Expert Drain Cleaning in Kansas City, Kansas

Our old, castiron drain clogged and backed up at a basement floor drain with sewage. We were unable to use anything that went down any drain without making the pool large. Quick Relief Plumbing sent Anthony L. right out when I called on a Saturday night. He did a great job on this old system with excellent plumbing and people skills. I will be using QRP again amd would recommend without reservation.

All the Anthony's I had contact with were a pleasure to work with. They show up on time, they do what they say they are going to do and they did a fantastic job!! The service technician was on time, efficient and did the work I requested…. Plus fixed a couple of other issues in my shower! Very pleasant and considerate!! AND didn’t try to take advantage and overcharge me (which I’ve experienced in the past). I will definitely use them for any other plumbing projects. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Can’t recommend Drains N More highly enough! Has a clogged drain in house with old plumbing. Got an appointment immediately and they arrived on time. Simon did a great job with some of the challenges our plumbing had. I won’t hesitate to call them for all my plumbing needs. Fast service, great job at a fair price.

Dalton came and cleared main sewer line due to roots and added a clean out. Told me what I needed to do and never once tried to sell me anything extra. It felt like talking to a friend than just another pllumber. He did an awesome job at a very reasonable price. Anyone reading this, I hope you give Dalton @ Drains N More LLC a try. Dalton came out and inspected a leak coming from my wall under a bathroom sink. He was informative and explained the issue thoroughly. Luckily it was a simple fix. He also noticed my kitchen faucet was loose and offered to fix that as well! Super friendly and highly recommend.

Chris Mitchel did an amazing job. My wife was cleaning and accidentally flush down a small towel in the toilet drain and was backed up for a day. He came and thank BUDDHA he got it out! He was very polite and professional.

Both Christopher and Levin came out and I was very impressed with thier knowledge, Christopher even found our main line outside, which we had no idea where it was, saved us a lot of time and less expensive repair!! I'm a little late in posting this review but I have to share my experience with Proline as they helped me and my wife avoid a massive bill. I cant recommend them enough. I had one of the bigger name plumbing companies come look at a backup we were having in our basement through one of the drains....after they couldn't snake out the problem they had a guy come next day with his camera to have a look. After his review he told us that we had a 6 foot section of our main sewer line under our garage that had completely eroded the bottom of the pipe and it was just hitting the ground...meaning that the bottom of the pipe wasn't even there anymore. They also found some roots growing just outside of the house causing a blockage. They said we had to replace the entire main line under our house and then about 6 feet outside of the house. Of course our insurance wouldn't cover what was inside the house so the bill was going to be somewhere $12,000+. It was crushing news... A friend from work said I should get a second opinion and recommended Proline - they came out and showed me with the camera that the pipe was fine....old but fine....there was no 6 foot area where the pipe was eroded. They did find the same blockage of roots outside the house which was the reason for the backup. The other company straight up lied to us and the Proline folks were able to get us sorted for somewhere around $800. I would recommend them to anyone....good folks. My coworker had a similar story to mine and I'm sure somewhere deep in these reviews he wrote something similar.

Proline Plumbing literally rescued us two years ago when our sewer line backed up into the basement, causing several thousand dollars worth of damage and cleanup. They cleared our line of some thick tree roots and do a great job of annually keeping that line clear. So grateful! They are honest and do good work.

My issues was some what simple, My kitchen farmhouse sink had dropped as our original home remodeler did not install clips to hold the sink, he even tightened the facet after completing the job he was hired to do. My house is almost 60 years old. The sewer has been cleared of roots at least once before in 9 years. The service tech shared with me the condition of my sewer line. Then he and Garrett worked on my shower. The shower controller needed to.be replaced. What a great job. They left no mess!! I am so.grateful.

They did a thorough job and suggested a full cleaning of my drains and coils, which made a noticeable difference. On a previous visit, Chase replaced my sink trap. They had first come out months before and tightened it up, but I wanted a full replacement to avoid any future leaks. The new trap works perfectly and looks great under the sink. I also had a leak coming from my main pipe, and this company was the first to actually test and figure out exactly why the water was showing up randomly. They gave me a clear estimate and were available to fix the problem the same day. Each time, they left the area spotless, which I really appreciate. Hancock Brothers Plumbers did a fantastic job! I was able to quickly set up an appointment to have our tankless water heater looked at. Douglas did a thorough job diagnosing the problem and clearly explained what was going on. He recommended getting a replacement, and we decided to go ahead with it. The installation was scheduled right away for the following day. Chase and Gregory handled the installation, and they were both very professional and polite. Chase made sure to walk me through everything and patiently answered all my questions. I also recommend their membership plan, which helps with regular maintenance and can save you money down the road. Overall, I’m very pleased with the great service and attention to detail.

I needed a floor drain unclogged, and Poor John's Plumbing came to the rescue. Communication was excellent, and the tech who showed up was courteous, knowledgeable, and effective in getting the job done. I'll definitely call on these guys again when in need.

Shawn arrived on time and ran the snake through the family room floor drain line out a least 100 feet but found no significant blockage. He then ran it up through the vertical drain to the kitchen sink and at the top, hit the blockage releasing maybe a quart of black tar like residue with lots of food/garbage particles. He solved the problem and did his best to clean up the mess. No complainants. I didn't take any pictures, and you probably wouldn't want to see it anyway.

Not enough stars!! 🤩 Curtis & trainee Robert with Quality Plumbing did excellent work, were fast, and kept us on budget even though plumbing in our old house is notoriously tricky. Curtis was knowledgeable and willing to work with us mid-DIY project, he even took the time to explain how to move forward once their work was done, which we greatly appreciate. Both were friendly, and not pushy to add on additional services, which is great when you're on a tight budget. They were one of the best quotes we received for the project and they more than met our expectations. The saying goes "you get what you pay for" but I really feel like we got much more than our money's worth with Curtis & Rob from Quality Plumbing!!

replaced a 12 year old electric water heater (with a lot of sediment) with a tankless water heater. Got a good bid. Installation was as promised. Clean work. Explained everything to us after installation --- looking forward to many years of long showers! (BTW, used Quality Plumbing based on the recommendation of a friend -- they were right on target.)

I’ve called on Quality Plumbing several times, both at my current an previous residences. They do QUALITY work at reasonable prices. Today, Curtis resolved a major bathroom leak in record time, very efficiently and quickly. Afterwards, he checked everything thoroughly and cleaned up the area. I’m ver appreciative.
