I have nothing but good things to say about MAS plumbing. My initial call was after work, for a slow drain on my kitchen sink, I had a little bit of a slow drain throughout the week, and I thought I had time before things totally clogged up, so I scheduled my visit for the weekend (WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS SUCH A HARD THING TO FIND). I was told that MAS could have someone come out and perform an inspection and I signed up. I tried to see if I could fix the issue myself using a hand crank drain snake, and I wasn't getting anywhere. Low and behold, later that night my sink and dishwasher totally backed up, and I knew I needed help ASAP. I called MAS the same day at 9 p.m. and got a hold of their afterhours answering service, who let me know they would forward my call to the office to be addressed the next day. To my surprise, Carl called me back the same night! He offered to come out at 9 p.m. but let me know that since it wasn't really an emergency, he'd recommend that I just wait until the next day. He let me know that they could definitely get me in for the next day, and that he would probably be the one to come out and assist. Without Carl I wouldn't have been able to sleep, just getting a call back from Carl letting me know that MAS plumbing could be out the next day helped me rest easy. Carl came out the next day, and KILLED IT. Super kind, professional, skilled and also charismatic. He got the pro-sized snake out and got the job done in less than a couple hours. I could tell he really cared about the client experience, and he was super focused on getting the job done. Carl also went above and beyond and took a look at my drain line set-up so that I could ensure that it was pitched correctly. I can't recommend MAS enough. The customer service was excellent from start to slightly panicked late-night moment, all the way to when Carl came and won me over as a client for likely the rest of my time in this house. Ron you guys took my calll of a leaking pipe from the main water and despatch response was fast Jason tackled the pipe review the job as he was driving to the job and cap the pipe review and we had service in the apartment in a few hours I always call this company never had a guys that ever ran into any problem they no what they doing screw the price it’s a peace of mine it’s fix right( then about I think I get a break my hot water tank started to leak at my house as soon as I call in a half hour window they had a new tank on to the job site as Eric was installing he found a pipe that any time it would of started a leak maybe not that day but one day if I’m not home owners nightmare great company f the money sleep easy no worries

Had David and Rodel install a new water heater, complete new drainage, new gas lines, new hot/cold copper lines. Repair my 3 compartment existing commercial sink setup and brought everything up to code. The work was done clean and with a permit. Communicating the whole way through. From the time our 8 unit condo building was opened in 2016, until 2023, we had zero problems with plumbing. In late January 2023, after we had just gotten home from a trip to Tupelo, our main floor (we have a “duplex down”) kitchen sink water began rising on its own from drain water from upper floor units. My wife and I were like an old-time bucket brigade, running gallons from the sink to the powder room toilet to keep the water from cascading over our cabinets and onto the floor. We had a plumber come out and run a rod from under our kitchen sink into the main drain pipe, which started a drain flow of water again. This problem unfortunately returned in October 2023 (when we were just about to leave for vacation), as well as July and September 2024, July 2025 and most recently on November 3rd. Despite previously using two different large plumbing companies, none of them could locate where our building’s main 4” drain pipe was located (using metal detectors and cameras). So effectively each time they rodded from our kitchen, they were punching a small hole into the grease blockage, with the hole slowly closing back up. So we hired Suburban Chicago Plumbing Experts this time. They not only identified the problem, but also identified where our main drain pipes were located, and then went on to create new external clean-out pipes for our building so that now any future blockages can be gotten to easily. Suburban spent three hours using unique hydrojetting equipment which has a truck-based water heater furnace to melt away all of the grease which was clogging our line. And unlike most other plumbing companies, they also have their own vacuum truck, and sucked all the grease out of our front yard’s underground catch basin. I can’t recommend enough their expertise, their specialized equipment, and their attractive pricing. A terrific combination and value.

We had a major plumbing issue in the basement of one of the properties we managed. There was a backed up sewage line and left easily a foot of waste on the floor that needed to be disposed of and sanitized. One plumber told us we had to find someone to clean it up (which was odd to me because that seems like a hazard of the job) and then we called a second plumber and he could not get past a few feet with his scope. Mike and his team was able to clear the line all the way to the street and cleaned and sanitized it in a few hours. It has held great for a few months but we need a more permanent solution that the landlord cannot afford at this time but we will be using Mike and his team to help us when the time comes.

Mike, Maro, and Alex are AMAZING!!I can't praise these guys enough! Great customer service ad great work for a reasonable price. New catch basin, new sump pump, fixed existing wall whole and re-hung outside post to the way it should have been originally! As a bonus, they empty a big waste can of my stuff! We had some big roots clogging our drains. Elias and his team came in, introduced themselves and explained exactly what they were going to look for and the process. They got right to it and were finished quickly. They showed me a camera view of before and then after, explaining what was happening the whole way through. Very efficient, polite, and great to work with. Will highly recommend.

Had a great experience today with Father and Sons Plumbing Called at 4:00 PM on a Friday after our sewer line backed up into the house. They gave us an ETA of 5:30 - 6:30 and they showed up on time! Crew were Courteous, and Professional, they showed the issue to me with a scope on a video feed, the issue was tree roots in the line. They had the line cleaned out and working in under half an hour. They also checked the other end of the line toward the house and found more roots, which they cleaned as well. Prices were reasonable, and in line with local competition. Happy to support a local small business such as this!

Abraham at Father and Son’s did a great job with our new toilet installation. They kept everything clean and tidy, were very friendly and pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend them!! We had interacted with multiple plumbing & HVAC companies, and J Sewer & Drain Plumbing is the BEST, most professional, transparent, sincere, competent, and reliable. They communicated well with us about the work that needs to be done and when they did, they covered the entire area. We were doing bathroom remodeling at the same time. While the contractors did a nice work, they left a huge mess, dust everywhere, they were mixing glue, cutting tiles on our living room without covering our furnitures, floors, other rooms, etc. They are on our cell and will reach out if any plumbing related issues arise.

I had a main drain line issue and Bee Quick was one of three plumbers I contacted. His technical expertise, knowledge, and love of his trade are unparalleled. He diagnosed the problem, provided a quick turn-around schedule date to complete the work, and the work was completed professionally, cleanly, and quickly. We needed the drain pipes replaced for about 1/2 the house. 90 year old pipes. First quote ( from another plumber ) was eye watering. Bee Quick did the job for less than 1/2 the other quote. They listened to my concerns and we quickly agreed on what they were going to do. The only thing I wanted, that they would not do would have been a code violation. ( politely explained ) Total pros and a pleasure to work with. If there was an option for 6 stars I would have given it to them.

I needed a water heater installation for a tenant and JSewer and Drain did NOT disappoint. Diego and Luis were exemplary plumbers. All of JSewer’s crew are amazing! They are my go to plumbers. I found them last February and I’ll always call them for all my plumbing needs. The tenant stated “that’s an amazing water tank.” They’re very pleased.

When Diego arrived to my house I told him that there was something wrong with my water system before he started working. The cold supply line to my water heater was shut off I drained my water heater overnight but when I woke up this morning water was still flowing out. This meant cold water was leaking into my hot water pipes and back into my water heater. Although I told the team working on my water heater replacement this information as soon as they walked in they cut into the hot side pipe knowing that there was running water in it. This this started to flood my furnished rental apartment in my basement. Instead of trying to cap the leak The Operators started to try and soak up the leak. The water continued to leak until they finally went back to Home Depot to buy a new shut-off valve. It is my opinion that when a customer let you know there's a problem you should come up with a plan before cutting a pipe with running water in it. All I wanted was a simple apology from management but instead Jesus gaslit me into believing that this was how the work was supposed to be done and that he had 25 years of experience and these things just happen and I should be thankful that somebody was willing to work on Sunday. Regardless if they flooded my basement or not. The hot water did get installed and the damage was minimal (only because me and my renter worked diligently at mitigating the flood) so i paid what was owed but i will not be fooled to believe this was the best service that i could have recieved.

we had an amazing repair experience today in our basement fixing a broken pipe below the concrete slab which was leaking sewer gas. terrific crew came on a Saturday and did incredible job including the cleanup and an extra small item that was outside the scope of what we paid for. highly recommend and thanks for Google Gemini who recommended we contact them.

Jack Simonson was great! Had 5 different companies for quotes in my sewer line. He was the most honest and transparent of the plumbers. He gave me a estimate onsite and did not try to upsell me like the others. Scottish Plumber made sure the hydro jet and stent was done timely and show me the before and after.

Elliot is a thorough, professional, and proactive plumber. He went above and beyond while he was at our home, found the core issue after detailed troubleshooting, and made sure our pump worked properly. We really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to ensure everything worked as it should. After calling 4 plumbers and getting ghosted (not sure why), it was a huge relief to speak with someone over the phone to schedule Elliot to come by and help us out. Scottish Plumber has an excellent system and brought a great plumber! Update: we had Carlos come to install a new back up sump pump and check valve and he was prompt, kind, and careful! We are so grateful for the team at Scottish plumbing.
