Had a water leak in my front yard. Robert & Greg came out on the call 2/18/26. Went to work quick and discovered we had a root cracked pipe. They reworked the section, tested, fixed the leak in no time at all. The total was reasonable and less $$ than I figured it would/could cost! Also ran the power snake through the kitchen cleanout to find a grease clog in the mid drain line. Both provided good insight on how to keep the pipes clear and flowing. That's why we only call Dyson for any plumbing issues we encounter. They don't try to gouge you for services and are very helpful!! Thanks guys!!!

Brystal and his team did a great job on the plumbing portion of the project, including replacing the entire house sewer system and the complete hot water line. The work was completed professionally and in a timely manner. The only post project concern was the cement work, which could have been done better, as well as the leveling of the dirt after trenching. As a result, I was unable to close my backyard fence properly, and it was left somewhat out of alignment.

These guys are the best plumbers in Mobile! We needed a kitchen sink drain cleaning and preferred it be a cheap fix but done right & we got that! Later we needed a toilet replacement for my mother and all was done expertly, quickly and all left clean! The old toilet was removed and a new one was recommended and installed. We couldn't be happier!

A 1 service. Mr.Smith hands down has been the best plumber to come out yet. We’ve currently had 4 plumbers previous to Mr.Smith and nobody was able to fix my leaking sink. A SINK!! Shawn was great from start to finish. He arrived early , was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only place I found that had someone who could come on a Sunday for an emergency call. We will definitely use Zoom Drain again.

I was in a bind on a weekend and Bruce came through in the clutch for me! Was able to squeeze me in the same day within a couple hours of calling and get me squared away. Have used Drain Busters on two separate occasions now and been very pleased both times.

I called for a Problem with my Drain Line that was causing backup of Water in my Bathtubs and stoppage of Toilets. Receptionist was very Courteous and Helpful with setting up an appointment. Service Tech Christopher came the next morning, was very Polite, Professional, and was able to immediately diagnose the problem and get it resolved. He also explained everything to me as He worked and gave me some good information and handy Tips on how to avoid and resolve any further problems in the future. I am satisfied with the work that was done clearing out my Septic Line and plan on calling DRAINBUSTERS again in the future.

Exceptional professionals! Office staff was knowledgeable and very kind. Cameron was our service tech was on time and moved swiftly to locate our problem leak. He took the time to do a good once over throughout our home to make sure there wasn't anything else that could be a culprit. Very reasonable price! We highly recommend.

We had an awesome experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. The Master Plumber Madison initially walked us through the entire plans for repiping from old copper plumbing, replacing out of code water heater and installing Halo 5 water filtration system. We were able to be available to have entire process explained to us as he worked. After these items were completed, we also had Madison replace kitchen faucet and a bathroom sink drain mechanism (pop-up), again explaining to us as he worked. He was extremely knowledgable and ensured that we were satisfied with all work before he left.The owner, Christopher, dropped by periodically to ensure that we were satisfied. He was extremely professional and upon completion of jobs did a thorough walk through of work completed to ensure our satisfaction. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Rooter to anyone needing plumbing work. Leak Geeks is the real deal! Nobody likes plumbing issues, but if you have one, don't hesitate to call them. Matt Moody is a kind, considerate, honest small businessman who backs up his promises. If he says he'll be there at a certain time, he'll be there, and you'll get a text saying he's on the way. Probably the next day. If he quotes you a price for your job, the final bill will be that or less. I was 100% satisfied and will call them again.

Bruce and Bruce Jr came out on a Sunday afternoon and diagnosed the issue and told us what to do to hold us off into the repair could be made, Chris called first thing Monday morning to let me know he was on the way, they all arrived before 8:30 an had the work completed an out of the way before 11am. They all were very friendly and informative an very professional.

Highly recommend 91 Plumbing — a truly trustworthy sewer and plumbing company. I originally had a regular sewer company I worked with, but they were unavailable during the holidays. That’s when I contacted 91 Plumbing to help me with a sewer issue. After the first repair, a minor problem came up, and they immediately returned to clean the sewer line. Unfortunately, the issue happened again later, and then once more today. Every single time, they were extremely patient and very responsive. This time, they arrived at my place in less than two hours. During this visit, they used professional sewer camera equipment and finally identified the root cause of the problem. It turned out that the real issue was actually located in my neighbor’s property. Even so, they still carried out a very thorough repair, did a lot of additional work, and did not charge me anything at all for this repair. Their service attitude truly impressed me. Their team is highly professional, efficient, accurate in diagnosis, and their pricing is very reasonable. Special thanks to Michael and Josh — their work today was absolutely perfect. We were without water (except for an hour a day) for nearly a week. Michael and his team spent so much time trying to get everyone from all our utilities lined up so they could do their job. The team was friendly and helpful and did all they could to make our issue as painless as possible. We are so appreciative of their hard work.

I have used 9-1 Plumb in the past for our tankless water heaters after the first company who installed them disappointed us. So, when we had a major water leak, I called them immediately for help and Michael showed up within 1/2 hour on a Friday late afternoon. He diagnosed our problem, water was turned off and we had to replumb our entire house. Lisa provided me immediately when I asked with all the proof of liability insurance, licenses, etc. Michael and Josh completed the job. Both worked hard full days, explained everything along the way to us, was responsive, polite and cleaned up any "mess" each day they left. I did do my research a second time prior to hiring them in case anything had changed since my last usage of their services and was so pleased they were in good standing with BBB and reviews were still so positive. I hightly recommend them - job is done and no issues!
