Tyler cleaned laundry drain pipe from lint and dirt buildup. Good job with making sure it was clean up to the length of reel of cable could reach. He ran water through pipe for several minutes to make sure clog was free. He recommended sock or mesh lint trap to stop lint buildup. Good service from Tyler day before a major holiday. I had unresolved service last time with previous different service but this seems to be fixed. Will call them if needed again.

My name is Carmen Harrison, I am the owner of the property. I am posting this on my daughter account. Since I do not have a Google review account. I was so happy with Chad Fields and Gabe-Billy with Shane Elmer’s Plumbing they came out and installed the top of the line water heater and fixed 2 leaks and a faucet in the kitchen and shut off valves. Very friendly, on time. The job was done excellent. They know what they are doing. Next time I want Chad Fields again, I will request him. Again and again…..I am a loyal customer for life. There is very few services I will switch over if you do things right I stay. I got my plumber for life. Thank you so very much 😊

Very personable my in-laws were home which English is the second language for them and he was very polite. Took his time to explain everything very well to them called me with an update to let me know what was going on. It was a great service call highly recommend him and would request him if I ever needed service again.

Son Le is a home improvement tech with Lee Company. He did an excellent last week repairing roofing shingles on our house. We requested him to return this week to install a kitchen hood vent for exhausting cooking fumes outside. It was a challenging job that required modifying kitchen cabinets, sawing holes in the ceiling and roof in the attic and installing the cap on the roof. He did an excellent job. He is a talented and experienced craftsman with a great work ethic in whom we have much confidence.

Service at my house was scheduled for a specific timeframe. The men arrived on time and as planned with an earlier phone call to confirm arrival. Maintenance was performed on my electrical system and an upgrade was suggested that maybe I could do. I decided to do an upgrade and the worked was completed in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price. I feel good knowing my home is kept up and remains in good shape. The service men were courteous and polite and enjoyable to talk to. I would recommend Lee Company for all your home needs.

I'm not sure I can properly express my gratitude to Thompson's Plumbing for the work they did for me. We were in the midst of a snow storm, I had an upcoming surgery that week, and I was suddenly without hot water, in addition to a frozen clog in my sewer line, discovered while they were out here. They worked tirelessly for nearly two days straight in the freezing cold to get me running smoothly in time for my recovery from surgery. And considering the hours worked, the number of team members working, and the heavy equipment they had to call in to get through the frozen ground, I believe what they charged me was incredibly reasonable. Highly recommend!

Our water heater went out so we called Thompson’s plumbing- Nick was at our house the next day to look at it. He got us a reasonably priced one and had to replaced in no time. Would highly recommend them for quick communication, prompt services, and being transparent!!

Moving to Bowling Green and not knowing who to go to for a plumber they got me on the right track with fair, honest, and reasonable pricing, as well as fast and dependable work. 10/10 would recommend and I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future!
