Gibson was my service guy. He was very professional and fast. Took the time to get the job done and was very thorough with everything. Had to get my sewer unclogged and he made sure everything was out. Didn’t double check but triple check his work to make sure the bathtub would flow easily also. Highly satisfied with his work.

Had a very large job to do as our sewer lines were collapsed to the main sewer system and because it went under two trees, a fence, a tree fort, and two power lines... our only option was to wrench a new pipe through the old one. Ryder ( the tech who came to do the quote) was quick and early as well as very polite. Everyone who worked on our disconnect plumbing line was very polite and even when problems arose they diligently worked to correct them They even worked after hours to finish the job so it would be done before the rain came. If I knew their names I could list everyone as being very helpful.... the two who worked late were Nate and Gibson and they even went above and beyond their work. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience

I had a number of things to be replaced, and unclogged. The dispatcher called me on time, to let me know that their specialist, was on his way. Ryan L. arrived prepared to get started. He was organized, with a pleasant personality, and attitude. Ryan stayed busy, Getting his work done right on schedule. I highly recommend Ryan and the team at Ben Franklin to do the job right. Of course after a holiday, our septic tank was full!!. Called Reddi to get a quote, pretty reasonable, so started the process of having our tank pumped out. Service man called, confirmed address, and stated he was on his way. I let him know the best way to get to our house since we live in the country and several roads are not good for large vehicles. He arrived on time. Spent time looking at the situation and started to get the job done. After the job was completed he spent time explaining what he did. Educated us on our septic system, and things we might need to watch for, even start saving up for repairs. I forgot to get his name, but thank you for great custer service!!

I have called Reddi for several of my home maintenance needs. I have had tree roots cleared from my sewer main line 3 times, and most recently, I had my water heater replaced. Devin and Aaron came to my home to look at our water heater, within a few minutes they diagnosed the problem and gave me multiple options on how to proceed. I had major plumbing issues and was without water. Jaime came out the day I called and clearly communicated the issue. He was professional and he and his team installed a new water service line, repiped the entire house, and installed a new water heater. They also repaired a slow draining lavatory. The high quality work was completed in two days!

I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who came by to investigate a water leak for us today, but its slipped my mind. We got the recommendation for JM from a friend who's a single woman and all I can say is that referrals that come from single women tend to be HIGHLY valuable. Meaning they felt safe, they were respectful, they didn't make anyone feel uncomfortable and - most of all - prices are reasonable and FAIR! We couldn't have been any happier with the service we received today. We were able to isolate the leak and determine it was actually the appliance leaking rather than our plumbing. Despite that, he still explained everything carefully and shut off the water line that runs to it, giving us recommendations for our next step and advice on how to go forward from here. I use him most for sewer blockages, sewer line replacements and water heater installs, but he's done anything plumbing related for us. A year ago my water heater started to leak and needed to be replaced. Brandon with Premier Plumbing came out the same day to assess the issue and had it fully replaced the next day. Earlier this year my parents had the same issue and again Brandon came out that same day and had it replaced the very next day. Recently my tub wasn't draining properly and yet again Brandon came to my rescue, and had it fixed in record time. Being a single female you never know if you're being taken advantage of when it comes to service, price, or safety. While working with Premier Plumbing I never felt that way. Excellent service! We experienced our first major plumbing issue when a pipe burst this morning, causing our crawl space to flood and affecting our sump pump. Timely and efficient service! I called for support with my water heater late about 9:00 PM and the automated AI system scheduled the service the next day between 9 and 11 AM. Liam arrived exactly at 9:00. He diagnosed the problem quickly, provided me with options and communicated the pros and cons with each option with zero pressure to make a decision right away. I opted to have a new water heater put in, and Liam was able to make it happen right away. I had a new water heater by noon! Liam and Ashton were both polite, helpful, and very competent! This is a well run business with technicians who communicate well and are very skilled at what they do!

Jay is the most knowledgeable and efficient plumber we have ever had. Our condo plumbing is from 1985 and is starting to show wear and tear. We got quotes from Bowers and Ben Franklin, but Jay was able to fix our shower and our outdoor spigot for much less plus he did not have to tear out a wall like the other two had planned to do. Jay was amazing! Called Friday night at about 9:00 pm because my toilet wouldn't stop running and I couldn't use the shut off valve because it wasn't working either. I told him I would be okay overnight and he offered to come Saturday morning to fix my toilet. Before he got here, I found out my other toilet downstairs was also not working properly and leaking from the shut off valve. Jay took it in stride and fixed both toilets for me at an extremely reasonable price. He didn't try to upsell me and even told me about being able to repair the upstairs toilet if the tank bolts started leaking so that I wouldn't have to buy a whole new toilet. I am very impressed with his work, his friendliness and his professionalism. I have created a whole list of projects that I will have him and his company take care of in the coming months. Very pleased with my experience with Butler Plumbing, I have worked with them more than once. Everything Butler Plumbing repaired has been running smoothly ever since. They are knowledgeable and have been able to explain any repair in a way that makes sense to someone with no experience in this field. They are personable, polite good customer service is hard to find these days. So is finding a company that does want to charge you an arm and a leg or overcharge for things you don’t need but it makes them more money.

From scheduling to the actual repair, everything went smoothly. Eric and David were polite, professional, and respectful of my home. They cleared explained the repair needed and kept me informed along the way. Glad to have my shower drain fixed. Amazing service!! Had some plumbing work done on my bathtub because the handle broke off due to the insert completely disintegrating because it was made of cheap garbage. Water shot out like a fire hose when it broke and completely flooded the bathroom while I was trying to give my baby a bath. I decided it was time to call a professional because nowhere in town could get me all the replacement parts I would need for at least 4 business days and we had to turn off the main water line to stop the flood so we had no running water. When Justin Dewan arrived he was extremely professional and presented me with 3 different ways we could go about fixing it. He didn't pressure me into any specific decisions like some other companies I have delt with in the past. He did magnificent work cutting through the old tile to gain access to remove the remaining junk hardware and installed a new faucet, insert, handle, and cover plate that looks even better than it did before. Called first thing in the morning and we were able to get it fixed same day. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Cody was very informative, thorough, friendly and clean! He dealt with the issue I called for (changing out reverse osmosis filters), checked on my water softener and found an issue with how it is functioning (it is still under warranty so could have just ignored it since it was no money out of my pocket), repaired the issue with water softener and is coming back for a courtesy visit to recheck that everything is working as expected. My kiddo was home sick and Cody was super nice to him and even spoke some gaming with him (something I have no clue about). All around great experience. I have been very impressed with everyone at Bowers. I don’t really know how they compare with pricing but when it comes to plumbing - I want the best.
