We have a large family, so a clogged drain can become a problem quickly. Richard was so kind, helpful, and understanding. He came quickly and fixed the problem with no issues. As an added step of professionalism, he took extra measures to keep things clean. We highly recommend Zoom Drain and will definitely use them again!

Fantastic customer service. Richard came twice to look at a laundry drain that was slowly backing up. I couldn’t recreate the problem for him when he was here, so Richard checked a few typical problem spots with me. After those looked good he told me just to call him back if had the issue again, but otherwise the problem looked like it had resolved itself. I took up a ton of his time and asked him to please let me pay him just for inspecting everything, but he insisted that he was just happy to help. I highly recommend Richard and Zoom drain. I won’t be looking anywhere else for any future drain needs.

Brandon and Drew, the service technicians, finished their work today on replacing my sewer system, just as Brandon and Tyler completed their work two weeks ago today. I am most pleased with all of their work - I think they did a superb job without causing any damage to my sidewalk and plants. I am so pleased to have this work done and to know it will last my lifetime and beyond. I would certainly use Dixie again when I have anything that needs repaired. He finished the part in my crawl space but had to stop his work outside until I can get an old (and unknown) septic tank in the front yard removed. This has to be done before he can finish his work outside. Brandon and his work partner, who I have not met because I can’t come back to the house where I will be in the sun, are doing, and have done, an excellent job, not only with the work, but also keeping me informed by phone. I had purchased a MOEN faucet that I needed installed asap. Dixie was easy to get in touch with. The receptionist was professional, friendly, and helpful in scheduling my next day appointment. Great communication too for before, during, and after service appointment. Service tech Michael was also friendly, professional, and quick but did a quality job. I would use Dixie again

Dixie is the best customer service business that I have encountered in Alabama. There was complete explanation of what was happening with our water damage. We thought it was the plumbing in the Master bathroom. It turned out to be the air conditioning unit. This particular unit is known for problems, especially linking and mold build up in the unit. Since, it was not a plumbing issue they called in the electrical manager Robert. I am really impressed with this company. Robert was able to talk with my Insurance Adjuter on the phone to explain what was found. I would highly recommend this business to other farmers and Veterans in my network. Kudos to the beginning team that came out, Charles Flannigan and Drew. They were fantastic with our questions and answers. Repair hasn't been done yet. We will possibly need a water restoration depending on what the insurance accepts under our insurance policy.

Had an excellent experience with Hanvey Plumbing this past Friday. Our washing machine drain was clogged (major problem since my wife and I have four kids). They came same day I called, knew how to fix the problem, and didn't take advantage of me when it came time to pay. I give them 7 out of 5 stars!

I am so grateful for this father and son team. They worked me into their already busy schedule and even took the time to help a neighbor to bury their dog. We need more businesses like this in this world that are run by hard working and honest people. They are #1 in my book.

I was referred to this company by a plumbing wholesaler in Auburn, AL. Eric, the owner/operator - Economy Plumbing, answered my call promptly. After explaining the problem I had he told me he couldn’t promise me same day service but he would do his best. To my surprise an hour later, he called me to let me know he was on his way. It took him less than 20 minutes to snake my plumbing and his rate was by far the cheapest in town. He was polite, professional and explained what the problem was and how unfortunately tree roots can grow into pipes. I would refer Eric to ANYONE that’s on a budget and wants the job done right and in a timely manner!

Eric, the owner, is reliable, prompt, and trustworthy. I have older plumbing that has a tendency to clog at the most INOPPORTUNE! times and Eric has saved the day on more than one occasion. I have rarely found a service provider I feel so strongly about recommending to others. You really can't go wrong depending on Eric and Economy Rooter.

Josh and Trevor do excellent work. They take pride in their work and it shows. They are very accommodating for when you want to add extra work once they get here. They are not rushed and will talk with you. I had to have a concrete slab busted up some so a drain could be moved. Glad I hired them instead of me trying it. They installed tub and vanity, which I bought. Their bill came and it was LESS than their quote!!!!

Klein completed the job we wanted them to do, and the actual work was satisfactory. However, the scheduler said the initial $95 trip charge to assess the situation would be applied against the bill which it was not. When Klein came back the second time to complete the repair they billed for travel time (in addition to the original trip charge). Overall, would not use Klein again because of their mis-communication, and in my opinion, unfair pricing issues.

I am more than satisfied with the work Klein Plumbing did for me today. Their workers Blake and Drew are top notch. They fixed two tubs, a sink, a toilet, and a garbage disposal all in an hour an a half. While they were here I asked them to look at the toilet and garbage disposal and they fixed them no problem. I originally called around looking for a plumber to fix the tub and sink and was quoted for around $200-250. Klein charges by the hour, but they work fast to make sure they get the job done as quickly as possible. Even with adding the extra fixes, they would have been cheaper than the other quotes I got for just the tub and sink. The only reason I ended up paying more than $200 is because I needed a new garbage disposal. I would most definitely recommend Klein Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber. I know they will be the people I call for any future plumbing work needed.

Have used Roarke plumbing in Auburn for the last 11 years and have never had a problem - courteous technicians, billing personnel. Recently had a disagreement on the bill. The owner resolved it to my satisfaction over the phone. With such honesty and integrity at the top, you can’t go wrong with this bunch. Very pleased.

It’s very rare for me to write a review, but this company deserves one. I recently had a need for plumbing service at our condo. Upon speaking with the scheduler, she informed me of the scheduled time and one of their techs would be in touch. Not only did that happen, but Dan Smith, the tech assigned, was communicative and professional. They quickly resolved my issue and for a very fair fee. Would 100% recommend.

Our brand new construction home flooded twice with 6 month's after their handy work. First, our 2nd floor hot water heater leaked due to a washer that was left out. Ended up pouring through our living room ceiling. Most recently, our first floor flooded due to improper plumbing. The water has ruined our floors. We called Friday afternoon before closing, left a message and no one ever called to check in. Beware if you use them for one of jobs or good luck if you find out they are the sub for your new construction.

All Things Plumbing came to do my kitchen renovation on a 68 year old house. They were prompt and carried out their tasks to re- plumb my kitchen , connect all my appliances and cleaned up their debris. I am very pleased with their performance and the price was below my budget. I will hire them again for any of my plumbing needs and you should too.

You won’t find a better company for home improvements than Whatley Brothers. They remodeled my master shower and the results are better than I could have pictured. These guys were awesome to work with from start to finish and were extremely professional and knowledgable throughout the entire process.
