't have been able to sleep, just getting a call back from Carl letting me know that MAS plumbing could be out the next day helped me rest easy. Carl came out the next day, and KILLED IT. Super kind, professional, skilled and also charismatic. He got the pro-sized snake out and got the job done in less than a couple hours. I could tell he really cared about the client experience, and he was super focused on getting the job done. Carl also went above and beyond and took a look at my drain line set-up so that I could ensure that it was pitched correctly. I can't recommend MAS enough. The customer service was excellent from start to slightly panicked late-night moment, all the way to when Carl came and won me over as a client for likely the rest of my time in this house. Carl at MAS Plumbing did an exceptional job on my father-in-law's home in Streamwood. There was a backup that was coming in through the floor drain. Carl performed a power-rodding operation that went out to the street. The clogged drain/pipe was cleared. It was on a Saturday, and they came over in a short time and took care of it. Cleaned the area afterward. Professional and courteous! Great job, Carl and MAS Plumbing!

Ron you guys took my calll of a leaking pipe from the main water and despatch response was fast Jason tackled the pipe review the job as he was driving to the job and cap the pipe review and we had service in the apartment in a few hours I always call this company never had a guys that ever ran into any problem they no what they doing screw the price it’s a peace of mine it’s fix right( then about I think I get a break my hot water tank started to leak at my house as soon as I call in a half hour window they had a new tank on to the job site as Eric was installing he found a pipe that any time it would of started a leak maybe not that day but one day if I’m not home owners nightmare great company f the money sleep easy no worries

I left a message for Bee Quick Plumbing & Sewer Naperville and Elias called me back within 10 minutes. He came out the very same day to look at the issue! Elias walked me through all of our options, breaking down the pros and cons of each setup and giving me a clear, honest recommendation. He gave us a great price with no emergency or holiday markups. After trying Drano, a plunger and a late night run to HD for a drain auger (to no avail), we reached out to a local plumber. We heard back right away from the BQ dispatch team and Tomás was at our home 45 minutes later. He clearly explained the likely cause based on the symptoms and gave upfront pricing. We went with the more complete option (jetting vs. a simple rooting). He didn't get the results we were originally hoping for, so he went another step further and was able to locate the jam. After about 30 minutes in the crawlspace clearing the clog from the other side, we had felt flowing water from our pipes again! I had another question about an unrelated repair and he was quick to give me options there, as well. Thank you, Tomás! We're very happy with the timeliness and professionalism! 10/10 would work with him again.

Hired Tony's Drain & Sewer cleaning to inspect the sewer line at my home. They were super easy to work with, priced competitively, and even managed to fit me in next day. George showed up on time (a few minutes early, actually) and was friendly, courteous and easy to work with. He did the inspection while i looked on, and he took his time and stopped to explain everything that we were seeing as the inspection progressed. He explained that all the drain inspection videos and reports were reviewed by a second person at the office before they were distributed to clients, so it's good to know a second pair of eyes is also reviewing the results. I would highly recommend Tony's to anyone looking for inspection services.

We had a technician out to address a sewer backup on a Saturday. They were prompt and very polite. The price was high but they were able to help immediately. As this was a recurring issue we decided to have them do a liner as that made more sense than paying the fee for cleaning and then going somewhere else for the liner. The actual liner install several weeks later was very good. Again professional, prompt, and polite. Only complaint is the price - it seems high. We also opted for the No Drip Club as it provided a further discount but that whole thing was a bit of a hard sell.

Dominick DiMaggio managed to clear our main to stop flooding in basement and got us up and running also very friendly would 100% recommend him for all your plumbing needs. He explained everything that was going on step by step got it done fast and efficiently. I can't recommend Tim from Drainmaster enough. Our general contractor completely overlooked our kitchen sink layout, leaving the drain pipe in the wall way too high. Before he even came out, Tim spent time helping me troubleshoot the issue over the phone and through text. He looked at the photos I sent and gave me an upfront, very reasonable quote without needing a site visit. When he arrived, he knocked the job out quickly, opened up the cabinet wall, lowered the tee, and hooked up the garbage disposal and drain lines. His work was clean and professional, and most importantly, he honored the exact price he gave me over the phone. If you want an honest, licensed plumber who does things right the first time, hire these guys.

Drain Masters was recommended to me by two friends at the gym for what I thought was a plugged toilet drain line. They came by within a day of my call, diagnosed the problem at no charge, and told me I could fix it myself, or have them repair the issue at what I thought was a pretty reasonable price. I elected to do it myself to save the money as it was a pretty simple fix. They were honest and comfortable to deal with. I will definitely be calling these guys again for any plumbing issues I have.

Tim Fox and his partner did a fantastic job! They knew I was super nervous because I had not used them before, my plumber gave me their number because I had a sewer issue. They were on time(actually early, which is amazing) they did great work, no mess to clean up after. All around they went above and beyond and I am super happy with them and will definitely use them in the future!

Mike and Carmen did an amazing job! They were reasonably priced and very thorough. My basement drain was backing up from the sewer and they got everything cleared out of the main sewer line. They ran into some issues that they thought may cause problems in the future and they spent hours more than they needed to making sure everything was able to flow properly. 10 stars!

I called LaCassa plumbing out because I’m selling the home my father left after passing away. I explained to the person answering the phone in extreme detail what it was that I was looking to accomplish. They scheduled an appointment to have a plumber come out to take a look. There is a minor gas leak around the control module at the base of an 11-year-old hot water heater which was detected during the home inspection. When the plumber walked into the laundry room, he immediately began talking about water heater replacement. I explained to him what I explained to the operator who took the call that the home is already sold and has a closing date scheduled and that I am simply trying to remedy the minor gas leak around the control unit, which is a pressure fitting that connects into the control unit. He then again tried to tell me I needed to get a whole new water heater. Let me say here that this hot water heater is working 100% fine with the exception that it has a very minor gas leak around this pressure fitting. When I insisted that I was not going to replace the hot water heater and that instead was looking to have this repair completed he contacted his office for advice. After sometime on the phone the conclusion he and the office came to was they needed to replace the entire burner kit which was going to cost me $900 LOL! Burner kits generally cost between $150 to $200. I Ask him how he arrives at $900 when that part is only $150-$200? He told me his labor and he had to drain and refill the water heater, which is simply not true. There’s no way labor is $700 to replace a burner kit at the bottom of a hot water heater. When I confronted him that his price did not make sense he became agitated and just wanted his $100 estimate fee so he could leave. I paid him and he went on his way. The short version is that this company is interested in doing replacement work not repair work.

Josh and Nick were awesome! They walked me through everything and explained exactly what needed to be done. They fixed the sump pump outside and had to reroute it a different way, but they got it taken care of without any issues. Great communication, great work, and very professional. 10/10!

We have used Keeley twice for plumbing issues and they have been absolutely fantastic both times. We had another big name plumber come in previously and they couldn’t even find the shower drain. Keeley found and fixed the drain/leak in the cleanest way and with excellent service. Additionally, we just had a leaking shower head and again they not only took their time explaining the problem but also fixed the issue and provided advice to avoid problems in the future. The team did great work and we will continue to use them for our plumbing needs.

My husband called Keeley's to come out and take a look at a possible leak below our primary bathroom. Kyle and Mikey arrived on time (a little early actually) and were very friendly, personable, and professional. Especially as a young woman who was home alone, I felt comfortable and safe having them in my home. They spent time thoroughly looking at and testing multiple areas to diagnose the issue, and even went out and bought an additional tool to be able to fix our leaking tub spout right then and there. They wore booties over their shoes in our house, and diligently cleaned up after themselves when they were done. It was a very smooth process, and Kyle and Mikey made it that much easier - great customer service. We shared a few laughs, and they did a courtesy sump pump check as well. Kyle answered all of my questions with patience, and showed extensive knowledge of the industry. TLDR; Kyle and Mikey were here for about 2 hours total, they fixed the leak, and the price was extremely reasonable. My husband and I are very grateful, and we will be calling Keeley's again should the need arise. Thank you!
