We were so grateful for Taylor! He came out on a Saturday when we had a blockage in our septic line and was wonderful about helping us figure out what to do. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also gave us referrals for other people who could help dig up and pump the tank. He was such a nice person to work with - very responsive and kind, and a calm professional presence in our little crisis. I would highly recommend him.

I called Sewer & Drain solutions for a major issue I have. Taylor came out same day in the time line he stated. Unfortunately, my problem was bigger than we first thought and Taylor was unable to help with it. He did recommend a couple people for me to contact. He was very professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Had a drain emergency, on a Saturday no less. Called and spoke with Taylor and he said he’d come give me free est on work and would be to my location in an hr. Taylor showed up in just under and hr and figured out the issue and the solution and got me taken care of in no time. Will definitely be calling him back for future drainage services. Price was very reasonable as well. Anybody needing work done on their sewage or drainage should definitely consider sewer and drain solutions.

Eli did an amazing job on my main line clog. He went above and beyond to make sure it was completely cleared and took the time to answer all my questions. I also appreciated his attention to detail and the cleanup after he finished. This has not been the case in the past with other plumbers. I can't recommend Elite Performance Plumbing enough. They genuinely care about their customers from start to finish. I will definitely use them again!!

We had a toilet installed last year and were very happy with Elite. This year when we needed a new water heater we called them again. It’s an 80 gallon water heater and expected it to be very expensive We found their quote to be less than we budgeted and quite fair. They give excellent communication, 5 star service, and do what they say they will do. We won’t use anyone else for our plumbing needs. Highly recommend Elite!

I tell you what, after calling about of different local plumbing places we called Elite Performance Plumbing & thank God we did. Long story short we had a hidden leak near our water meter underground & it was leaking over 1000 gallons of water a day. Elite performance plumbing sent out Eli for an estimate & told us what it would cost to fix the leak as well as offered to replace all the water lines from the meter to the house bc as he explained- the old lines regaining the pressure could cause another leak further down the line & then we'd be stuck with the bigger fix anyways. He was honest, very knowledgeable, & very fairly priced the job. The other plumbing companies didn't show any interest in helping us and they wanted atleast 50% more money to do either job. Eli answered me everytime I asked anything & kept in touch. We were a priority for him/them. He came out a day earlier than expected & had the job done by the time I got off work. We didn't even have to go without water. 100% highly recommend Eli & Elite Performance Plumbing. We will rehire them for any plumbing job.

We just had Dakota come out and take care of a clog for us and it was awesome! They responded super quick and were here in no time. He got us taken care of even faster! He was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I can’t express how relieved I was to have him here today. They’re going to be our go to from now on and we’ll be letting our friends and family know who to call too! Thank you guys, it’s a blessing to be able to flush in peace again!

We had a drain upstairs not working and my washer wouldn’t drain out. We had Clog Busterz come out Matthew Shepherd and Josh Mullins they worked on our pipes and got it fixed. They were very professional and polite. They cleaned up everything! I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Had a leaky tub faucet and a faucet handle that wouldn't completely turn off. Tackett & Son came out, diagnosed the issue and realized it was a proprietary assembly that would require going underneath the tub to fix. They came back a few days later, brought a new Delta faucet and were able to cut into the drywall behind the tub, replace the faucet and drain stopper, then patch the wall up with an access panel - all in about 2 hours. Great people, great service. Highly recommended! EDIT: My water heater that was 20 years old started leaking. I called Tackett and Son hoping for someone to stop over and take a look in the next day or two. To my surprise, they scheduled a full replacement a couple hours later on the same day. They arrived, drained and replaced the old heater, and hauled away the old one in 30 minutes. Once again, great service and an amazing low price!

I moved to a house and had a toilet that would continually clog. The first time it happened, I googled a plumber and went with the first option that came up. They came out and unclogged the toilet and charged a ridiculous amount for the work. Over the next 6 months, the same toilet clogged 2 more times. I called the same large, chain plumbing company and they told me that the reason it was clogging was because my sewage line had a lip on it going to the main sewage line and they needed to dig up my front yard to correct it. That sounded weird to me because I only had one toilet clogging and it was my only issue in the entire house. So, I called Tackett and Son for a second opinion the next time it clogged. When Joey came and pulled the toilet off the floor, he said he had never seen anything like it before in his 20+ years experience. My toilet wasn't connected to the sewage line at all. There was a gap that was causing my issues because toilet paper was getting caught on the pipe going down that the toilet is supposed to be connected to. He had to pour concrete and put a new connection for my toilet. Luckily, I didn't pay over a thousand dollars to have my front yard ripped up for a new sewer line (that still wouldn't have fix my problem). I'm glad to say, I haven't had a clogged toilet since. We've called Tackett and Son to remove a shower and put in a new one and replace a vanity since then. It looks great (I've included a picture of that job)! Also, they came and replaced our water heater and had it finished in less than one hour. I've learned my lesson in googling for home services and going with the paid ad option at the top.

Used Tackett for a water line repair. These folks are professional, punctual, and very proficient at their job. I could not be happier with the results. The company is a longtime local staple and I am hoping for many more. I wouldn't call anyone else for my plumbing needs.

I want to extend a thank you to the Mr. Rooter team that came to my house to inspect my septic tank. They originally came to empty the tank and install risers but upon inspection found my tank lid was failing. Working with Shawn Smith was fantastic, he was up front with cost and scope and is a true professional. His team, Mike and Colby are surgeons with the Bobcat and I enjoyed talking to them while they were here. I’ve tried multiple other companies to complete this job and Mr. Rooter made it happen. I would only call them in the future for my plumbing issues or questions. Great Job!!!

Called with an emergency. They sent someone within a few hours to fix my kitchen sink. Yes, very pricey, but very professional and kind. Dean was the guy who was sent and I am VERY thankful for him! He explained it all to me, took extra time to go over things with me, 11/10 service from Dean. He was easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable, helped my husband and I in a bind and truly went above and beyond. He even made sure everything worked fully before he left. I also had this poor man walking around our house trying to find our main water line. (Sorry Dean!) Great guy. Great service. The woman on the phone (I forgot her name unfortunately) was also so kind while I was crying on the phone trying to schedule this emergency. They called to let me know when Dean was on his way which was also so helpful and he arrived in the exact time they said. Truly, I am so thankful for Dean and this company. Yes, pricey, but I was more than willing to pay it for the service and the professionalism! Will definitely call them if needed again and will forever request Dean!!!!

I woke up Thursday, September 5th to water gushing inside my basement wall. I called the nearest plumber with an emergency number, Mr. Rooter. They said they’d be out within the hour, they were there in less than 20 minutes. The two techs that came out quickly got the water shutoff and went right to work. Whoever constructed my house 20 years ago had the bright idea to run the water line completely under the long driveway and bury it into the foundation with no easy access to repair it later. The techs decided to pull the old line and run another. The first attempt they tried and failed. They tried another solution and failed. Every idea they had only seemed to make the job harder to solve. But they kept at it. For 6 hours, all day Thursday, they brought out every guy they could to help, heavy equipment and a lot of patience. They’d resolved that they might have to cut through the concrete driveway to trench a new line. Friday morning they came back to attempt to run the line through the existing conduit again. 10 hours later, and with minimal cutting to the driveway, they succeeded. I don’t care how many times these guys failed to solve the problem, they just kept attacking it, and not one of those guys were willing to quit. Easily, 10/10 Stars With their determination, I’d call the team at Mr. Rooter to help me anytime with anything again.

Dylan and Matthew were incredibly empathetic to our emergency plumbing situation, as well as patient and informative. They made great efforts to remedy our issue as fast as they could on very short notice. When someone else was unable to complete a portion of the project we had, Dylan and the owner Ben came out and fixed it. We were blown away with the customer service given by the office staff Elvira, and the owner Ben. Shout out to Dylan for leading his team well, and easing a very hectic and stressful situation for us. Hoping we don’t need plumbing services anytime soon, but will certainly be calling AquaDux if we do.

Just want to shout this amazing company out. For friendly service and the patience when we were behind paying because of a card issue. Not only were they the only people to come out in general in our emergency with plumbing and me and my partners first time with it. within 2 hours they showed up. It was very affordable and they fixed plumbing that another guy did incorrectly .

Dylan and Matt came out and they hit every speed bump they could, when fixing our outdoor spigot and pipe. They were so professional and gracious and always kept a smile even through the frustrating experience. We were completely without water until they fixed it. This team of professionals went above and beyond for me today and I’m forever grateful. My driveway was treacherous with melting ice and an incline. They were determined to get here to fix a deep drain clog and that’s exactly what they did. The rate was very reasonable and Brandon was very nice and professional. He’s also a very good driver in bad conditions;) His helper was golden and worked on getting their Van unstuck while Brandon ran a line. Class Act this company. Thank you very much❤️

Billy and his apprentice did an excellent job installing my water softener and I liked the idea that he came up with and placed it. They both worked very diligent and professional doing the job. Hunter and his apprentice Tristan were amazing. First off when this emergency happened it wasn’t planned hunter worked so hard keeping everything in budget. He was amazing they worked hard. I couldn’t find a company in my budget but they did great! I am getting quotes on the issue they found but likely if they continue to be amazing will just pick them! It’s scary finding a plumber trustworthy but affordable just call these guys they will save you on a really bad day.

We had a 15-year-old water heater that was cracked beyond repair and leaking. A coworker recommended Got Your 6, so I gave them a call and they had a plumber at my house the next morning. John quoted a fair price, replaced the water heater within a few hours, and charged exactly what was quoted. He handled all the permitting, and had the old water heater hauled off. Highly recommended!

I live in a apartment, your company changed out a toilet in my apartment, they have used many plumbers over the years, but Johnathan did the best of any they have used over the years. He was on time went right to work, very efficiently did the job. Best service ever.

The crazy cold weather caused a pipe to burst in my crawl space. Shane came out quickly to assess the situation. He got the parts to repair the pipe and got me all set and squared away way in just a few hours. He gave me some preventive tips as well. He was quick and professional and super helpful!
