Bud’s price was higher than the other estimate I obtained, but I feel I got money’s worth. Charles brought items to my attention that Your competitor missed. Great job guys! I wish I had known you did shower installations. The one I had done last year is good, but I believe Bud’s would have been better.

Eli was an absolute lifesaver for us!! We had what should have been thousands of dollars worth of issues (busted water line/ leaking toilets/faulty shower valve/ non existent hot water). He came out and helped troubleshoot and educate me on my options and possible fixes for each one. I was able to handle a few of the items myself after his consultation saving me a boatload of money. Then a week later he came back checked my work and finished up all the other stuff that needed a master plumbers knowledge.. And let me tell you Eli is the definition of a MASTER plumber. What a blessing Total Plumbing was for our family during this holiday season!!! I will never call another plumber for anything.. and neither should you!!

Paul came to our house to check out our kitchen faucet sprayer that had been dripping when it was off. He checked it out and noticed a crack in it and told me it really needed to be replaced. So together he helped us pick out a complete Delta faucet that we liked and suited the style of our kitchen. While discussing it Paul also sold us on something we didn't know we even needed. A cup/ bottle washer to fill the old sprayer hose hole and a soap dispenser for the other side. We are tickled pink with it and was thoroughly impressed with Paul's recommendation and his work to get us what we needed. This guy is a class act and for me gives Star plumbing a 5 star review and I highly recommend them. If anyone has to call Star, definitely ask for Paul Rhodes!

The only complaint I've got was that the repairman didn't wear those paper shoe covers and walked back and forth several times through my house. Normally I wouldn't say anything but where he was working on the sewer line outside you have to be standing in a poopy mess. He said it was messy. Just a common courtesy you guys wore them 6 Mos ago for the same cleaning. Other than this he removed the plug. I like your company and want to keep you as my Plummer. Thankyou..P.S. Don't want to get him in trouble

Charged $84 to be told my drain stopper was up. Felt taken advantage of and called to give feedback. Was angrily lectured like a child by some man that was presumably in charge. They're more expensive than most of their competitors but I always went with them because I thought their service was better. Never again.

I called Acme in the morning to fix my kitchen faucet which had been damaged and was leaking at the base of the spigot. They came, checked it out, and went to get a new faucet. They actually listened to me about the type of faucet replacement I wanted, and brought back a great faucet, installed it and checked out the connections and water turn off valves under the sink. They performed above expectations. Thank you Acme and Travis!!!

I called and left a message and within an hour my call was returned. They were at my home about two hours later. Listened to me explain what was going on and what the old home owners did last time they had this problem and went right to work and got it down. He sat down to write the invoice and took the time to ask me about our business (J's Good Grub) we shared some of lives humps and he shared a scripture that was right on time. I will definitely call them again!

They got a simple plumbing procedure done in under an hour whereas other places estimated higher prices and longer work times. Called them up needing an urgent fix. They just happened to be open and showed up in a few minutes. Fixed my leaking valve in about 20 minutes as well as did a thorough inspection of what may be a problem. Highly satisfied. If you want an honest plumber that is professional and great at their job, they are the ones. Very impressed.
