Our 85 year old home has old steel pipes. I was draining dishwater from kitchen sink and water pouring out the basement ceiling. My husband ran upstairs to see what I had done. An hour later (now midnight) he had sawed thru back of under-sink cabinetry and found a rust hole in original drain pipe. The pipe turned a sharp left behind dishwater and down to basement. We knew it would require more than my husband to do all this repair. I checked BBB and Google reviews and 1-Tom Plumber had excellent comments. I made an appointment and Brad was out the next a.m. He did a thorough inspection of the problem and worked out an estimate with the office. He said the job was going to take a big chunk of the day as well as another worker. We paid $99 for his time and efforts. Once we agreed to the work to be done, this money was deducted from our total when the job was done. Brad and Parker did a TON of working; moving dishwasher and stove away from wall, checking roof vents, installing and removing pipes. About 6 hours and everything looked good. Even though the job entailed more work than expected, the estimate stayed the same. This really made a good impression on us. So very satisfied with the professionalism and the skill level shown by these young men. Thanks so much.

My family was in need of a pluming company and a friend of mines told me call 1 ton plumber . I called the dispatch ( Jennifer ) was amazing and another young lady I spoke with. So (Jacob) came out on 2/1 . He was so professional young man took his time found out the problem fixed the leak it was a drain issue we was having . He was so patient and he had several other jobs to go but you would have thought we was it the way he made sure he resolved the issue … Great experience!! Calla Plumbing does really good work, they’re quick, products they install last a long time & they will repair to save you $’s. I highly recommend Calla Plumbing. I had a sump pump repair so didn’t take a pic. I also had a new bathroom drain plug installed.

Great service! Called on a Sunday afternoon and left a message about what I needed. Jeff called me Monday morning and we went over everything. I told him it was not an emergency. He got 2 guys out to my house that afternoon! They replaced 2 outdoor faucets with anti freeze types, took out leaky shut offs, and hooked my refrigerator up the right way…. All in about an hour or so. My wife said the guys were great to work with! Price was very reasonable and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend Calla plumbing! Family owned business that I can confidently ask them to fix it how they would in their own home and know it will be done right the first time.

We used TJ’s plumbing for our sewer line repair and he does great work. Replaced the majority of our pipes in our steep hill in one day! And came back to put down grass seed. He also worked with our homeowners insurance claim to give us a good deal. Highly recommend! He’s a small company, so not over charging people for a big overhead cost, and was able to get us taken care of sooner. Hire him!

I'm thankful for a knowledgeable plumber. TJ was very professional in his field of expertise. I reached out on the Florence Kentucky Facebook Group Page for help and immediately my post was flooded with multiple recommendations. So I went with TJ because he left a phone number and said that he could fit me into his schedule. I told him about my problem and said worse case scenarios that it'll be a busted flange and the toilet would have to come off. I wasn't happy with the toilet I had, so I had him bring a new one. TJ showed up replaced my toilet and fixed and redid the leaky faucet. As well as the nasty clogged up pipe and replaced my faucet drain plug. Also... took care of tightening up my kitchen faucet that was loose. All in all.. he took care of everything in a couple of hours. We had a great experience with Jolly Plumbing/Drains/Heating/Air when our furnace went out overnight. They were able to get a technician to our house first thing in the morning, which we really appreciated. Jeremy & Miguel were both professional and courteous. Jeremy was especially friendly and very knowledgeable - he clearly explained what was going on and what needed to be done. I really appreciated the help of Jolly. We just bought a house a couple weeks ago and had Nathan come out to inspect our HVAC system. He was able to show me the ins and outs of my system and how to properly maintain the things I needed to maintain. He was on time and a great communicator. Amazing experience all around! Found Ricky through Yelp and started messaging there. Communication was quick and clear. He worked with our schedule (evenings or weekends only) and got us booked in to replace our kitchen faucet and clear a blocked drain. He arrived within the estimated window, wore shoe covers, and was very efficient. Pricing was good for the value of service we received. He cleaned up after himself and took all packaging with him. Great service, would definitely recommend to anyone!

Ricky was great to work with from start to finish. Came out to check our toilet that was not flushing properly. He found that the toilet was a water saver that had an interesting contraption in the bowl for efficiency. He offered two options, and we went with the new toilet that he recommended. If a plumber uses it in their own home, it must be a good one! I was able to get the toilet ordered and then scheduled with Ricky quickly. He was very polite and did a great job! Will recommend him to others and continue to use him for future jobs.

Al came to Mother and father's house to get there hot water heater working he was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He was courteous and professional and explained our options. Had a stainless steel utility sink installed. Removed the old mounted unit. Work was done in less time than quoted. Communication from beginning to end was top notch. Easy pricing and worked with our schedule. While I don't look forward to any future plumbing needs I do rest easy knowing who I will call when those needs present themselves. Great job Smithy's!!

Hats off to A+ Plumbing. My technician, Brennan Durbin, did an amazing job of repairing my main incoming water line. Mr. Durbin explained the normal process and was open to my non-standard request. I compaired the A+ Pluming quote with 2 other plumbing companies, and they were the middle quote. However, he also included seed and hay after the repair and the others did not. (Be sure you compair apples to apples.) The line replacement was done efficiently even though the equipment was delivered late, (the late delivery was not his fault), he stayed late to completw the job in one day. I highly recommend Mr. Durbin for your plumbing needs.

Both Brennan and Jeremiah were efficient, effective and energetic to complete our faucet system. They clearly explained what was needed to fix the issues we were having. The work was done professionally and the suggestions to properly maintain all the systems was appreciated.

Technicians were professional, informative and considerate. Let us know when they would me making loud noises such as drilling. Accommodated our needs to access bathrooms while the worked. Replaced removed items from under sink cabinets and our closet. They were efficient and worked well as a team. They accomplished multiple jobs in multiple areas of our home in one day.

Cannot recommend this company, and specifically Esteban, enough! We had a nasty leak that started coming through our plaster ceiling. Esteban patiently provided hours of technical advice on how to get at the problem, and then expertly fixed the problem. He made the whole process painless, transparent, and understandable for us. We were immediately at ease when he started explaining the process to us. We were assuming this would be weeks and weeks of troubleshooting, but he had it fixed in a matter of hours, for a very reasonable price. This is the company you want to call for your serious plumbing issue!!
