I have nothing but good things to say about MAS plumbing. My initial call was after work, for a slow drain on my kitchen sink, I had a little bit of a slow drain throughout the week, and I thought I had time before things totally clogged up, so I scheduled my visit for the weekend (WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS SUCH A HARD THING TO FIND). I was told that MAS could have someone come out and perform an inspection and I signed up. I tried to see if I could fix the issue myself using a hand crank drain snake, and I wasn't getting anywhere. Low and behold, later that night my sink and dishwasher totally backed up, and I knew I needed help ASAP. I called MAS the same day at 9 p.m. and got a hold of their afterhours answering service, who let me know they would forward my call to the office to be addressed the next day. To my surprise, Carl called me back the same night! He offered to come out at 9 p.m. but let me know that since it wasn't really an emergency, he'd recommend that I just wait until the next day. He let me know that they could definitely get me in for the next day, and that he would probably be the one to come out and assist. Without Carl I wouldn't have been able to sleep, just getting a call back from Carl letting me know that MAS plumbing could be out the next day helped me rest easy. Carl came out the next day, and KILLED IT. Super kind, professional, skilled and also charismatic. He got the pro-sized snake out and got the job done in less than a couple hours. I could tell he really cared about the client experience, and he was super focused on getting the job done. Carl also went above and beyond and took a look at my drain line set-up so that I could ensure that it was pitched correctly. I can't recommend MAS enough. The customer service was excellent from start to slightly panicked late-night moment, all the way to when Carl came and won me over as a client for likely the rest of my time in this house. I'm so happy I found this Company, and Carl made me a client of MAS for life! Thanks again, Carl and MAS!

Ron you guys took my calll of a leaking pipe from the main water and despatch response was fast Jason tackled the pipe review the job as he was driving to the job and cap the pipe review and we had service in the apartment in a few hours I always call this company never had a guys that ever ran into any problem they no what they doing screw the price it’s a peace of mine it’s fix right( then about I think I get a break my hot water tank started to leak at my house as soon as I call in a half hour window they had a new tank on to the job site as Eric was installing he found a pipe that any time it would of started a leak maybe not that day but one day if I’m not home owners nightmare great company f the money sleep easy no worries

What I thought was a simple laundry clog turned out to be a much larger sewer job. Even though Justin was slotted for what was probably a fast job, he was still able to quickly adapt thanks to being incredibly prepared and having everything he could need in his truck, didn't have to run out for parts or tools even once. Got me back up and running quickly and expertly, highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with 1-Tom-Plumber from start to finish. They answered my call right away after I discovered my old water heater was leaking, which honestly caught me off guard since it was only about 8 years old. I had a big bulky 75-gallon Richmond power-vent water heater, and by the time I noticed the issue, water was leaking throughout my basement. To make matters worse, some of my existing plumbing lines were already corroded and beginning to leak as well. I went a full week without hot water while trying to figure out the best long term solution, which was incredibly stressful. When 1-Tom-Plumber came out, they were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of my replacement options without pressure. After talking it through, I decided to upgrade to a tankless “endless hot water” system. I’m so glad I did. The new system works amazingly well. I never run out of hot water, and unlike traditional systems, it doesn’t require a specific hard-water softener, so I didn’t have to invest in an additional water softening system. It also doesn’t require costly yearly flushes, which was a huge plus for me. On top of that, the system comes with a 15-year manufacturer warranty and is made right here in America, which gave me even more confidence in my decision. The workmanship was truly top-notch, the installation was clean, and everything was explained clearly along the way. I’m extremely happy with my experience and the upgrade. If you’re dealing with water heater issues or considering going tankless, I highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber. They made a stressful situation so much easier and delivered excellent results.

I would absolutely recommend this company and its valuable employee Eric! He was here within 2 hours (Sunday am at 7) for a leak in the garage ceiling. Eric was professional and patient in answering our questions and very knowledgeable….for a cubs fan 😂. He fixed the issue! I would absolutely recommend this company again

They tried to say I had a broken sewer and wanted to dig up my yard and charge me $18500 for a full sewer line replacement. I have a warrenty for the sewer and water line I'd gotten through the village of Streamwood so I contacted them and they sent out another plumber (Center Gaurd Plumbing) to inspect the line. They cleared the blockage and revealed that Stellar didn't even map out the sewer line properly. When I brought these finding to Stellar they said that the plumber that came after didn't do a good job and that stellars efforts initially made it easier for the next guy to completely clear the line. Lol. So by that logic if their guy just stayed working at the clog he made (cause it wasn't backing up befor he meddle with it) they would have been able to clear it. I assume they gave up becuase they saw a way to make an easy $9k-18500. And I say that because the whole time this is happening Carlos was trying to sell me financing not realizing my warrenty would cover the cost of any and all repairs. Just really disappointing as the work they did was pricey but still adequate, I didn't mind paying extra if the job is done right but I do cross a line when you try to pull one over on me. Stellars guy didn't even map my sewer line out correctly if I had needed to use them they would have been poking holes in my yard like a geek squad installer trying to mount a TV on my wall. I thought this was a professional outfit but they couldn't even honor a partial refund when I called them out on them not finishing the job. At the end of the day it's just money I can make more but man I'd hate to have someone else pull a loan on something they don't need to.

Great experience with this plumbing company. They replaced our ejector pump and basin and did a very clean and professional job. The team covered the carpets and walkways, completed the installation properly, and cleaned the area after finishing the work. Very happy with the service and would recommend them.

Having to replace a water heater is never fun. From the start, this company communicated effectively and sent out a tech to inspect the issue. Gus, was very detail oriented and I appreciated that he explained things thoroughly. While their quote was not the cheapest, I felt confident that they would do the work right and they have a great warranty too! Day of installation, again, communication from the entire team was fantastic and everything went smoothly. Gus did an amazing job and I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues. I will definitely use them if a plumbing need arises. You get what you pay for, and this case it was excellent customer service and a smooth process to get a new water heater installed properly.

Drain Masters was recommended to me by two friends at the gym for what I thought was a plugged toilet drain line. They came by within a day of my call, diagnosed the problem at no charge, and told me I could fix it myself, or have them repair the issue at what I thought was a pretty reasonable price. I elected to do it myself to save the money as it was a pretty simple fix. They were honest and comfortable to deal with. I will definitely be calling these guys again for any plumbing issues I have.

This is the second time we’ve used drain master to route our Floor drain by washer/dryer prevent back ups! They are Extremely professional, and cleaned the area after the work was done. They charged a reasonable fee, they were on time and full of helpful information. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area who Have plumbing issues.

Tim was incredibly responsive, prices were competitive, the job was done quickly and no mess was left behind. The shower had no hot water. We called Restore plumbing and drain. The woman who answered the phone was very nice. John came the next day to inspect and explain the possibilities in detail. Quick in and out. Half as much as a plumbing company I've been using for years with the same product and quality. Friendly and fast. I believe in paying fair wages and paying what for what you get but the other guys were ridiculous for what the job is. If I wasn't old and fat now....I could do it myself but it would take me a whole day lol! I hope everyone who comes across this review reads it fully!! I had an overfill and found Tidy tank on Google. I called on Monday and had someone out in the early afternoon to pump out my home. I had Brad come service it, and he was absolutely polite, broke down to me what could be happening and told me he can set me up with a technician to check out what's going on. I had an appointment for that day but I received a call from someone in office to let me know their technition was at an emergency and wanted to let me know they were sorry for the inconvenience. They helped set up an appointment for me for today in the afternoon . To two gentlemen Bobby and Rosie came to check out what's going on today and to check my lines. They were so kind and really explained to me what's happening. I was charged a service fee for today, but if they come out and do the work that I'm quoted for they throw that amount into the total for the quoted job as well!!I've gone through two different company's and let me tell you I have no regrets with finding and calling Tidy Tank. They are a sound company and are for their customers. I can say with confidence I am getting great service for what I'm paying for!! Quality service, offer technicians to trouble shoot issues, communicate, and answer any questions without hesitation. The past two places I've gone through they came in came out wanted money. They didn't want to discuss with us about the look of our tank, anything!!! They were just standoffish, and you do not get this with Tidy Tank!!! Give them a call and schedule a pumping, you won't regret it at all!!!

I found my new plumber! I've been using a friend for years, but I needed immediate help. I needed a tankless water heater option and chose a Navien product and was looking for a certified installer. I got several quotes, and decided to go with MDM after meeting Dennis. Dennis is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He really cares about his customers and the work he does. I was confident that he would do a great job. Dennis didn't try to upsell and provided me with what he felt were the best options. He gave me a fair price and I didn't hesitate. He just finished the install today, and everything is literally perfect. He did everything necessary to make sure that the install was exactly what I needed. Everything was done very well. Water is extremely hot again! He even made sure that the new high-efficiency exhaust pipes had a nice finished look on the outside of the house. He even identified another issue I was having, but felt it wasn't urgent enough to do immediately. I highly recommend working with Dennis and MDM! They're definitely trustworthy.
