Trevor was great!!! Called him on a Saturday afternoon and he picked up right away. He came over shortly after the phone call and fixed my sewer blockage that same day. He’s wonderful to work with and will definitely be calling him again for my future plumbing needs!

I cannot recommend Dynamic Plumbing enough! Trevor answered my phone call late on a weekday and came over quickly to deal with sewage leaking into my basement from the drain from a shared line. He quickly fixed the problem and even for after hours, the rate was quite reasonable. He even checked in a few days later to make sure I was not having any other issues. I have never had a plumber reach back out to make sure everything was okay. I am super impressed and will always call him for any plumbing issues/renovations!

I spent all morning calling plumbers that had a full schedule when my sewer line backed up. Dynamic also had a full schedule but after talking to him initially he called me back 30 minutes later and fit me into his schedule. Extremely reasonable and I am extremely happy with the results I would recommend him to anyone.

Contacted Eck Services about kitchen sink backing up into my bathtub. Troy Asper and co worker spent 2 hours snaking the drain and could not get the blockage. But they figured out that the pipe behind the drywall was blocked and their snake could not get around the twist in the pipe. Waiting to see if their chemicals can reach and break up the blockage. Very knowledgeable and did what they could. A bit pricy but without them it could be alot worse and cost me so much more. Thank you for the help. If the chemicals work I will give you 5 stars

Daegan and his colleague were amazing and quickly addressed our problem. This was the first time we used them and from start to finish they were absolute professionals. We will be using them moving forward. Very professional, efficient, and communicative.

Devin was nice and got my HVAC fixed along with a new thermostat for a good price. Now my rabbit and I can stay warm and toasty for the coming cold nights!

Rick is amazing. Called him with some concerns about our main line and washer shutoffs, and he rushed over to our home the following morning to take a look at things. He was honest and direct. He could've easily taken advantage of the situation and charged me whatever he wanted, but he was very generous. Its obvious he puts old school values ahead of being money hungry. I feel comfortable referring family and friends to him and will only be using Salina Plumbing (Rick) if theres anything we need. Thank you, Rick! You're the man!

Rick comes highly recommended after promptly returning our call to replace a failing water heater. Service arrived early the following morning. Excellent workmanship followed, and even some great conversation. Rick is a highly skilled professional with many years of knowledge under his belt. Absolutely supurb customer service. We just moved here and he helped us fix our toilet after I improperly tried to install a bidet attachment. Solid guy and would recommend for any of your plumbing issues!

Drains Plus is a phenomenal company. They are excellent responders and very friendly. Josh just left my house cleaner than it was when he got here and replaced our water heater very quickly. He also provided some extra tips and tricks as a home owner. We have been using Drains Plus since they opened and will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone.

After trying to unclog and old washer drain pipe Josh suggested changing it out. Had it done fast! Didn’t mind questions. Personable and great attitude.

Took care of my drain issue quickly. A bit dissapointed one week later. I scheduled a repair while in the shop. I took a day off of work, called to confirm in the morning and they couldn't find a service ticket. I waited all day only to receive a call near closing time stating they did not have time to provide the scheduled service. Hopefully, the next scheduled service is fulfilled. I do want to say "Thank You" to Drains Plus of Salina for quickly resolving my emergency plumbing problem last week. I understand mistakes in scheduling can and do happen.

Our pipes froze during the winter storm this year, and the guys at superior plumbing went above and beyond. They ran heaters on our pipes all day and over night to get them thawed and were super friendly. They got the water back on in our house and gave us superior service. They definitely earned their name!

I've never used them myself but my kids have & said they were top notch to deal with. So in my book that means they are a great outfit to deal with. Call Chris & give them a try!

Straight and to the point… my mother in laws water heater started leaking. We called Travis Plumbing and they were out here and had the job done in less than an hour. They took great care to dry the area out and ensure everything was working properly before they left. They were polite and courteous to my mother in law and put everything back in its place before leaving. There is something to be said for good honest business. They have my business now as my plumber. I have already set up an appointment for them to come and install a bathroom at my house…that’s how good they are.

They came through for us! Our water heater died last night and they came today, diagnosed the issue, and replaced our water heater all before noon. They were fast and professional and saved us from having to go the weekend (or longer) without hot water, definitely recommend and will go to them first with any future plumbing needs!

My regular plumber recommended Travis Plumbing due to size of job. I called and they showed up less than 30 minutes later and began the job. Took 3 days and the guys were all pleasant and respectful. The price was very reasonable and I couldn’t be happier. They have my business from now on. Thanks Travis Plumbing.

Jay was great! My shower handle wasn’t working and my toilet needed a new shut off valve. He fit me into his tight schedule and did great work. I am definitely going to use him for further projects .

Jay came out to my house within 3 hours of my call! He replaced a leaking pipe along with some couplings. It only took him maybe an hour and a half to get finished so I could get back to work. After he got to the house I realized that he was one of the helpers who came to help another plumber that I had called from a different company to remove my waterheater a few years back. Will recommend!

Jay was great! He showed up on time and was very courteous, personable and professional. In and out in less than an hour and a very fair rate! Will definitely utilize his services again!

It's perplexing that there are so many negative reviews because I witnessed a man who was genuinely interested in solving my home's problem, not in taking my money. Scott responded quickly to an emergency Sunday call and he didn't act as though I was an interruption to his day off. This was, by far, the friendliest customer service I have ever had the pleasure of receiving. The Payless phone number is now a permanent part of my phone's contact list--I won't be calling anyone else. Thank you, Scott, for being a phenomenal public servant!!

I thought I would give this company the benefit of the doubt given the poor reviews. I made an appointment because I had an issue with my bathtub faucet and wanted the integrity of the plumbing system checked out in my entire home of 600 square feet. Whomever took my call didn’t seem too interested in my issue and scheduled me a couple days out. NOONE EVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP. I attempted to call them but only got a message saying that the PCS number was no longer in service. What the actual F? If you’re the owner reading this, please don’t respond.

Hot water heater went out 12/29/17 and had a contract through AHS warranty so a service request was opened. Payless came to check it on 1/02/18 and put in an order for a new hot water heater and the plumbing company NEVER came back. Here it is a month later and we are getting it fixed privately without the home warranty company or Payless Plumbing who were paid to fix it to begin with. Rude and disgruntled whenever we would call to see If an install appointment would be set, even hung up on my husband one phone call. Would never ever ever recommend them! Fyi: We've been in constant contact with AHS and they've even reached out on their end on Why this "vendor" has not completed the job or been back.. And they did let us know the order had long been approved. If I was casting blame on the wrong party I don't think AHS would be offering a cash out option to allow us to hire a different company and have our concerns escalated. We had a full furnace replacement using the same warranty and the experience was NOTHING compared to this.
