I have nothing but good things to say about MAS plumbing. My initial call was after work, for a slow drain on my kitchen sink, I had a little bit of a slow drain throughout the week, and I thought I had time before things totally clogged up, so I scheduled my visit for the weekend (WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS SUCH A HARD THING TO FIND). I was told that MAS could have someone come out and perform an inspection and I signed up. I tried to see if I could fix the issue myself using a hand crank drain snake, and I wasn't getting anywhere. Low and behold, later that night my sink and dishwasher totally backed up, and I knew I needed help ASAP. I called MAS the same day at 9 p.m. and got a hold of their afterhours answering service, who let me know they would forward my call to the office to be addressed the next day. To my surprise, Carl called me back the same night! He offered to come out at 9 p.m. but let me know that since it wasn't really an emergency, he'd recommend that I just wait until the next day. He let me know that they could definitely get me in for the next day, and that he would probably be the one to come out and assist. Without Carl I wouldn't have been able to sleep, just getting a call back from Carl letting me know that MAS plumbing could be out the next day helped me rest easy. Carl came out the next day, and KILLED IT. Super kind, professional, skilled and also charismatic. He got the pro-sized snake out and got the job done in less than a couple hours. I could tell he really cared about the client experience, and he was super focused on getting the job done. Carl also went above and beyond and took a look at my drain line set-up so that I could ensure that it was pitched correctly. I can't recommend MAS enough. The customer service was excellent from start to slightly panicked late-night moment, all the way to when Carl came and won me over as a client for likely the rest of my time in this house. Ron you guys took my calll of a leaking pipe from the main water and despatch response was fast Jason tackled the pipe review the job as he was driving to the job and cap the pipe review and we had service in the apartment in a few hours I always call this company never had a guys that ever ran into any problem they no what they doing screw the price it’s a peace of mine it’s fix right( then about I think I get a break my hot water tank started to leak at my house as soon as I call in a half hour window they had a new tank on to the job site as Eric was installing he found a pipe that any time it would of started a leak maybe not that day but one day if I’m not home owners nightmare great company f the money sleep easy no worries

Had David and Rodel install a new water heater, complete new drainage, new gas lines, new hot/cold copper lines. Repair my 3 compartment existing commercial sink setup and brought everything up to code. The work was done clean and with a permit. Communicating the whole way through. Drain Masters was recommended to me by two friends at the gym for what I thought was a plugged toilet drain line. They came by within a day of my call, diagnosed the problem at no charge, and told me I could fix it myself, or have them repair the issue at what I thought was a pretty reasonable price. I elected to do it myself to save the money as it was a pretty simple fix. They were honest and comfortable to deal with. I will definitely be calling these guys again for any plumbing issues I have.

This is the second time we’ve used drain master to route our Floor drain by washer/dryer prevent back ups! They are Extremely professional, and cleaned the area after the work was done. John Holden from Reliance Plumbing came out for a sewer line camera inspection and was outstanding. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and—most importantly—gave me the strong feeling that he was being completely honest. I had a ton of questions and he patiently answered every single one in detail, explaining everything he was seeing on the camera in real time. Afterward, he walked me through all my options without any pressure and gave me his genuine recommendation. I’ve recently moved to the area and have already dealt with a few other plumbers/companies. My experience with John and Reliance has been the best by far.

We had Reliance out last week and couldn’t be happier with the experience or the workmanship. After a frustrating visit from another well-known plumbing company in the area that spent hours without fixing our sewer issue—and left us with a HUGE bill—we were referred to Reliance. Alex arrived, identified the problem within minutes, and clearly laid out three options with fair pricing. His crew came out, dug in our crawl space, replaced the broken sewer line, and backfilled everything professionally. We received several quotes before choosing Reliance. Although Reliance wasn't the cheapest, they were transparent, straightforward, and confident in the work that needed to be done. Many others had service call fees or vague “it may cost more” estimates, while Reliance gave us clarity from the start. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied and feel we finally found a plumbing company we can trust.

Avoid this company at all costs. Like many others before me, they come out demanding their $89 “consultant fee” when I didn’t need any consulting. It was routine sewer clean out maintenance and replacing a leaky hose spigot. Maybe $50 of parts and an hour or two of work, and they wanted over $1,500 to compete the work. Outrageously high predatory pricing trying to take advantage of consumers hoping they won’t (or can’t) get other estimates.

Him and his team not only fixed our shower drain and pipe backup, but also gave helpful suggestions to prevent future issues and even pointed out small things around the house just to protect us, not to upsell. Honestly, your day—and maybe even your life—will be better if you even spend a few minutes talking to Wes. It’s rare to find a company that takes such a holistic, customer-first approach. Our water heater, at the 12-year mark, finally died, and I called a few local HVAC companies, including our regular HVAC company in Winfield. They couldn't help immediately, wanting to schedule an appointment for a later date, and that wasn't going to work. So I remembered Ferrari Plumbing, which I passed many times going to work, and I called them. They were literally here in ten minutes, and within two hours, I had a brand new water heater installed. Brand new valves were installed—the same high-end water heater that I had before, the same brand, at least. Wes and his assistant, Josh, were just absolutely fantastic, and they put up with my grumpy attitude to boot. I can't say enough about them. The work they did was fantastic, and needless to say, I'm appreciative of their spur-of-the-moment service. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

we had an amazing repair experience today in our basement fixing a broken pipe below the concrete slab which was leaking sewer gas. terrific crew came on a Saturday and did incredible job including the cleanup and an extra small item that was outside the scope of what we paid for. highly recommend and thanks for Google Gemini who recommended we contact them.

Jack Simonson was great! Had 5 different companies for quotes in my sewer line. He was the most honest and transparent of the plumbers. He gave me a estimate onsite and did not try to upsell me like the others. Scottish Plumber made sure the hydro jet and stent was done timely and show me the before and after.

He went above and beyond while he was at our home, found the core issue after detailed troubleshooting, and made sure our pump worked properly. We really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to ensure everything worked as it should. After calling 4 plumbers and getting ghosted (not sure why), it was a huge relief to speak with someone over the phone to schedule Elliot to come by and help us out. Scottish Plumber has an excellent system and brought a great plumber! Update: we had Carlos come to install a new back up sump pump and check valve and he was prompt, kind, and careful! We are so grateful for the team at Scottish plumbing.
