John was prompt in returning my call and scheduling my appointment. Great guy. Very knowledgeable and professional. Took care of the multiple drainage problems quickly and effectively. His price was more than fair. Most professionals would charge twice would it cost me to have him come to my house and repair my plumbing issues. Highly recommend!

John was able to identify the clog location and found an easy access point to enter the sewer line. I called John after my plumber tried a few times and was unsuccessful. Super nice guy and gives a 6 month warranty on his work! I liked his straight forward pricing to do the job.

I had a total plumbing replacement a year ago -- water lines, drains, everything. All galvanized pipe was supposed to be removed. Bathroom sink continued to clog and I've had two more plumbers in to work on it. The first crew did an expensive quick fix that lasted a couple of weeks. The second crew has been here the last two days. Pipe Surgeon left a section of ancient galvanized drain that is causing the problem.

We had an old sink that had some leaky pipes and a hose behind the dishwasher that needed replacing. The technician who handled our repair was friendly and thorough. Prices were reasonable and the company was fast in getting us seen. We did have an issue get identified that needs repair in the future and we will definitely consider Pipe Surgeon Plumbing again.

*Follow-up service Jan 2026. Corbin returned after I expressed concern with an attached wall heater and reset it, set my water heater to a warmer ‘A’ setting and reinstalled the accompanying utility closet door in front of the water heater - all on a very wintry day. I mentioned that rusty water had been seen from the bathroom faucet twice on the hot water side and Corbin felt it might be due to older pipes. The work was very appreciated and Corbin did a great job.*. Aug 2025 After further inspection of the installation of the water heater, I have to rescind my original recommendation. Corbin and Jacob installed the brand, new water heater on top of a bed of rust left by the previous water heater. This will only cause the new water heater to rust. The attached picture shows the rust in front and to the left of the heater. I had CLR (calcium, lime, rust remover) available had they even known this product existed that could have removed the rust. However, I was not made aware of the rust on the floor. I communicated with the owner, Jake, who informed me they could uninstall the water heater, at additional cost to me, if I wanted to clean up the rust. Unacceptable. I am left with a very expensive, compromised water heater with a warranty that might cover rust in the future but won't cover labor expenses to the tune of $1,000 or more. Very poor business practice in my opinion. Would watch your back. ***Amended*** I had a fabulous experience with the owner Jake as well as the two technicians Corbin and Jacob who efficiently and professionally installed a new gas water heater and repaired a defective toilet. Five-star service. Would recommend!

Derrick Hagen, a Peterman Bros. plumber, recently installed a combination sump pump with battery backup in our basement. He installed the pump promptly and expertly. As a bonus, he left the area cleaner than it was before he arrived and is a genuinely nice guy!👌 I should mention that the wiring for the sump pump and a septic (muck) pump were previously brought up to current electrical code by a Peterman electrician, who also did excellent work.

Mark was very thorough and went above and beyond to fix our drain clearing issues. Not to mention he has also very kind and easy to deal with. On the second visit to flush the water heater Riley was fantastic as well. Solid, thorough company, polite, professional service techs and very fair priced.

Riley was so professional. He was very courteous and sweet to our dogs of course all the barking of having a stranger in the house. He was very informative on questions I asked. David was so easy to get a hold of and came out to fix the drain only an hour after I called. It was genuinely so quick! Truly we will be recommending Sureflow Plumbing to anyone. He problem solved and was able to find a work around for our unique drain issue and was so diligent and explained what he was doing. It also was way more affordable than other quotes we got. Couldn't be more pleased!

I had Sureflow plumbing install a toilet and unclog a bathtub. I highly recommend them - the quality of the work is excellent, it's reasonably priced, and they show up in a timely manner when they say they will. I also liked that they cleaned up after themselves and disposed of any garbage themselves. I will definitely be going with them for all my future plumbing needs!

My sewer is a grinder pump system connected to the city sewer in Versailles. Not all plumbers know how to correctly diagnose this system but David from Sureflow did. I sincerely appreciated his timely response and knowledge. I will recommend them again.

Mr. Rodney Raley, just serviced our septic tank, he was prompt on time. He was professional, very efficient and courteous. Apex’s price was accurate and competitive. Rodney cleaned up and made sure that I was happy with his work before he left.

From first call to installation completed was less than 24 hours. I called and Ivan was here within an hour with an estimate and said most likely they could install it the following day. A few hours later I confirmed I wanted to proceed with installation and was she able to schedule for first thing the following morning. Ivan arrived earlier than I expected which was great. He was polite, didn't waste any time getting to work and within a few hours the job was done. Great experience, highly recommend and I will use KYPD for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Big fan of these plumbers. They did an excellent job installing a Rinnai tankless water (I also bought it from them). They plumbed the water lines, gas line, and vent for the heater. I called them again a year or so later to do a regular maintenance flush of the heater. While doing the work, they were happy to answer questions about doing it myself. I was particularly impressed with Corie on the phone (yes, you get to talk to an actual person when you call them and she was unfailingly friendly and competent). Ivan, the plumber they sent, was punctual and did an excellent job. They will be the first number I call for plumbing in the future.

They came quick. Tim came out and Gave me a great and reasonable estimate and got the job done the next day. Nice respectful and affordable the service lady Cori was so helpful in getting any issues there was resolved. Great company and Will use these guys in the future.

Best Plumber we have ever used. Jared installed the plumbing in my new shower last year and then today I had an emergency water leak and I decided to call him again! I sent him pictures and he walked me through what to do until he was able to leave the job he was finishing up. Thankfully he was able to come and fix before a disaster hit my dinning room! Very thankful for him and his expertise! He cleaned up the mess and I didn’t even have to put my three dogs up b/c he is also a dog lover! Please call him if you have an issue!

Our plumbing backed up in mine and my neighbors homes. Mr Rooter sent Mike out and it was fixed so quickly! He was so nice and made sure to take stuff out of the bathroom and put it all back and cleaned it all up! So nice will definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I called yesterday for a kitchen faucet repair, and they sent a plumber out today. Michel Estes was very efficient, professional, and mentioned he has 14 years of experience, which definitely showed in his work. While he was here, I mentioned that I needed my water heater replaced and was still waiting from another company to schedule the visit for the repair. He offered to give me an estimate, which was reasonable, and was able to complete the replacement the same day. I was really impressed with the fast service, professionalism, and quality of work delivered by Michel. Highly recommend!

I want to extend a thank you to the Mr. Rooter team that came to my house to inspect my septic tank. They originally came to empty the tank and install risers but upon inspection found my tank lid was failing. Working with Shawn Smith was fantastic, he was up front with cost and scope and is a true professional. His team, Mike and Colby are surgeons with the Bobcat and I enjoyed talking to them while they were here. I’ve tried multiple other companies to complete this job and Mr. Rooter made it happen. I would only call them in the future for my plumbing issues or questions. Great Job!!!

Shawn Smith was assigned to my home today for a plumbing issue. He got there before scheduled time which was great…he got done quick and fixed the problem and updated me promptly. He was respectful to my home and was polite. All around a great guy and a wonderful experience with him and the company.

Called with an emergency. They sent someone within a few hours to fix my kitchen sink. Yes, very pricey, but very professional and kind. Dean was the guy who was sent and I am VERY thankful for him! He explained it all to me, took extra time to go over things with me, 11/10 service from Dean. He was easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable, helped my husband and I in a bind and truly went above and beyond. He even made sure everything worked fully before he left. I also had this poor man walking around our house trying to find our main water line. (Sorry Dean!) Great guy. Great service. The woman on the phone (I forgot her name unfortunately) was also so kind while I was crying on the phone trying to schedule this emergency. They called to let me know when Dean was on his way which was also so helpful and he arrived in the exact time they said. Truly, I am so thankful for Dean and this company. Yes, pricey, but I was more than willing to pay it for the service and the professionalism! Will definitely call them if needed again and will forever request Dean!!!!
