Called Sunday morning for a busted hot water heater. Evan was quick to respond to the dispatch call and showed right up. He assessed the problem, described what was wrong, explained the situation and solution. Then he wasted no time getting started. The whole situation took a lot less time than I expected. He was very polite and personable. His work was great. I have used Dean Plumbing in the past and they will always be my first choice. Happy I do not have to spend the weekend without hot water.

Rusty and crew did a whole house supply side replacement as well as a small bit of waste side replacement ('60s house with mostly original plumbing). They did an excellent (and thorough) job, especially dealing with the oddities of plumbing that old. All the work was completed in the 2 and a half days they quoted and it's so wonderful to have actual water flow again! I couldn't ask for a more professional, responsive, and friendly experience.

We had a leak around our washing machine valve. DrainPro Express was very quick to respond to our issue even calling us to let us know when they were on the way. James was very professional and personable. He even went under our house to ensure we had no other leaks. Would definitely recommend him to others.

Draingo of Alabama replaced our water heater, we had some issues with our home warranty who by the way will not send out a list of of parts they cover, they will tell you what parts are covered over the phone from a call center in India which isnt good enough. This is for anyone dealing with warranties, nothing to do with Drain go. We finally did get them to send us a list of what parts were not covered (weird) but they sent it under a letterhead and logo of some completely different company name so we never opened it and didn't find it until later as it looked like Junk Mail. However Drain Go was very nice on the phone, and also the person they sent out Elbert was fantastic, and super fast. I would use them again.

I had a service call for 12-4 and they called me at 2:15, I was at work and had paid someone to be at my house, they did not come and rescheduled for another 4 days. I had already waited 5 days to get the 1st appointment. They were used through American Home Sheild my warranty company, but I would not recommend them at all. They do not care about the problem that's going on at your house and their customer service is a joke. I rescheduled with Roto Rooter and got outstanding service.

Can’t recommend these folks highly enough. Chris worked us in on a busy day when we had no kitchen sink, Matthew went under the house multiple times trying to unclog the sink line, and Brian came to the rescue when no one else could figure out the problem. He came up with a creative solution to the headache that Five Points plumbing is known for. And their price was very reasonable after all the extra work. We appreciate them so much.

I called with an urgent matter while they were booked. Chris made some calls and Bryan was able to come and see me next day. The quoted price was stood by. The work was above expectations. I cannot recommend Davy enough! After dealing with multiple plumbers who either couldn’t find the issue or completely misdiagnosed the problem, Davy was the only one who correctly identified the leak. He truly took his time and did not give up until the issue was found. His knowledge and expertise were obvious from the start. He carefully investigated everything, explained the problem clearly, and made sure it was fixed the right way. Davy is highly skilled, hardworking, trustworthy and incredibly professional. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a thorough job instead of rushing through it. If you need an honest, knowledgeable plumber who actually solves the problem, Davy is the one to call! He is the only plumber that does sump pumps too!

Had an emergency septic system backup while we had visitors late on a Friday evening. Mr. Rooter was there within an hour and emptied the tank and was able to fix the plugged line. Great job; reasonable price; professional technician!

My experience with Mr. Rooter was nice. 1st let me start off with that I appreciate Mr. Rooter coming out on a Saturday moring. There were two men one was Mike and the other was Michael. They were both extremely polite and happy to help us with our plumbing needs. The only thing I did not like would be that they called at 8:30 in the moring. When I had made the appointment the receptionist said they would call 45 minutes before coming over, once I had answered the phone they said they would be over in 10-15mins and I kid you not. They immediately showed up two minutes later. Which I am impressed but I had no reaction time to even brush my own teeth. I wish this company would have a schedule instead of just showing up. I am extremely lucky they did come because I know where some plumbing places don't show up for hours or even cancles your appointments. But they did a wonderful job. But an hour later when. I went down stairs to check our bathroom shower the shower handle started to leak immediately after. 😅 I turned it on and off to see if it was still leaking big mistake the water would not turn off. I had to shut it off myself. I called them at 10:50am for them to come back and they came back 2 hours later. In total. The whole job had costed us 875$. I would recommend Mr. Rooter but I would change a few things. But at least they have a 90 day warranty.

Michael did a great job. I had a water leak (9,000 gallons on last bill!) and pointed to a squishy place in the yard. He dug there but there was nothing. My bad. Must have been the rain. Then he did it correctly. Step by step eliminating the line from the street to the house, isolating the hot side. Then hot in vs hot out and identified the problem methodically and smartly. It was the blowoff valve. In my defense, my builder put the blow off line and heat pump condensation line together and I thought the water coming out was from condensation. In any case, Michael quickly replaced it. Did good, honest work without trying to upsell anything. I would recommend him and Mr. Rooter, whom we've used for years.

I had a plumbing emergency. They were very prompt and were able to accommodate me and coordinate their team quickly. Easy to communicate with everyone from the dispatcher through the work crew. They did a good job and nothing else was damaged or affected. They had a backup ready in case of more flooding occurring when they pumped the stoppage. They gave me options and I did not feel pressured with an upsell which was nice. I had an emergency and I did not shop around for pricing so I cannot compare on price with anything else. I can saw the we’re prompt, professional, fixed it first try and took a bit of time after to verify that everything was flowing correctly and working before they left. I was glad to get a solution in under 24hrs. In hindsight, I would try everything I can to solve it myself, if I had another problem. I could have bought the professional grade snake, bought the same tier dry vac, put my family up in a hotel for a week, and still saved enough money for a weekend away vacation had I done it myself. It was shockingly expensive.

Heath and Kaden were very friendly and professional. They worked quickly to find the leak and repaired it quickly. They are a great team. They were incredibly considerate of my house and property. I called 1 Tom Plumbing this morning at about 9:30. by 11:00 their Service Technician Mark Waldrop was standing in my garage talking to me about the problem I was having with my whole house water filteration system. He really spent some time looking at where the leak was originating from and determined that the housing wasn’t cracked, instead the O-ring on the pressure release valve was basically disintegrating, and making it so you couldn’t take the pressure off the water filter to remove it and replace it. He had the part in his truck to fix it and had me back up and running by noon. The price they charged was very reasonable. He was wonderful. I can’t say enough nice things about Mark Waldrop. he is a GREAT representative for your company. this is the second time that I’ve had y’all out to do something for me and both times the technicians have just been wonderful and knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. I will definitely use you again and will recommend one time Plumbing to all of My friends

Hiller took our call at 9pm when we were having issues with our AC and had a technician out next day. They send a notification when the technician is on the way and you can track the time before arrival. They were here during the time slot alloted and didn't run over. Sloan was a great help and got everything squared away quickly. Will be recommending them to friends and family.

Technician Robert Mertz came out to check the heater on January 19th and he was knowledgeable and professional. He did a heat wellness check and no issues were found.
