Gino and Saul did an excellent job cleaning out the main line. Before they did the hydro jetting, we had concerns that the pipes were damaged, but after Gino and Saul cleaned them, they could see that they were not damaged. We highly recommend their business!

Called for clogged floor drain in laundry room. Response quick. Results successful. Around an hour to completion. Price not transparent and seemingly high. Senior discount not in invoice detail. Appealing to 'customer service' resulted in the contractor calling me up and was explained away as implied in the final amount. Clumsy and unsatisfying. Would have potentially turned more business over to them if their pricing had been more transparent.

Gino and Saul were great! They fixed a leaky/dripping shower faucet with a quick response on a Saturday and explained everything in detail. They were able to save the fixture and in turn saved me a lot of money. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with 1-Tom-Plumber from start to finish. They answered my call right away after I discovered my old water heater was leaking, which honestly caught me off guard since it was only about 8 years old. I had a big bulky 75-gallon Richmond power-vent water heater, and by the time I noticed the issue, water was leaking throughout my basement. To make matters worse, some of my existing plumbing lines were already corroded and beginning to leak as well. On top of that, the system comes with a 15-year manufacturer warranty and is made right here in America, which gave me even more confidence in my decision. The workmanship was truly top-notch, the installation was clean, and everything was explained clearly along the way. I’m extremely happy with my experience and the upgrade. The repair took two days, and they were professional, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. Had a clogged kitchen sink drain and a poorly installed P trap and drain pipe that needed to be redone. Tom was quick to respond to my phone call, quickly provided a quote (which was lower than another provider) from a couple of photos and came out as quickly as he could. Job was done quickly and final cost was well under the quote as it didn't take as long as expected. Highly recommended.

Heavy April showers bring May flowers, but they can also cause your sewer to back up and sump pump to fail at the wrong time. Thank goodness Tom was referred to us by a good friend, Kevin. Tom was able to come out when we needed him. The existing sump pump, which was already installed prior to us moving in a little over a year ago, had failed to work when we needed it to. Tom assessed the situation and even went above and beyond by going out to find the right sump pump for us and any additional parts needed. He explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done to help keep it maintained. Very kind, professional and efficient. Dave is awesome… such a good guy. I own a home bakery, so my pipes are definitely used more often than others. I had a pretty major blockage this morning and not only did Dave come out on time but he brought all the necessary equipment as well as some preventative care for me to hold onto. He gave me great advice on how to avoid blockages in the future and made sure I knew how to use the drain treatment product to get the best results. These guys always do an excellent job. On three different visits, they installed a new AC, furnace, and humidifier. Their prices are reasonable; they installed the new units only a few days after I called; they got the job right the first time; and all the units were quality products. The shower had no hot water. We called Restore plumbing and drain. The woman who answered the phone was very nice. John came the next day to inspect and explain the possibilities in detail. Quick in and out. Half as much as a plumbing company I've been using for years with the same product and quality. Friendly and fast. I believe in paying fair wages and paying what for what you get but the other guys were ridiculous for what the job is. If I wasn't old and fat now....I could do it myself but it would take me a whole day lol!
