At 3:00am on Saturday my son alerted me that the toilet wasn’t flushing and that the water in the bathtub wasn’t draining. So, I called another company first and they said they could have some out around 8:00am to 12:00pm. Okay, it’s the weekend, makes sense. Well, around 2:00pm, no call no show, I gave up and cancelled with them. Thank goodness I did!! After some research I called Hiller and Alex was at my door in just over an hour on a Sunday! But, then there was a problem. I had no idea where our clean out was. Alex didn't bat an eye and started a thorough search all around the house. I tagged along and he answered all my questions while we searched. Well, we couldn’t find it. It wasn’t even on my house blueprints!? Undaunted, Alex rolled up his sleeves and got ready to remove the toilet, committed to fixing our problem. Then something he had explained to me about the repair process during our search made me think of an odd fixture in my kid’s closet. He checked it out and sure enough! It was the clean out! (My house is weird!) I really appreciate how much he engaged with me throughout the entire process. After fixing the problem he even found the other outdoor clean-out too! It was completely buried and he dug it up! Thank you, Alex! Let me tell you;Alex is everything and more Hiller promises in their technicians. He exceeded expectations and is just a darn nice guy! We used Hiller to replace all of the original water lines and sewer stack in our 1938 home. They were not our cheapest quote, but were by far the best communicators and came across as the most competent. Our point of contact was Reid and his communication was flawless throughout the experience. The Hiller team was quick, efficient, and considerate. They even popped back out to tweak a few things after the work was done. I've hired close to a dozen plumbers in my life and done a lot of plumbing work myself and I've never had an experience better than with Reid and Hiller. Highly recommended!

I can't recommend the Hiller group in Birmingham highly enough. EVERY technician, from HVAC, to plumbing, to electrical, to even cleaning my dryer vent, is professional, knowledgeable, respectful of property, and never try to sell you on anything you don't need. My wife and I moved to Chelsea from Montgomery in June 2023. Back home we had a longstanding, reliable plumber we totally trusted. Once here, it took us two more years of using plumbers whose work may have been sufficient, but the way they conducted themselves left us worried that we’d been taken advantage of (we’re in our 70’s). Last year we decided to hire Mr. Drippy to fix a nagging problem created by one of the previous plumbers, which they did. But it was how they went about their work so thoroughly and professionally that convinced us we’d found *our* forever plumber. I called them three days ago to fix a HUGE problem with our sump pump and drain line. Their plumber, Gene Short (with 19yrs experience), started and finished the job today. He fixed what seemed impossible with confidence and assurance. He identified the problem, told me his plan of approach, gave me a fair job quote, and finished it as planned and quoted. No sticker shock. And he actually left our basement better than I’d left him. I totally trust Mr. Drippy and I’ll gladly tell anyone that they’re OUR plumber! Thanks, Gene (and Erin!).

I was scheduled for a service window between 8:30–10:00 AM this past Friday, and right at 8:00 AM I received a confirmation call from Laura, which I really appreciated. Even better, Pierce arrived promptly, just after 8:30AM and appeared extremely professional and ready to get to work. Pierce was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I showed him the issues I was having with a toilet and two sinks, and he carefully explained what was going on in a way that made complete sense. He stepped back out to his van to coordinate with Laura on pricing, and within minutes had clear, straightforward options with numbers for me on how we could approach the problems. The pricing was very reasonable, and they even offered bundling discounts, which made it an incredible value! (Especially for the level of professionalism and quality service they provide.) It is rare to find a company where you genuinely feel comfortable having someone in your home, but that’s exactly how I felt with Pierce. From the moment you meet him, you know you can trust him — supervised or unsupervised — to do the job correctly and with integrity. Going forward, I will absolutely be requesting Pierce Winkler as our on-site plumber every time. Great experience with Mr. Drippy. Pierce came by and was extremely kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. We had a few things that were questionable about the water heater in our new house, but Pierce explained why these things were actually normal and not a problem in a very easy way to understand. He even gave me tips for ongoing maintenance that I could take a crack at myself to save money. When we inevitably run into a real problem in the future, we will definitely be calling Mr. Drippy again.

We had MULTIPLE plumbers come out to see why our kitchen sink and dishwasher were not draining. None of them could snake the drains far enough to figure out the problem, but at least 3 of them told us we had collapsed pipes in our slab. Again, no pictures of such, but that was the diagnosis. Brad's Plumbing, specifically Chris, came out and got on the roof and blew out the drain as we simply had a grease clog. This saved us literally THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of dollars. The other plumbers saw insurance money and wanted to line their pockets and rip up our house. I will use only Brad's Plumbing for all plumbing needs. They are honest, efficient and worth every penny. Brad came out and looked at the old toilet and after looking it up told me it was a 40 year old antique and no one made parts for it anymore. I asked him to order me a new toilet before he left for his next appointment. I expected it to be a week before he could get back but he came that evening and installed the new toilet in under 2 hours. The price was reasonable and lower than I expected. Brad is friendly and very professional. I would recommend him to family and friends anytime.

Johnny and Adam were the best!!! They replaced and installed two new toilets. Secondly, it took quite a bit of time for them to figure out how two previous plumbers had either by incompetence or on purpose did not put in the master shower head properly. After considerable time and knowledge, they figured it out and fixed it and gave me my dream shower! I Highly recommend both of them for any plumbing needs you may have. They were amazing. Another company quoted us $3,000 to unclog and “change out old cast iron pipes”. We never needed to change the pipes. Ben got us unclogged for $325.

Ben is fantastic!! Called yesterday and pressure regulator is replaced today! Reasonable pricing and very knowledgeable. I will be calling him again! My wife was at the house and handled this alone and was really comfortable with Ben and really liked him. Thanks Ben!

When on site, the team is always very knowledgeable and timely about making any needed repairs. They also offer suggestive advice on repairs that could improve the overall quality of my water system. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We have been having problems with our plumbing for over a year and have paid thousands for it to be fixed. I wish we would have called them when our problems first started, because it would have saved us a lot of time and money. Chris was very professional and explained the problem and the fix to us. Spencer provided gerat service. Was very good and thorough. worked the problem afterer some unforseen conditions were identified. he pivoted and did a great job! Only hiccup, was a schedule issue. I was slated for first thing; however they were unable to show up until late morning (11:30am).

So far, so good. Christina got the appt set up quickly. Wish there was more info about the benefit of higher toilet price at the front end but it worked out ok. Ivan did everything as promised - called, on time, quick work, explanations, etc. Just installed this am.

Brad came quickly after talking to him about a major plumbing issue that we could not resolve. It took several pieces of equipment to finally clear everything, and he also checked another toilet and sump pump just to see might alleviate small issues! Loved working with him… will call again!!

Superior Plumbing was fantastic to work with, from the moment I called the office to the time Robert completed the job.. The staff were professional, kind and courteous. Robert was able to diagnose and fix my problem (pressure regulator needed replacement) within a span of about 2 hours. If I need help in the future I will definitely be giving them a call.
