Our water heater broke late in the day. Ron walked me through shutting off the gas and the water and then directed me on how to drain it before he got there. It minimized the damage and he was able to install a new water heater the next day. Ron is always quick to respond and offers great service at a fair price. We have been using his company for over 10 years for a reason. He and his company are terrific!

We had a plumbing issue with low water pressure and called A.C.T Plumbing and spoke with the owner Ron and he came out the next morning and got the kitchen sink that was clogged working again. It literally took him two minutes and the pressure was back good again and we were so excited. We asked Ron how much we owe him for his work and he said nothing. It only took a couple of minutes and he didn’t charge us for anything and in this day and age you don’t see that too often so kudos to Ron for being honest and willing to spend his time helping people he just met. We stored his number for future plumbing jobs and plan on passing along his information to anyone that needs a plumber. We Highly recommend Ron and A.C.T. Plumbing to everyone. Review: Even Flow Mechanical Plumbing – The Only Ones Who Got It Right After months of dealing with a horrible smell coming from our sump pump, we had several plumbing companies come out — and none could figure out the source. Some even told us we needed a full drain tile system replacement, both interior and exterior. We ended up replacing the sump pump, installing new discharge lines, and was even convinced and on getting the dehumidifier they insisted would help the smell. To make matters worse, the hole they made for the drainage hose wasn’t sealed, so the smell intensified. No matter how we adjusted the dehumidifier, it didn’t run as they said it would. We were frustrated, out of options, and honestly losing hope… I found Even Flow Mechanical Plumbing after searching online reviews. I called Wednesday explained the entire situation to Judy including how many plumbers that had already failed us. The next day Thursday September 18 they came over in 2 trucks John & Ben, in a very short time arriving to our house they discovered what everyone else had missed: a broken sewer line. The smell? It wasn’t from the sump pump at all — it was dangerous sewer gases. They treated the issue with the urgency it deserved. Julie was here on Friday right after we spoke with Ben, Monday September 23 work began. They worked for 7 days, John, Jay, Ben and Michael. I was so impressed with their professionalism, honesty, how respectful. I had a section of my main drain line go bad and was leaking into my basement. Even Flow Mechanical Services came out same day and assessed the situation, came up with the best plan of action, and professionally fixed our issue. Ben K did a bang up job! Nobody wants to call the plumber! A simple sewer clean-out turned into a major repair including replacing old corroded cast iron pipes and re-routing other plumbing for simple flow and connection to the main line. Good Call got us on the schedule ASAP. The plumbers are smart polite friendly and took the time to explain everything. They cleaned everything up and we are completely happy with their high standard of work.If you need a plumber, call GOOD CALL, they rock!

110% satisfied! Dylan is knowledgeable, timely, professional and clean. He absolutely blows the other plumbers I’ve used out of the water. Based on what I’ve paid for smaller jobs, I feel that Turner Plumbings pricing is fair and competitive. This is the only company I’ll call from now on. I originally reached out directly through Google and got a response almost immediately. From there, Dylan took over with phone calls and texts which was perfect. He delt with the city directly and coordinated with them for repairs on our mains and I didn’t have to lift a finger. I would give 10 stars if I could.

We had Complete Plumbing compete with 2 other companies for work we had done at our business. They were not only the most reasonable in terms of quote, but they were the most professional, organized, and the guys who came out to complete the work were very nice and explained what was going on. They worked quickly, and most importantly cleaned up after they were done. Tina followed up with emails and called to make sure the work was done satisfactorily. I would definitely use them again!

Best customer service I've ever received. I called Complete Plumbing needing an evaluation and possible repair of two whirlpool tubs at my house and time was of the essence. Tina, one of the owners who answered the phone listened to my problem, looked at pictures I sent and agreed to help me. We exchanged at least 5 text messages and had that many phone conversations within a half hour. Tina, without my even asking, researched and contacted a whirlpool repair specialist who was better suited for the job - and they are hard to find! Tina sent me their contact information, spoke with them on my behalf, and agreed to be my backup until I was able to make arrangements for the specialist to come to my home. In less than an hour, Tina solved a problem I had been struggling with and stressing over for weeks! So intelligent, committed and responsive! Amazing…. thank you Tina!

The estimates and scheduling were done with Tina (President of Complete Plumbing Services) who was professional, personable and offer numerous options. All work was clearly spelled out and deliver in written format that was easy to understand. The install was done by Nick, who did a great job. He was very professional, polite, neat and quick in his work. Very satisfied, actually quite pleased in that they came in under the estimated hours reducing my cost of service.

I was referred to Balance Plumbing by another company for a potentially major sewer repair. When I called to set up an estimate that I will need for my insurance company, I was greeted with, "Can you call back on Monday? I'm in the middle of an emergency." When I stated who referred me, I was then asked what the issue was. They confirmed that my yard will need to dug up and then said, "We no longer offer that service." And promptly hung up on me. All over their website and every Google search states Balanced Plumbing handles sewer line repairs. But don't call them over the weekend and ask for an estimate appointment!

Paul is very knowledgeable and gets the job done correctly. This is my first home project as a new homeowner, and Paul was the only contractor that talked me through my project and what I needed to do. The price is great for the quality of work preformed.
