I’ve had J Sewer and Drain out to my house twice now for two different toilet related issues - the original contractor must have done some shotty plumbing work. The leaky toilet on the first floor was a simple repair; the appointment was scheduled same day and the issue was resolved within the hour appointment. The leaky toilet on the second floor required some sub-floor to be replaced; the issue was resolved at a reasonable rate for the amount of work required. I appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail I saw with both teams.

Repair my 3 compartment existing commercial sink setup and brought everything up to code. The work was done clean and with a permit. Communicating the whole way through. we had a broken pipe under our house in chicago and needed help fast. chicago drain masters plumbing 24/7 sent someone out within an hour to check things out. thomas showed up and had to crawl under the house to reach a tricky drainage pipe. he quickly figured out the problem and fixed it in just a few hours. there was a big puddle of water under there, and he made sure to drain it all out for us. we were really happy with how everything was handled, and the price was much less than we expected. we’ll definitely call again for any plumbing problems.

I highly recommend them!! We had interacted with multiple plumbing & HVAC companies, and J Sewer & Drain Plumbing is the BEST, most professional, transparent, sincere, competent, and reliable. They communicated well with us about the work that needs to be done and when they did, they covered the entire area. We were doing bathroom remodeling at the same time. While the contractors did a nice work, they left a huge mess, dust everywhere, they were mixing glue, cutting tiles on our living room without covering our furnitures, floors, other rooms, etc. They are on our cell and will reach out if any plumbing related issues arise.

We called J Sewer & Drain at 5pm on a Friday after finding our basement flooded and they had a team out to our house within an hour. Carlos and Neris showed up and quickly identified the issue (tree roots were obstructing our sewer line) and got right to work rodding the line. The problem was resolved within few hours and they shared a reco for restoration/cleanup. I needed a water heater installation for a tenant and JSewer and Drain did NOT disappoint. Diego and Luis were exemplary plumbers. All of JSewer’s crew are amazing! They are my go to plumbers. When Diego arrived to my house I told him that there was something wrong with my water system before he started working. The cold supply line to my water heater was shut off I drained my water heater overnight but when I woke up this morning water was still flowing out. This meant cold water was leaking into my hot water pipes and back into my water heater. Although I told the team working on my water heater replacement this information as soon as they walked in they cut into the hot side pipe knowing that there was running water in it. This this started to flood my furnished rental apartment in my basement. Instead of trying to cap the leak The Operators started to try and soak up the leak. The water continued to leak until they finally went back to Home Depot to buy a new shut-off valve. It is my opinion that when a customer let you know there's a problem you should come up with a plan before cutting a pipe with running water in it. All I wanted was a simple apology from management but instead Jesus gaslit me into believing that this was how the work was supposed to be done and that he had 25 years of experience and these things just happen and I should be thankful that somebody was willing to work on Sunday. Regardless if they flooded my basement or not. The hot water did get installed and the damage was minimal (only because me and my renter worked diligently at mitigating the flood) so i paid what was owed but i will not be fooled to believe this was the best service that i could have recieved.

Valerie was very nice in answering my call and scheduling the appointment. Roman was my plumber and he was excellent. The price was fair and the work was done very fast. I also got warranty on labor from the company, which is a big bonus. I will continue to call them from now on.

Our house is 100 years old. Water was backing up into our basement shower. We called 3 companies and only Fair Plumbing sent someone out that same day. Manny used the camera and found that some clay pipes had shifted and rodding out the pipes did not clear the build up. The next day, Manny, Anthony and Gabriel arrived. A section of the basement concrete floor needed to be jackhammered to expose the pipe. Once exposed, they also found a hole in the sewer pipe and in the drain pipe. The clay pipes were replaced with a 10 foot PVC pipe, a new drain and two clean out traps were also installed. Anthony and Gabriel did a great job laying the new concrete and Manny made sure to keep us informed throughout the entire project. The team came on time, plastic was hung around the work area, they mopped the floor and did a great job cleaning up. They told us what they needed to do and they got it done. Thank you so much!

Our toliet had been sprouting water from the tank, as well as leaking from around the bottom. Thomas and Rolando from The Fair Plumbers came out, and replaced the wax seal which was pretty much nonexistent, replaced the supply line and reconnected the valve. They were quick, thorough, and informative. The office also did a good job communicating when the plumbers were scheduled and on their way. Overall a great experience!

Dex and the crew literally saved our night (and our hardwood floors!) We got home from work and the kitchen sink was backing up with gross water and quickly started overflowing onto the floor. Between bailing out drainage water and panicking, Rescue Plumbing answered the phone in 2 rings and said we can help you right now. Not only did Dex and his team show up AFTER HOURS in the SNOW, they were warm, kind and jumped right into action to save my kitchen. They knew exactly what to do, explained it all to me, told me the costs right up front and stuck to it. Within 30 minutes they fixed our building’s drainage issue, cleaned up the kitchen neat as a pin and were out the door with a quick joke. I hope I don’t need to see them again but also if I need a plumber, they’re saved in my phone and getting every recommendation. 4 seasons and ABC told me I’d have to wait til tomorrow afternoon at the earliest and I think my floors would have been ruined from overflowing sink water if I didn’t have Rescue Plumbing. What a great and fast job they did! We have a bursted pipe and called them. In less than 1 hour Javier and Jimmy showed up and were able to quickly repair the pipe. They kept us informed of pricing and steps throughout the whole process. Javier was really good at identifying where the burst was and only had to do a small whole in the wall. 10/10!! Dex always comes through for us in an emergency! We have had several plumbing issues in our condo in the last 12 months, and Dex has been great. I did a cold call to Climatech plumbing (Sami) and he was personable and interested as I communicated my project of updating my basement laundry room and the utilities, and Sami came the next day to see the project! My project---Updating the location of gas W/D, Laundry sink both needing water pipe & drain rerouting/laundry box install, adjusting of an in floor drain no longer being used by the updating, install a new Zoeller sewage pump and update its piping/venting/rerouting, remove old galvanized drain pipe and install pvc pipe to create a better multi drain configuration connection of my existant overhead sewer system, remove an old traditional aged hot water heater and install a new positioned Navien tankless H/W heater with new gas/water and thru wall exhauting piping, adjust furnace gas pipe, relocate/install gas dryer exhaust venting duct & end cap with boring tool. Lots of work which the team completed within the timeframe stated and i was very satisified with the workmanship of the project. I added some additional work based upon Sami's pricing to install a new main water ball shut off valve and adjust my common bath/sink drain by removing the galvanized piping and reconfiguring new pvc drain lines which im glad i did as looking inside the galvanized water main pipe and the galvanized drain lines that were narrowed and filled with debris. Sami kept me updated via text & calls of a schedule that he kept and answered my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Sami and his co-worker did a great job, were respectful of my home and were clean and tidy. Im a 1st time customer and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLIMATECH PLUMBING!!

Sam was quick to respond from the moment we reached out to him about needing a new hot water heater. Sam and his helper did an excellent job of removing the old 50 gallon tank and installing a new Navien tankless model at a very reasonable price. We appreciated how they were able to fit us in right away and how they came back the next morning to finish up, even though Sam was feeling quite ill. We already have some other plumbing jobs we plan on scheduling with Sam. And he referred us to an excellent electrician who installed a new outlet that was needed for the Navien water heater, also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Sam.
