I have nothing but good things to say about MAS plumbing. My initial call was after work, for a slow drain on my kitchen sink, I had a little bit of a slow drain throughout the week, and I thought I had time before things totally clogged up, so I scheduled my visit for the weekend (WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS SUCH A HARD THING TO FIND). I was told that MAS could have someone come out and perform an inspection and I signed up. I tried to see if I could fix the issue myself using a hand crank drain snake, and I wasn't getting anywhere. Low and behold, later that night my sink and dishwasher totally backed up, and I knew I needed help ASAP. I called MAS the same day at 9 p.m. and got a hold of their afterhours answering service, who let me know they would forward my call to the office to be addressed the next day. To my surprise, Carl called me back the same night! He offered to come out at 9 p.m. but let me know that since it wasn't really an emergency, he'd recommend that I just wait until the next day. He let me know that they could definitely get me in for the next day, and that he would probably be the one to come out and assist. Without Carl I wouldn't have been able to sleep, just getting a call back from Carl letting me know that MAS plumbing could be out the next day helped me rest easy. Carl came out the next day, and KILLED IT. Super kind, professional, skilled and also charismatic. He got the pro-sized snake out and got the job done in less than a couple hours. I could tell he really cared about the client experience, and he was super focused on getting the job done. Carl also went above and beyond and took a look at my drain line set-up so that I could ensure that it was pitched correctly. I can't recommend MAS enough. The customer service was excellent from start to slightly panicked late-night moment, all the way to when Carl came and won me over as a client for likely the rest of my time in this house. I'm so happy I found this Company, and Carl made me a client of MAS for life! Thanks again, Carl and MAS!

I really appreciated Mas plumbing schedule my appointment for the very nice day. Everyone is very nice and friendly tackling the plumbing problem as soon as possible. Ron you guys took my calll of a leaking pipe from the main water and despatch response was fast Jason tackled the pipe review the job as he was driving to the job and cap the pipe review and we had service in the apartment in a few hours I always call this company never had a guys that ever ran into any problem they no what they doing screw the price it’s a peace of mine it’s fix right( then about I think I get a break my hot water tank started to leak at my house as soon as I call in a half hour window they had a new tank on to the job site as Eric was installing he found a pipe that any time it would of started a leak maybe not that day but one day if I’m not home owners nightmare great company f the money sleep easy no worries

Had David and Rodel install a new water heater, complete new drainage, new gas lines, new hot/cold copper lines. Repair my 3 compartment existing commercial sink setup and brought everything up to code. The work was done clean and with a permit. Communicating the whole way through. You don’t see this level of work a lot. 1000/5 stars

I had a water issue due to an improperly installed sewer pipe along with roots in the line. They came out quickly, identified the issue and corrected it right away. Very knowledgeable, charged a honest price and were extremely professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Very pleased with my experience with Tech PSD! I had a clogged sewer line in my home and had been recommended Tech PSD. I made a call in the morning and a crew was sent out the same day. Val helped out and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They treated me like family and did a professional job. They came with all the tools they needed to get the job done and were clean. I know when people read reviews there's normally a little skepticism like, "Is this legit?"; I'm here to tell you from my experience with working with these guys LITERALLY RIGHT NOW, they have been GREAT. From their initial diagnostics, to their scheduling, the work, everything has been exceptional! They arrived promptly (actually early), and sent over professionals to deal with a busted cast iron mainline pipe that was found to be cracked. Had an issue with my laundry sink and my laundry faucet. My friend recommended I called Drain And plumbing services Because they had worked on his house in the past. Valerie was very nice in answering my call and scheduling the appointment. Roman was my plumber and he was excellent. The price was fair and the work was done very fast. I also got warranty on labor from the company, which is a big bonus. I will continue to call them from now on.

I highly recommend them!! We had interacted with multiple plumbing & HVAC companies, and J Sewer & Drain Plumbing is the BEST, most professional, transparent, sincere, competent, and reliable. They communicated well with us about the work that needs to be done and when they did, they covered the entire area. We were doing bathroom remodeling at the same time. While the contractors did a nice work, they left a huge mess, dust everywhere, they were mixing glue, cutting tiles on our living room without covering our furnitures, floors, other rooms, etc. They are on our cell and will reach out if any plumbing related issues arise.

We called J Sewer & Drain at 5pm on a Friday after finding our basement flooded and they had a team out to our house within an hour. Carlos and Neris showed up and quickly identified the issue (tree roots were obstructing our sewer line) and got right to work rodding the line. The problem was resolved within few hours and they shared a reco for restoration/cleanup. They were friendly, professional and patient in helping us understand what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Would definitely recommend.

If you’re looking for Plumbing Drain Sewer services, you need to avoid SPG! They SPG charge to you before they start to provide service, which means you have to pay full price first even if they don’t get work done properly. They SPG charged me $1000 but couldn’t not fix my plumbing pipe. They SPG did not refund neither!

I contacted Sam at SPG to quote a water heater replacement. After getting bids from two big box stores and two independent contractors. I selected SPG because they provided more new heater options and a very competitive cost. Sam scheduled the installation and secured my selected heater that same day. The plumbers, Massimo and Kevin, were super professional and did an excellent job of getting the heater up to my condo and installed, without any damage to the new heater or the condo. I deeply appreciated their service and friendly attitude. Overall, SPG was responsive, professional, and committed to customer service. I hope this review will help others in need of similar services.

Really great experience! They answered quickly on a Sunday during a snowstorm and came out that morning. Kevin was our guy and he did great work. Even helped clean up after he finished. Super nice, reasonably priced and very prompt!! Would absolutely recommend and use again!

We were experiencing water coming in on the ground floor, and had several plumbers with very expensive and intrusive recommendations. The plumbers from Rocket were the first ones to thoroughly explain the issue and ask enough questions to get to the best solution. They rodded the sewer line and showed that it is now clear, and recommended hydrojetting in the near future to take care of remaining root intrusion. Great communication: clear and thorough without all the smoke. I was impressed with the setup, putting down tarps and covering things with plastic, and cleaning up well when they left. Highly recommend.

Absolutely top tier performance. Had a shower diverter and toilet installed along with a leaky hot water line replacement. All within the timeframe allowed and without issue. Straightforward pricing that didn’t change even after hitting a slight bump in the road. Very satisfied.

Had an issue with a toilet leaking from the bottom; tried to replace the gasket on my own, and it was okay for a few days but then leaking started again. Decided to call to let the pros handle it. Eric was very easy to work with. He communicated effectively what was going on. Ultimately it turns out the issue was that the toilet drain was backing up , so he had to call in for a bigger rod equipment. They were able to cut out roots to restore draining again. Will follow recommendation of having the line hydro jet(?) to cut out the roots in the drain line.

I recently contacted Rocket plumbing when I was having some problems with my water heater. This is actually the first time since I’ve moved to Chicago that I was able to get a plumber for same day service. My neighbor recommended them and I’m so glad I called. Geoff came out and explained the issue and my options for replacement. Since my utility closet has a tricky set up the furnace positioning made removal and installation complicated, but Geoff was able to explain everything to me and also communicate with my preferred HVAC contractor to make sure everything was done right and could be repaired as needed. I appreciate the time taken to answer all my questions and remedy the situation. I was impressed with how clean things were left once the job was done.
