David is a WONDERFUL man. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable.He is my go to from now on. I took a shower. When I was done it wouldn’t turn off. I called him on a SATURDAY and he was there at my house in a snap. He found the water turn off valves in my yard that the water company couldn’t even find in 2 minutes. He fixed my problem in a few minutes. I’m so thankful I found him.

We had a clogged kitchen sink. They told me it would be the next day for them to come out. They were able to come same day. Mr Wade who came out provided exceptional service. He worked and worked until he got the job done and even provided some pointers on how to try and unclog the next time. He was very professional and does great work. We had the kitchen sink/drain clog over the weekend. To avoid a weeken service call we spent $150 and 3 days trying to fix the problem ourselves with no success. We called Dothan Roto Rooter on Monday and they came out the next day and cleared the drain in an hour and for less money than we spent trying to do it ourselves. The technician that came out to the house, Dillon, was super nice, polite, and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!!

Recently called Roto Rooter to have our septic system pumped out. From the initial phone call to the completion of the task, overall, a great bunch of folks to deal with. Scheduling was easy and questions answered. The two guys who came out to our home, Jason and I forget the other gentleman’s name, were polite and professional. Hardest part was digging up the hatches but they didn’t grip or complain. Price was right we’re I was quoted and they put the dirt back in place. I’ve dealt with companies in two different states for cleaning septic systems and Roto Rooter of Dothan are good guys and would not hesitate to use them again.

Came out the same day I called. Both Ray and his apprentice were very courteous and professional. They full explained everything involved with patience. Excellent service and they cleaned up the area afterwards. 100% recommend!

Excellent company to do business with. Had to have a new water heater installed. Office was very helpful in scheduling an appointment to work with my schedule. Ray called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, Ray took the time to explain all the work that would be needed to be done and the features of my new Rheem hybrid water heater. Would definitely do business with them again.

Nathan is a plumber among plumbers. Super helpful, knew exactly what to do, had all the necessary tools, communicated well, arrived on time and did the job quickly and expertly. Beyond satisfied with his work, and he shall be my go to plumber from now on!

Will never use anyone else for our plumbing needs! Used him a few years ago for an underground pipe that busted and it was fixed promptly the following day. Had an issue again last night where some pex tubing was damaged, and he was here on a Saturday, had it fixed within 10 mins if not less, and even fixed my toilet while he was here. He doesn’t charge outrageously either and he’s super nice and professional. Thank you Kenneth! 😊

I don't know where to start with this business, but first if you hire this company you are asking for trouble. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. We initially hired them to do a big job in our business, they never showed up on time, and came and went as they pleased. He takes other jobs and puts your job on hold. What should have took 2 weeks, took him 3 months. We paid him $15,000 initially. We had some issues with the city and he requested another $27,000 to finish the work with a deposit of $8,000. Our accounting department accidentally made a mistake and paid him the full $27,000 instead of the $8,000. He refused to take our phone calls to return the $19,000, stated he would show up to do the job, and would never show up. When we hired an attorney to take him to court, the attorney said, "This guy is a crook, and steals money from people all the time. I know Ken on a first name basis and have roughly 15 clients right now with claims against him." I REPEAT, FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, DO NOT USE HIM. I have added photos of the job as he left it 5 months ago. We now have to hire another contractor to come finish the job since PlumbWild has refused to do work on the job.

Hired him for a plumbing job to connect us to city sewage. He left the job unfinished after we paid him in full, our mistake. Tore up our yard and did not fix it back. Took down part of our fence, did not put it back up and left several sprinkler heads and pipes uncovered in the ground. Said he would return the next day to finish the job and never did. Would not return calls nor texts sent to him. Would definitely not recommend him!!!

John called ahead of time to get clarification on the job that needed to be performed so that he could arrive with the appropriate parts. He arrived when he said he would with all the correct parts and immediately got to work. He had to cut out part of the wall to get to the old worn out/corroded fittings. Replaced everything inside and out and now everything is working like new!

Tyler came out to my house earlier than our expected appointment and got straight to work fixing our backyard flood light! Great service in and out in 20 minutes and a lasting impression.

Jeremy and Trey were fantastic. Jeremy was very responsive and was right on time. Got the work done in a timely manner. Very fairly priced and I didn’t feel at all like I paid too much for his services. They installed the drains for 2 toilets, 2 sinks and 1 mop sink. He had to tie into 100 year old plumbing for the drain and it looks great. Thank you guys for the great work and professionalism. Will be calling Ski’s Plumbing for any future needs. Highly recommend.

I am IMPRESSED!! I called when they opened at 7 a.m., and they were at my house around 8:15. Tra and Cla are the most polite (and handsome) young men. You can tell they were raised well…. I spent time reading reviews last night once I realized I had a water leak. By far, Ski’s Plumbing had the most (and best) I could find. Add to that them being Christians and having Bible verses on their vans~ they were the perfect choice. I plan to have them come and replace my water heater in the near future. I also felt their fees were more than reasonable. I thank God I know have water again, and Ski’s handled the job so promptly. You guys have a customer for life. I received phenomenal service. I have tried multiple plumbers in the area and the care and service I received from Skis Plumbing was far above the best. My plumber had a to cut out concrete on a subfloor, dig out piping, replace piping and even took the time to work some additional request I had that was not originally scheduled. From the first phone call where I scheduled the appointment to when I received service, everyone treated me like they truly cared about what I needed done. I finally found “my plumber”. When I got the bill, it was very reasonable, just as was estimated. Even if they charged me more, I would have had no problem paying for the service I received.

Mr. Ed was an amazing and reasonable man. He’s also a busy man so you will have to be patient but he will come and get the job done RIGHT. He fixed my water pipe under my tub and we’ve already scheduled a day to fix my water heater. Thanks again Mr. Ed!
