Yae, the Roto Rooter tech who came out to check our septic tank and subsequently emptied it, did a great job. It was not an easy job due to never having been emptied in 26 years, among other issues. He was professional and helpful in giving us the info we needed to make the decision to proceed with the project. He was personable and easy to work with. These comments apply also to the whole Roto Rooter team.

Company responded very quickly after I called with a drain pipe clog that another plumbing company couldn't fix. Rep also suggested a routing fix, rather than full hydro jetting, that got the job done, plus saved me lots of money. Very impressive.

Honestly, I’d give 10 stars. I had been without water since yesterday, and at first, I brushed it off, thinking the nearby construction was the cause. But when the faucets were still dry this morning, worry started to creep in. After calling the water utility and hearing that the problem was on our end, I spent a long time searching for the leak—finally finding water seeping out near the meter. I reached out to Roto-Rooter, and that’s when Riley arrived. He stepped out of the truck with a warm, genuine smile that immediately eased my stress. In the freezing cold, he knelt down and dug through the ground with his hands, determined to find the source of the problem. He went out of his way to get rust‑resistant parts so the repair would last, and he worked with such care and integrity that it honestly moved me. He didn’t leave until everything was fully restored, checking and rechecking to make sure the water was flowing properly again. He even gave us a discount—something he didn’t have to do but did anyway. Before he left, he wished us a blessed day, and it felt sincere. Thanks to Riley, we finally have water again. After a stressful, uncomfortable day, his kindness and professionalism turned everything around. If five stars is the limit, then he deserves double.

Michael quickly found that we did not have a clogged drain, but a dishwasher issue. Suggested that we contact a dishwasher repair person and did not charge us for his service. Great guy and company. Will definitely use them if I need service.

Kenny came to check out my hot water heater. It did not take him long to diagnose the problem he explained everything to me and was very nice and professional. I felt very comfortable with Kenny and trusted his expertise! Around the clock is the only plumbing company I will let do any of my plumbing needs, they are fair and very good at what they do!!

We had a water heater that was starting to leak, and the tech came to our house quickly. He replaced our 2 old 50 gallon water heaters with 1 80 gallon heater. The installation was well done. and the old equipment and pipes were neatly removed. Very courteous and professional with good quality work.

Michael did a great job. I had a water leak (9,000 gallons on last bill!) and pointed to a squishy place in the yard. He dug there but there was nothing. My bad. Must have been the rain. Then he did it correctly. Step by step eliminating the line from the street to the house, isolating the hot side. Then hot in vs hot out and identified the problem methodically and smartly. It was the blowoff valve. In my defense, my builder put the blow off line and heat pump condensation line together and I thought the water coming out was from condensation. In any case, Michael quickly replaced it. Did good, honest work without trying to upsell anything. I would recommend him and Mr. Rooter, whom we've used for years.

Heath and Kaden were very friendly and professional. They worked quickly to find the leak and repaired it quickly. They are a great team. They were incredibly considerate of my house and property. I called 1 Tom Plumbing this morning at about 9:30. by 11:00 their Service Technician Mark Waldrop was standing in my garage talking to me about the problem I was having with my whole house water filteration system. He really spent some time looking at where the leak was originating from and determined that the housing wasn’t cracked, instead the O-ring on the pressure release valve was basically disintegrating, and making it so you couldn’t take the pressure off the water filter to remove it and replace it. He had the part in his truck to fix it and had me back up and running by noon. The price they charged was very reasonable. He was wonderful. I can’t say enough nice things about Mark Waldrop. he is a GREAT representative for your company. this is the second time that I’ve had y’all out to do something for me and both times the technicians have just been wonderful and knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. I will definitely use you again and will recommend one time Plumbing to all of My friends

I would use these guys again, Mark our tech was great, we had a gas leak under our house. He got it fixed made us feel real comfortable. Very nice guy. I would definitely use this company again for any of my plumbing needs. Mark went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of thank you again.

Technician Robert Mertz came out to check the heater on January 19th and he was knowledgeable and professional. He did a heat wellness check and no issues were found. Mr. Conner Troup was very nice and professional. He listened to my concerns about Huntsville utilities recent repairs to a water main in front our house that possibly causing a surge in water pressure causing our T&P valve to pop! . He was honest and said our hot water heater is fine after inspection. He suggested a new T&P replacement as a precautionary measure. He also replaced the drain valve with a ball valve to ease in the suggested drain of our tank a few times a year to prolong the hot water heaters life. I have your number so when it’s time to replace the hot water heater I’m going lot call J. Henry Plumbing. Thanks again Conner.

Dustin did a great job and knew what he was doing. He took the time to find the issue we were having unlike previous plumbers and fixed it. The price was a little high but was in line with other plumbers. Bottom line great service, job well done, average price. I would recommend this plumber.

Very knowledgeable and explained/showed me what the problem was and how they fixed it. I thought the price was very reasonable for both jobs, too. Scott Plumbing and Jay G (tech) was fantastic. Scott Plumbing let me know who was coming. Jay arrived on time, extremely knowledgeable about installation of hybrid heat pump. Cleaned up afterwards and took time to explain the workings of the water tank. Scott Plumbing will be the company we will call for our plumbing needs.

Communication was great coordinating a date and time to respond. Brandon showed up right at the beginning of the window I was told a plumber would arrive. I was give a quote and the job which included replacing a water filtration system and seal in the bathtub handle. The price was fair and the work was done with no problems. I am very pleased. Andy
