Expert Drain Cleaning in Hutchinson, KS

The guys at all clear sewer are going to be my first call forever. They are the greatest fixed my sewer line break in my basement wall of my house that was built in 1915. I did not know what was wrong and figured it was tree roots again backing the sewer up in the basement Wayne came out to evaluate the problem that is when found out it was way worse than tree roots. Things are so expensive anymore, I was terrified of a $1600 - $2000 bill. It took 2 days several workers digging and a plumbing sub contractor to fix it all. My bill was less than $1000 I was so relived, I already had the cost of all of my stuff that got ruined in the basement from the break and multiple trips to the dump. I was able to cover the cost out of my savings and I did not have to take out a loan for the repairs. Anyone that asks me who to call in Hutchinson for sewer problems I say CALL ALL CLEAR SEWER! You wont regret it.

We had a clog in our drain and I called around 5:00 PM to ask them to come out. They quickly answered my phone call and said they’d be out the next day. Wayne, our technician, did a great job explaining the cause of the issue and resolving it.

We were very happy with the service with All Clear Sewer. Wayne was very professional and nice to be around as he did his job. Would recommend to anyone needing their services.

The first time they showed up to fix the main line clog they didn’t notify anyone they were supposedly here and just left. Not even sure if they actually showed up. Then didn’t tell anyone they didn’t fix the issue. The second time they came they put in the least amount of effort before saying they needed to install a clean out. Turns out they didn’t need to install a clean out. Just spelling trickery. Third time they came out they got it flowing but didn’t even attempt to fix the actual issue causing the main to back up. Heaven forbid they need to actually do some real work. Had to call them again to come out because my sewer is backing up due to them not actually fixing the problem. They said they’d be here today. They’ve never showed up. Now I guess I’m supposed to go all weekend without using water? Absolutely ridiculous. Never use this company.

On Time was great. Eric Botteron was the gentleman who came out this evening on an emergency call to fix my air conditioner. Eric was very nice, skilled, explained everything to me and fixed the problem! Thank you to Eric and On time heating and cooling! Much appreciated 👏

I would never use this company to install a septic system ever again. They installed a brand new septic system 4 years ago and we are now having to hire a different plumbing company to dig it up and redo the entire septic again. I contacted Gibby's several times and had them come out and they did absolutely nothing for me to fix the issue. He will just flat out stop returning your phone calls.

Have used Gibby's on 3 separate occasions. Once to fix the drain at my brother's house, which Jeff did. Another time Jeff replaced my water heater, which is still working after a year. And the 3rd time he sent out two of his guys who came to inspect my floor drain which wasn't draining properly. They mentioned everything was fine. I paid over $150 and am still having the same issues. I called two other plumbers since then and both have stated I have major problems with my sewer line. I am disappointed that Gibbys wasn't able to diagnose the problem with the lines that the other plumbers so quickly concluded.

Honestly feel scammed Thought they did great.. at first. They were friendly and quick with a good price. They were supposed to clear one of my outside drains, ended up backing up my main sewage. Tried to get ahold of them to see if they had a warranty and could come out a fix it but they dodged my calls and wouldn’t return my calls after I left voice message. I’m a young mom and home owner so I just wanted the job done right the first time and if they mess up I get it, it’s hard work but come fix the problem especially if I already paid you to do so. Y’all can still reach out if you’d like to make it right! Would be much appreciated.

Eck Services,Brayden Crowe and his crew changed out cast iron sewer pipes for new in basement. They were on time, were efficient and did a great job. Cleaned up all the areas involved . Explained what was done - I am very pleased and appreciative of the professional work. I do recommend Eck as a full service.

When we discovered a leak in the pipe that ran to an external faucet, based on our past experience, we knew hands down that calling Eck to handle it was the best decision. They were able to get us set up for the following morning. Troy kept us updated on when he would arrive (his earlier appointment was more extensive than expected and took longer.). Troy and Ryder did a great job, Troy explained what likely caused the leak , and what they would do to fix it. Ryder sealed up the exterior area around the faucet, so that another snake couldn't get in. (Did I forget to mention that part?). What I truly appreciate about Eck is that they guide and teach the new employees, OJT is invaluable and seeing it in action is truly remarkable. Before we knew it, Troy and and Ryder were finished and everything looks and works like it should. Thank you Eck!! We highly recommend your services and will call you for our future needs.

I've had the techs from Eck to my home twice. Once for my AC and recently for a furnace issue. Both times they got to me the same day I called. I'm critical of anyone that I spend my money on. I was very impressed with both service calls. They knew their craft! Both techs brought trainees they were teaching. I asked questions and received knowledgeable answers. And they weren't bothered by my questioning. I was very impressed with their service and knowledge. I will use Eck again and recommend them. Anyone that knows me and how critical I am will know they did a great job or I would be telling you.

We were extremely happy with Bobby and Adam from PlumbRite during our sewer line replacement. Bobby explained every step of the process, including any changes to the plan that needed to be made along the way. They did a great job on the plumbing itself, and I was impressed with their dirt work. They left our yard ready to be reseeded without mounds of dirt or rock for us to clean up. Bobby was very honest with us about costs throughout the entire process. We are so happy to finally have a fully functioning and guaranteed sewer line. We love Potters Plumbing! We are a mobile home community and have need for them often. They are fast, courteous and always get the job done, day or night, no matter the issue.

first off ask questions they charge $300 an hour. I asked them to replace a very simple shut off valve. It took them four hours and the Frank had to leave three times just to find a part. They charged me $258.for something it should've been a simple 30 minute fix. they claim they did me a favor by searching all over for the part they needed. Then when I wasn't happy about it as long as I would call him on a recorded line, he would speak to me about it. Beware of this place they are new and they are ripping people off.

Terrible! Unprofessional, very rude man. Had an emergency called and voicemail was full. Called throughout day didnt reach anyone finally reached someone and said hes not dumping after 430. So had to wait all night with a flooded yard. Ended up calling Vincent carl plumbing who was very very good. I would not recommend admiral/All clear septic to anyone. Plus guys pulled hatch off the tank and left it unattended and my 3 year old son fell into the hole and almost drowned. There guys just watched, then pumped us out and requested us to pay cash immediately. Well wife had to run to bank and they followed to the bank. All before we could take my son to the emergency room to make sure he was goin to be ok. They did nothing for there mistake. Didnt credit us, didnt pay for our emergency room bill, which was alot. Just not very happy with that place. They handled that all wrong and unprofessionally
