Legacy Plumbing took care of two minor issues I had (leaky spigot and installed a p trap on a shower). They showed up on time and corrected the issue quickly at a great price. Then advised me on how to keep my drains flowing properly in the future. I will definitely be using them for my plumbing needs in the future.

I've had Legacy Plumbing out to my home now for a few different jobs. The work has varied from as small as unclogging a drain to as large as installing entire water lines for an outbuilding. In every case, the schedule was adhered to, the price is always as stated (and fair), and the work was very good. I look no further... Legacy Plumbing is a great small business to patronize.

I had a toilet back up shortly after purchasing a home in the Madison area. Sludge Busters came out within 24 hrs of my call, checked my plumbing, and determined the “root” cause of the issue: the septic line and tank had roots clogging the drain path. They promptly replaced the tank and my main line and had us back in working order quickly. I have no reference point for pricing, so I cannot speak to the value, but it seemed reasonable for the work done. I would recommend them for any septic issues.

We needed our septic tank cleaned and they were quick to do it for us. We called early afternoon and they were here just a couple hours later. Didn't take long at all and provided great customer service on the phone and while here in person. The prices are the best around. Will use sludge busters going forward with any plumbing issues. Highly recommend!

We found our fridge ice maker line was leaking bc it was that old copper mess. We needed a valve installed to be able to shut it off in case of any future leak as well. Chris got it installed and stopped it from leaking. He even stayed late so that we could get our water up and running. Chris was very responsive, very professional, cleaned up after himself. We highly recommend this business and we look forward to using them for future plumbing and septic needs. Thank you so much for coming out and taking care of our issues.

Scott Plumbing personnel was very responsive. We had a busted pipe in our yard. Bobby and his colleague identified the issue and corrected the problem. My tankless hot water heater was not working, I called at 8 am and had a response from Lance, the technician 15 minutes later on a Sunday morning. He was able to come out in around an hour and quickly isolated the issue and had it fixed within 10 minutes. He also took the time to explain what happened and what I should look for and do if it happened again. Highly recommend this company and Lance, very prompt, professional and proficient service!

Allstar Pro Services did an excellent job installing my new hot water heater. They were on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They were most importantly QUICK. The installation was done right the first time, with no problems two weeks later. I’ll definitely be using Allstar Pro Services again and recommending them to friends and family!!!!

Called Allstar for help when I noticed my slab floor was unusually warm. Jack came out and recommended a third party to detect the exact location before he just started in tearing up floors. He came back as soon as we got our report and had the slab leak fixed quickly and efficiently. They are fair and honest! Will definitely use them for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommend Allstar!

EDIT to add, I had them come back to replace my kitchen faucet. I purchased the faucet from Lowe’s, along with 3 plugs to go from a four piece to a one piece. I also had them remove a disposal that was locked up and had not worked since I purchased the house. The water would not drain on that side of the sink. The faucet had kept losing pressure and now I’m back to a normal flow and a draining sink. I’m pleased with their work and the guys were very professional and polite. My water heater went out and I called Morris Plumbing and they got someone out quickly to let me know what I needed. I purchased my water heater at Lowe’s and the plumber picked it up and installed it the next day. He was very respectful, friendly and did neat work. I could tell that he cares about his job and he represented the company well. I wish I had gotten his name. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Hands down THE BEST customer service!! They have completed MANY projects for me and my family over the past seveal years!! I have even left my backdoor unlocked on one of the service jobs, leaving my home completely vulnerable becuase they are THAT honest and trustworthy. The young man had arrived to put on our expansion tank and bring us up to coat was great in every way He did an excellent job, nice and neat and precise and cleaned up after himself. He leaked checked all of the fittings before he departed and very happy with the results.

I cannot recommend Davy enough! After dealing with multiple plumbers who either couldn’t find the issue or completely misdiagnosed the problem, Davy was the only one who correctly identified the leak. He truly took his time and did not give up until the issue was found. His knowledge and expertise were obvious from the start. He carefully investigated everything, explained the problem clearly, and made sure it was fixed the right way. Davy is highly skilled, hardworking, trustworthy and incredibly professional. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a thorough job instead of rushing through it. If you need an honest, knowledgeable plumber who actually solves the problem, Davy is the one to call! Hiller took our call at 9pm when we were having issues with our AC and had a technician out next day. They send a notification when the technician is on the way and you can track the time before arrival. They were here during the time slot alloted and didn't run over. Sloan was a great help and got everything squared away quickly. Will be recommending them to friends and family.
