I have nothing but good things to say about MAS plumbing. My initial call was after work, for a slow drain on my kitchen sink, I had a little bit of a slow drain throughout the week, and I thought I had time before things totally clogged up, so I scheduled my visit for the weekend (WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS SUCH A HARD THING TO FIND). I was told that MAS could have someone come out and perform an inspection and I signed up. I tried to see if I could fix the issue myself using a hand crank drain snake, and I wasn't getting anywhere. Low and behold, later that night my sink and dishwasher totally backed up, and I knew I needed help ASAP. I called MAS the same day at 9 p.m. and got a hold of their afterhours answering service, who let me know they would forward my call to the office to be addressed the next day. To my surprise, Carl called me back the same night! He offered to come out at 9 p.m. but let me know that since it wasn't really an emergency, he'd recommend that I just wait until the next day. He let me know that they could definitely get me in for the next day, and that he would probably be the one to come out and assist. Without Carl I wouldn't have been able to sleep, just getting a call back from Carl letting me know that MAS plumbing could be out the next day helped me rest easy. Carl came out the next day, and KILLED IT. Super kind, professional, skilled and also charismatic. He got the pro-sized snake out and got the job done in less than a couple hours. I could tell he really cared about the client experience, and he was super focused on getting the job done. Carl also went above and beyond and took a look at my drain line set-up so that I could ensure that it was pitched correctly. I can't recommend MAS enough. The customer service was excellent from start to slightly panicked late-night moment, all the way to when Carl came and won me over as a client for likely the rest of my time in this house. I'm so happy I found this Company, and Carl made me a client of MAS for life! Thanks again, Carl and MAS!

Ron you guys took my calll of a leaking pipe from the main water and despatch response was fast Jason tackled the pipe review the job as he was driving to the job and cap the pipe review and we had service in the apartment in a few hours I always call this company never had a guys that ever ran into any problem they no what they doing screw the price it’s a peace of mine it’s fix right( then about I think I get a break my hot water tank started to leak at my house as soon as I call in a half hour window they had a new tank on to the job site as Eric was installing he found a pipe that any time it would of started a leak maybe not that day but one day if I’m not home owners nightmare great company f the money sleep easy no worries

Had David and Rodel install a new water heater, complete new drainage, new gas lines, new hot/cold copper lines. Repair my 3 compartment existing commercial sink setup and brought everything up to code. The work was done clean and with a permit. Communicating the whole way through. I had a water issue due to an improperly installed sewer pipe along with roots in the line. They came out quickly, identified the issue and corrected it right away. Very knowledgeable, charged a honest price and were extremely professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a clogged sink and leaking pipes that turned into an emergency on a Sunday night. I was honestly shocked when David (the owner) picked up my call at 10:30 PM and was able to help right away. He arrived at my house first thing the next morning at 7:30 AM! David was extremely polite, very knowledgeable, and kept the pricing fair and affordable. He explained everything clearly and got the job done efficiently. In a stressful plumbing situation, that’s exactly what you hope for. From the time our 8 unit condo building was opened in 2016, until 2023, we had zero problems with plumbing. In late January 2023, after we had just gotten home from a trip to Tupelo, our main floor (we have a “duplex down”) kitchen sink water began rising on its own from drain water from upper floor units. My wife and I were like an old-time bucket brigade, running gallons from the sink to the powder room toilet to keep the water from cascading over our cabinets and onto the floor. We had a plumber come out and run a rod from under our kitchen sink into the main drain pipe, which started a drain flow of water again. This problem unfortunately returned in October 2023 (when we were just about to leave for vacation), as well as July and September 2024, July 2025 and most recently on November 3rd. Despite previously using two different large plumbing companies, none of them could locate where our building’s main 4” drain pipe was located (using metal detectors and cameras). So effectively each time they rodded from our kitchen, they were punching a small hole into the grease blockage, with the hole slowly closing back up. So we hired Suburban Chicago Plumbing Experts this time. They not only identified the problem, but also identified where our main drain pipes were located, and then went on to create new external clean-out pipes for our building so that now any future blockages can be gotten to easily. Suburban spent three hours using unique hydrojetting equipment which has a truck-based water heater furnace to melt away all of the grease which was clogging our line. And unlike most other plumbing companies, they also have their own vacuum truck, and sucked all the grease out of our front yard’s underground catch basin. I can’t recommend enough their expertise, their specialized equipment, and their attractive pricing. A terrific combination and value.

We had a major plumbing issue in the basement of one of the properties we managed. There was a backed up sewage line and left easily a foot of waste on the floor that needed to be disposed of and sanitized. One plumber told us we had to find someone to clean it up (which was odd to me because that seems like a hazard of the job) and then we called a second plumber and he could not get past a few feet with his scope. Mike and his team was able to clear the line all the way to the street and cleaned and sanitized it in a few hours. It has held great for a few months but we need a more permanent solution that the landlord cannot afford at this time but we will be using Mike and his team to help us when the time comes.

Mike, Maro, and Alex are AMAZING!!I can't praise these guys enough! Great customer service ad great work for a reasonable price. New catch basin, new sump pump, fixed existing wall whole and re-hung outside post to the way it should have been originally! As a bonus, they empty a big waste can of my stuff! We had some big roots clogging our drains. Elias and his team came in, introduced themselves and explained exactly what they were going to look for and the process. They got right to it and were finished quickly. They showed me a camera view of before and then after, explaining what was happening the whole way through. Very efficient, polite, and great to work with. Will highly recommend.

Had a great experience today with Father and Sons Plumbing Called at 4:00 PM on a Friday after our sewer line backed up into the house. They gave us an ETA of 5:30 - 6:30 and they showed up on time! Crew were Courteous, and Professional, they showed the issue to me with a scope on a video feed, the issue was tree roots in the line. They had the line cleaned out and working in under half an hour. They also checked the other end of the line toward the house and found more roots, which they cleaned as well. Prices were reasonable, and in line with local competition. Happy to support a local small business such as this!

Abraham at Father and Son’s did a great job with our new toilet installation. They kept everything clean and tidy, were very friendly and pricing was reasonable. Elias also came out to give an honest assessment of our plumbing situation, and we felt that he was honest and incredibly accommodating with schedules. Will definitely hire them again!

We used Tony's to do annual rodding of our sewer line for roots in the pipe. Mike came out, was very professional and friendly. He took time to explain the work he did and why he did it and explain everything he found and the condition of our sewer line. He asked if we had questions and took the time to answer and explain. The price was better than many places we called and the work was thorough. We will use Tony's again and would recommend.

My nephew referred me toTony's Drain & Sewer Cleaning after his extremely positive experience with them a couple of years back. From my first contact, the service and professionalism was outstanding. It is so difficult to find people to trust these days and I would have zero hesitation recommending Tony's to family and friends alike. We had a very difficult tree root issue invading our pipes and we dealt with Mike, Noah and George, three fantastic guys that were friendly, honest and unbelievably hard working. They employed their Hydro Jet service to clean out our drainage pipe and spent a lot of extra time to make sure things were done right. Mike explained everything and always involved us in every step of the process. We are planning to have them back to put in an outside clean out in the near future. We needed the drain pipes replaced for about 1/2 the house. 90 year old pipes. First quote ( from another plumber ) was eye watering. Bee Quick did the job for less than 1/2 the other quote. They listened to my concerns and we quickly agreed on what they were going to do. The only thing I wanted, that they would not do would have been a code violation. ( politely explained ) Total pros and a pleasure to work with. If there was an option for 6 stars I would have given it to them.

Drain Masters was recommended to me by two friends at the gym for what I thought was a plugged toilet drain line. They came by within a day of my call, diagnosed the problem at no charge, and told me I could fix it myself, or have them repair the issue at what I thought was a pretty reasonable price. I elected to do it myself to save the money as it was a pretty simple fix. They were honest and comfortable to deal with. I will definitely be calling these guys again for any plumbing issues I have.

This is the second time we’ve used drain master to route our Floor drain by washer/dryer prevent back ups! They are Extremely professional, and cleaned the area after the work was done. They charged a reasonable fee, they were on time and full of helpful information. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area who Have plumbing issues.

I needed some help fixing an underground downspout drain that I shattered while digging out a shrub in my garden. Tim was incredibly responsive, prices were competitive, the job was done quickly and no mess was left behind. DSP's card has found its rightful place on my fridge and they will be my first call if a future plumbing need arises.

Mike and Carmen did an amazing job! They were reasonably priced and very thorough. My basement drain was backing up from the sewer and they got everything cleared out of the main sewer line. They ran into some issues that they thought may cause problems in the future and they spent hours more than they needed to making sure everything was able to flow properly. 10 stars!

Carmen and his entire staff were awesome. We had an emergency and they came out right away. We have never used LaCassa before and we are extremely happy with the work. Carmen was very detailed in explaining the work he was going to do. He was very patient with all of our questions. They finished the job in one day and cleaned up everything.
