Sam was excellent! I had a sewer main backup and called them to hopefully get someone out tonight. Other places stated they were available for emergency calls but 1-TOM-PLUMBER was the only one that came through for us. Sam was very professional and friendly. The Drain Smith crew lined our sewer line from the house to the street and did some other work. Our 110 year old house had tree roots growing through the pipe joints which periodically caused some nasty backups. Their process avoids the messy trenching in the yard and is a permanent fix. The crew really knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. They were able to work around some obstructions in the basement without damage. They were also so polite and courteous. I am completely satisfied with their work! I highly recommend them!

The Drain Smith was a referral from a home inspector for our sewer drain to be jetted of tree roots. The line was not backing up although had lots of roots. A street clean out was installed in 2015. The men that came started there but felt they would have a better chance at clearing the roots from inside the house. They worked for sometime and then disappeared. When I followed up with Ruth (front office) the next day and she indicated they wouldn't have left if not clear. A few days later another home inspector scoped the line and found it wasn't clear of roots and did have an area of clogging. I reached out to Ruth late Friday, explained the situation and she had guys out Monday AM to re-jet the line. Again, they worked and magically disappeared when finished, never saying anything to me. Ruth sent a video showing some leftover roots but a clear flowing line. The guys did leave greasy spots on my basement floor (unfinished side thankfully). Through this process Ruth was amazing to work with on this and made the experience much better.

Bob from The Drain Smith did a great job clearing out our sewer line at my house . He accessed the clean out , found some root intrusion and offsets in the clay hubs, and took care of everything with a hydro jet. He also added Root X to handle any remaining roots. Sent over a video after the work was done so we could see for ourselves that the sewer was clear all the way to the main. Professional, communicative, and thorough. Would recommend!

Calla Plumbing does really good work, they’re quick, products they install last a long time & they will repair to save you $’s. I highly recommend Calla Plumbing. I had a sump pump repair so didn’t take a pic. I also had a new bathroom drain plug installed.

Calla plumbing is AMAZING. Patrick came out on Saturday and looked at my apartment building because one of my tenants couldn't flush her toilet. The water tank was not filling at all. While he was there I asked if anyone else in the building was having issues with their pressure and one of them was so he quickly went and looked at that unit too. He fixed everything in less than 2hrs. He was thorough and even changed the guts inside the toilet along with the hose to the toilet and another piece I am not even sure of the name. The thing that really got me was how much my total was after he finished; especially for Saturday work. I will always call Calla Plumbing from now on that is how reasonable he was compared to larger companies with diagnostic fees (which Calla Plumbing did not charge me for) and all the other fees they try and tack on. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and a master plumber.

The Calla's provide excellent service at a reasonable price. They are always timely, efficient, and honest. My family has been using them for decades and will continue to.

He was professional and did a great job. Our dishwasher is no longer draining in to the sink and he fixed our outside faucet installation. The person who originally installed it had the pipe too long and not flush with the house. It would twist when we tried to turn it on. He was able to completely fix that so it is now flush with the house and no longer twist. I don’t know how much plumbing normally cost but the it seemed like a reasonable price for all the work and parts.

We used TJ’s plumbing for our sewer line repair and he does great work. Replaced the majority of our pipes in our steep hill in one day! And came back to put down grass seed. He also worked with our homeowners insurance claim to give us a good deal. Highly recommend! He’s a small company, so not over charging people for a big overhead cost, and was able to get us taken care of sooner. Hire him!

I'm thankful for a knowledgeable plumber. TJ was very professional in his field of expertise. I reached out on the Florence Kentucky Facebook Group Page for help and immediately my post was flooded with multiple recommendations. So I went with TJ because he left a phone number and said that he could fit me into his schedule. I told him about my problem and said worse case scenarios that it'll be a busted flange and the toilet would have to come off. I wasn't happy with the toilet I had, so I had him bring a new one. TJ showed up replaced my toilet and fixed and redid the leaky faucet. As well as the nasty clogged up pipe and replaced my faucet drain plug. Also... took care of tightening up my kitchen faucet that was loose. All in all.. he took care of everything in a couple of hours. Thank you again for coming out last minute and same day of taking care of all my leaky problems. I'd highly recommend TJ PLUMBING to anyone that's looking for a trusted plumber... look no further. Gunner attended to my issue and not only did he arrive ahead of the scheduled time, but he was extremely thorough and communicative regarding the valves he worked on. Jolly has done a great job with every service we have needed. We recently had a pipe crack under our house causing water to seep up into our basement and Jolly was able to get somebody out to us right way that same day. Tyler, Blake and Gavin did a tremendous job with the re-pipe of our basement and installation of a new water heater. Tyler was great at breaking down the process of repairs while talking us through our options. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of work that was done and they had great financing options available. The company does a very thorough job following up on any questions one may have after the job is done. The Jolly membership plan is also great because it comes with a 10% discount on repairs as well as numerous other perks. Overall we have been very satisfied with the prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service we have received from this company. Highly recommend!

Hats off to A+ Plumbing. My technician, Brennan Durbin, did an amazing job of repairing my main incoming water line. Mr. Durbin explained the normal process and was open to my non-standard request. I compaired the A+ Pluming quote with 2 other plumbing companies, and they were the middle quote. However, he also included seed and hay after the repair and the others did not. (Be sure you compair apples to apples.) The line replacement was done efficiently even though the equipment was delivered late, (the late delivery was not his fault), he stayed late to completw the job in one day. I highly recommend Mr. Durbin for your plumbing needs.

Both Brennan and Jeremiah were efficient, effective and energetic to complete our faucet system. They clearly explained what was needed to fix the issues we were having. The work was done professionally and the suggestions to properly maintain all the systems was appreciated.

Had a stainless steel utility sink installed. Removed the old mounted unit. Work was done in less time than quoted. Communication from beginning to end was top notch. Easy pricing and worked with our schedule. While I don't look forward to any future plumbing needs I do rest easy knowing who I will call when those needs present themselves. Great job Smithy's!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Had him in there to fix change a 3 handle shower to a new standard. Should have avoided from the get go and read the Better Business Bureau reviews. First the quote didn't match what the in person price was, happens, but it's a red flag in hindsight. Day of service he was 5 hours late and showed up at 6pm. We had a concert and had to leave Smithy with the baby sitter. When we get back we find the pipe leaking. He said he told the babysitter it was okay and left for the night. It may have been, but why not text us? He texted all other times, you know? So nit knowing we turned off our water. Next day he shows up at 5p and leaves at 7p, again not super awesome specially with young kids. Then he finishes the job on the third day and EVERYTHING'S LOOSE! the shower head, the tub spout and the handle theb the water runs out of the shower hesd for a good 30 seconds agter shut off. This is where it gets truly terrible, when I had to call his customer service line. His cusotmer service line dude UNHINGED! I tell him my issues and he says it is supposed to work like that, accuses me of lying to him and REPEATEDLY hangs up on me! It is the most outrageous situation I have ever been in. Smithy eventually call me apologizing, saying he fires the guy and that nit won't happen again. But then also says all these problems are normal and to worry about it. Not wanting to deal with it, I let it go. Fast forward about a year, I suspect I have a leak from the loose fittings. CUSTOMER SEFVICE DUDE IS BACK!!!! AND JUST AS TERRIBLE. Then Smithy claims he has told me about the leaks, he will need to charge for a service call (15 days past the 1 year 🙄) and there is likley nothing he can do. The most outrageous, infuriating, and over-priced contractor, I have ever dealt with. Please do not use him, the WORST 2K I have ever spent and a true NIGHTMARE.

Our plumber, william, arrived at our building to find the cause of a leak in our tankless hot water heater. He first tried cleaning a valve, but it was clear that the part needed to be replaced. Preston & Sons Plumbers got the new part to us quickly and started the installation right away. the service was smooth, and the repair was handled with care from start to finish. william was professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. he took time to explain what was causing the issue, how the new part would fix it, and what kind of routine maintenance can help avoid future plumbing problems. i also appreciated how clean and organized the work area was during the job. we were very happy with the whole experience and would gladly use their plumbing services again.

I recently needed help with my two tankless water heaters and called a local plumber. They were able to send someone out in just a few hours, and the plumber, Tanner, actually showed up ahead of schedule. Tanner was very professional and took extra time to explain how the water heaters work, even going into some of the plumbing details, which I found helpful. He let me know what to watch for and what maintenance is needed because of the age of my units. While working, Tanner even showed me the inside of the water heaters and pointed out the parts he was replacing, explaining why each one needed to be changed. The whole experience was smooth, and I’m really happy with the service. I’ll definitely recommend this plumbing company to others looking for reliable help with their water heaters or any other plumbing needs.

I had an excellent experience with Preston & Sons Plumbers. Every step of the process was professional, and I could tell William really understood the plumbing work. He explained the best option for our situation in simple terms and never tried to upsell anything we did not need. During the water heater installation, he noticed some incorrect venting from the previous install and took the time to get the right materials instead of forcing a bad fit. That gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work and his attention to detail. The pricing was fair, the scheduling and arrival were handled well, and the material costs were honest with no unnecessary markup.
