Expert Drain Cleaning in Montgomery, Alabama

I had a backed-up drain in both my upstairs bathroom. The issue appeared on the 27th of December 2025. Casey came over to inspect the issue. But by the time he was assigned the work, the issue temporarily resolved itself. So he just came by, inspected, and told me what could be causing the issues and provided me with some suggestions. Key point: he did not charge me anything on that day because he did not need to perform any task (unlike some others in this area, whom I will not name). The issue came back on the 28th evening. I was hoping that it would resolve by itself as it did the first time. Since the issue lingered, I called them again on the 29th December 2025, but this time I requested camera service in addition to clearing the blockage. Mark came down promptly within 2 hours. Mark and Casey were very professional. Mark came and helped me clear the blockage. He inspected again, made sure what the issue was, and worked from the outside access point. He got the clog removed efficiently and advised me on what may have caused the issue. Again, he did not rush the work and took time to explain every single cost and what service was necessary to get it resolved. Many people suggested that the service may be expensive from Roto-Rooter. However, my experience is that you pay for what you get. I am very pleased with their service and their pricing. Specifically, explaining everything every step of the way. Some others will charge you just for showing up and not doing anything. I will definitely (Hopefully will not need any) call them and especially request Mark or Casey, if things go south again. Highly recommend them. Note: The cost of removing the clog was very reasonable.

Great service. They are timely and very nice. I live in a mobile home and to access main drain they have to take skirting off. They are careful with it and put it back in place perfectly (which is a lot better than the last plumber I used) highly recommend.

Austin and his team from Roy's Plumbing Repairs took care of a cracked sewer pipe at my home in Montgomery. They explained each step of the repair process, answered all my questions, and worked carefully from start to finish. The job required removing patio bricks, and they made sure not to damage anything, stacking the bricks neatly so they could be put back easily later. They also cleared out tree roots from the sewer line and checked the ejector pump to make sure everything was running smoothly. The crew was respectful of my property and left the area clean when they finished. I have used their plumbing services several times, and every visit has been handled by knowledgeable and friendly professionals. I’m very satisfied with their work and the way they follow up after each job.

TLDR: CJ and everyone who I met through Home Pros were incredibly nice. They were thorough with finding the exact cause of our plumbing problem and fixing it in a cost efficient manner. I had received other estimates from another company that stated that my pipes were too damaged and needed replacing, and their quotes were ranging ~$10.000. CJ with Home Pros was right in guessing that the other company was making the estimates based off of suspicion, and checked the pipes with a camera. He found that they were fine and just had a clog. He saved me a ton of headache and money by doing his job well and working to find the actual problem.

These guys were able to come out the day we started experiencing a plumbing emergency…which turned out to be a septic emergency. Walter was kind, informative, and honest, and he referred us to a septic company that came out the next day to solve our problem. Would definitely recommend and use again.

CJ was very friendly and responsive. He kept me up to date with his arrival time. Even though it was late he took the time to give me tips on how to get ready for the coldest night of our winter. CJ is a perfect example of what customer service is supposed to look like.

Highly recommend this company. Mark came out on a Saturday and unclogged our clogged pipe that another company couldn't unclog. Other company said I needed $1000 worth of work done. This morning their was an issue with our Master bathroom shower in which the the shower cartridge and shower head needed to be replaced. I contacted Faith Plumbing who my Wife and I had dealt with them before on a previous job on the guest bathroom. The work was excellent but most importantly they kept us informed throughout the entire process and the cost of the job was very reasonable. We are pleased with their work and recommend Faith Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

We've been trying to get hold of a plumber for 2 days. No one even returned calls until today AFTER I got found out about Faith Plumbing today. Mr. Billy got Mark over here within a few hours. On January 23, 2026, Dalton from Cole Plumbing came out to our property in Newtopia, and the experience was completely different. The job ended up taking almost four hours, and when Dalton realized he couldn’t fully resolve the issue alone, he didn’t give up. He called in his teammates and additional equipment, and eventually three plumbing trucks and four technicians were on site, working together and troubleshooting until the problem was finally fixed. What impressed me most was their integrity. The job took much longer than expected and required more manpower, yet they only charged us the originally agreed project price. No excuses, no extra charges—just honest, faithful work. Dalton and the entire Cole Plumbing team showed professionalism, persistence, and genuine care for solving the problem the right way. Greetings, I am not one to leave a review but I feel I would be doing a great disservice to not warn my fellow humans of the horrific service and representation that Coles Plumbing provided me. Firstly, Coles Plumbing was called out to where I rent by my landlord . There was leakage from the drain associated with the AC unit. A man by the name Austin arrived at my home( he did not provide his name but I inquired after he entered my home in a very rude, and unprofessional deminor after a heated conversation he had on the phone outside concerning what was interrupted by my neighbor as an issue on a previous job) nevertheless he proceeded to investigate what the issue was. I was waiting for him to set up so I can ask a few questions when he realized his machine didn't work I inquired how the drain was going to assist in my AC functioning because I'm a women and not sure how it was all connected. This dude proceeds to literally begin to raise his voice unnecessarily telling me he wasn't HVAC I politely asked him if he could lower his voice due to my four children being present and all of us just flabbergasted at how aggressive and unprofessional he was being because of a question I stated I was just asking because I was worried about the fact if it would be resolved today being that my air thermostat was reading 78 at the time and this guy starts yelling I need to be concerned about the floors being ruined and stands up shouting at me to the point I said I need to call my husband and directed my child to dial 911 I told this guy to get out of my home immediately. I was shaking and completely confused why he had responded so violently and aggressively to my polite questions. It was as if this guy was having a mental breakdown and my questions was his breaking point. So after that twilight episode I called Cole's with my husband to let them know what had happened. Janette was a complete disappointment it was very clear through her response she was implying that my encounter was questionable and she hate I felt the way I did. It was like a bad sitcom. I am a renter I have no gain to lie on a man trying to make a living but the guy they sent out was active shooter crazy Heather was also a rep I spoke with and I felt she was more sincere and concerned with why a grown man would come to a home and behave so aggressive and potentially violent where only a mom and children are. But Janette shame on you. Austin shame on you. I do not know either of you from a can of paint but I will say judging by these comments I'm not the only one that thinks you all have questionable character traits . To Cole's plumbing please investigate this situation because what I encountered from Austin was nothing short of unstable and unfit to be in the homes of families. BEWARE

I can't speak on services rendered because I have not actually hired them to do anything, but Mr Cole saw me looking at plumbing supplies at Home Depot and asked if he could help. He sat there on his personal time and helped me for about 25 minutes. From that experience I would have to believe that their company provides amazing service.

Excellent service! It’s bad enough when the flapper on one of your toilets disintegrates and the fill valve needs replacing but when the other decides not to flush and gurgles when if it does, you can’t put it off. We also had a sink faucet that decided to unseal and drip and kitchen faucet that lost water pressure and the sprayer quit working. We are now proud owners of new faucets and 2 toilets that flush and refill properly. KC was highly professional and knew his business. We were also highly impressed with the pricing. We highly recommend them to you for your plumbing needs.

Before starting any work, he took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done, which I really appreciated. Everything was handled thoroughly and with care. He replaced several electric wall plates, replace light switch in one of bathrooms and demonstrated a high level of knowledge and professionalism throughout the job. Contacted Edwards in the morning for non-emergent furnace outage, and they arrived early afternoon to diagnose the problem and begin the repair. They also completed a system inspection on our other units. Jesse was fantastic and explained everything while doing a comprehensive survey and inspection of our system.
