The team arrived early, which we appreciated, and got right to work to unclog the kitchen drain. They were quick, efficient and very thorough...made sure drain was clear and clean before they left. We would definitely call them again when needed.

David and Trevor were amazing! Our toilet wouldn’t flush and it turns out the drain pipe was full of water and clogged. They got everything fixed and even let us know that whoever redid the pipes downstairs didn’t do them right and gave us a quote! Would definitely recommend using them in the future!

Im in my 50's, dealt with a lot of professional contractors in my lifetime. Brennan with Anytime Plumbing is up there with the best of the best. I called Brennan on a Saturday morning and he was at the house within a couple hours to make an emergency repair to our plumbing. His work is excellent, no patch job here, he made a permanent fix for a issue that had been worked on previously by another professional licensed plumber. His attention to detail and his skills show in his work. He was extremely fair and reasonable with the cost of his work!! I would highly recommend him to anyone need plumbing service and plan to continue to call on him for my future plumbing needs!

He was very informative and friendly, I appreciate how thorough he was with the burnt up wires making sure they were safe. Got us a nice new hot water heater installed. Pretty steep prices, but customer service is great and can tell they care about what they’re doing.

Mr. Mason was very thorough. He was very friendly & professional. They explained everything in detail so I could comprehend what they were talking about. I would highly recommend him. He is a great hire for Tom Drexler. His partner that he was training was great also. My only complaint is there is not a time scheduled for the appointment. I would love to see that added on.

We had an outstanding experience with Cory Brak at Tom Drexler Plumbing! He came out to give us an estimate for a water softener and whole-home water filter system, and to our surprise, he was able to install everything the very same day. Cory was extremely courteous, professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What we appreciated most was how he explained everything in “Barney style” so we could fully understand how the system works, maintenance requirements, and what to expect. He answered every single question we had without ever making us feel rushed. The installation itself was very clean and professionally done, and he made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Steven did a great job finishing up our sink install. He explained everything very well so I understand how it all works and how to insure my faucet works properly. Will definitely recommend him!! No leaks and we have our new sink and faucet functioning again.

They replaced our entire furnace/ air system today, ( yes they do that too) Wonderful job, polite, efficient, done in about 5 hours. Works perfectly, looks great, cleaned up afterwards . Very professional down to earth comfortable communication. No B.S and the price was excellent, honest . Beware of companies that advertise on tv offering coupons, tune up specials . We went through that "special" with a different company, their so-called "tech" told us " oh that's just for us to show up at your door. " We plan on getting our plumbing replaced by Hornback as well now that we found a trustworthy company. We're real customers not employees not a fake review.

I scheduled with Hornback and it was quick and easy! Noah came and replaced a pressure valve, not knowing that he would come back a couple weeks later to replace more plumbing! He worked effortlessly l to get our new issue resolved,and was polite, and respectful to my home! These guys are great amd really go out of their way to provide great service! Thank you all

Justin came to give my husband and I an estimate on repairs and replacement of our water heater. He then came the next day to rebuild the water heater. I had a late-night issue with my water heater that I needed to get resolved. Austin H. Was able to get there fast and solved the issue promptly. Unfortunately not the amount we wanted to spend for an install, however that wasn't any of Freddie's problem. We can't say enough about our technician Mr. Freddie Stone, he was very knowledgeable, quite personable, great around animals and very punctual! If we ever need services again from Maeser we'll be sure to ask for Freddie.

We recently had a hot water heater installed by Maeser, and while the process took a few more visits than expected, we are now very pleased with the final result. (It was a relatively complex job, with a hot water return, water circulation pump and manufacture requirement that the return connect to the cold water intake, using a few isolation & check valves. Two other plumbing companies confirmed the unusual nature of these requirements.) Our experience began with Logan, who completed the initial installation. Unfortunately, the job needed further refinement. The follow-up and fine-tuning were handled by Mike, who made three visits in total to ensure everything met the manufacturer’s specifications. Mike was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and patient throughout the process. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out, and his commitment to getting the job done right gave us confidence and peace of mind. Although it took four trips to complete, the outcome was excellent, and we truly appreciate the dedication and care that went into making sure everything was done properly. We’re very happy with the performance of our new hot water heater and grateful to Maeser—especially Mike—for their persistence and professionalism.
