Our old, castiron drain clogged and backed up at a basement floor drain with sewage. We were unable to use anything that went down any drain without making the pool large. Quick Relief Plumbing sent Anthony L. right out when I called on a Saturday night. He did a great job on this old system with excellent plumbing and people skills. I will be using QRP again amd would recommend without reservation.

The service technician was on time, efficient and did the work I requested…. Plus fixed a couple of other issues in my shower! Very pleasant and considerate!! AND didn’t try to take advantage and overcharge me (which I’ve experienced in the past). I will definitely use them for any other plumbing projects. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

QP unclogged our main drain on 12/15/25. There was such significant tree root intrusion that the first auger broke and a second plumber was quickly dispatched out to continue the work. They were both very professional and communicated clearly throughout the process. I was very pleased with the fair pricing for the services rendered and with my overall experience with QP. I neglected to write a review right away, so regrettably I no longer recall the names of the two gentlemen who worked on our drain. I am hoping that QP will see this review and identify the two gentlemen who did the work so that they receive proper recognition.

Not enough stars!! 🤩 Curtis & trainee Robert with Quality Plumbing did excellent work, were fast, and kept us on budget even though plumbing in our old house is notoriously tricky. Curtis was knowledgeable and willing to work with us mid-DIY project, he even took the time to explain how to move forward once their work was done, which we greatly appreciate. Both were friendly, and not pushy to add on additional services, which is great when you're on a tight budget. They were one of the best quotes we received for the project and they more than met our expectations. The saying goes "you get what you pay for" but I really feel like we got much more than our money's worth with Curtis & Rob from Quality Plumbing!!

Called Monday morning (1/19) and was scheduled an appointment the next morning for a clogged main line. All around excellent service! Luke and Juan were fantastic; very professional and knowledgeable. Luke took the time to explain each procedure and was able to cost additional services prior to performing the work. I will continue to use Connelly Plumbing and would highly recommend them to any one looking knowledgeable professional service.

We have had Connelly come out to our house several times to fix some issues. Every time they have been respectful, quick to get back to me and get me on the schedule. Adam has worked on several things and has been knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions we may have.

Excellent service! Called and made an appointment to have someone come out to find a leak with out hall bath tub surround. They said someone would be out between 8-10:00am. Justin L arrived at 8:00am sharp. Communication throughout was excellent, email notifications, text notifications, and with the technician on site. We were blessed to not have a big problem, just a small one that he identified and was able to fix shortly after. We trust Connelly for our business' needs and we trust Connelly with our home's needs as well!

I'm a little late in posting this review but I have to share my experience with Proline as they helped me and my wife avoid a massive bill. I cant recommend them enough. I had one of the bigger name plumbing companies come look at a backup we were having in our basement through one of the drains....after they couldn't snake out the problem they had a guy come next day with his camera to have a look. After his review he told us that we had a 6 foot section of our main sewer line under our garage that had completely eroded the bottom of the pipe and it was just hitting the ground...meaning that the bottom of the pipe wasn't even there anymore. They also found some roots growing just outside of the house causing a blockage. They said we had to replace the entire main line under our house and then about 6 feet outside of the house. Of course our insurance wouldn't cover what was inside the house so the bill was going to be somewhere $12,000+. It was crushing news... A friend from work said I should get a second opinion and recommended Proline - they came out and showed me with the camera that the pipe was fine....old but fine....there was no 6 foot area where the pipe was eroded. They did find the same blockage of roots outside the house which was the reason for the backup. The other company straight up lied to us and the Proline folks were able to get us sorted for somewhere around $800. I would recommend them to anyone....good folks. My coworker had a similar story to mine and I'm sure somewhere deep in these reviews he wrote something similar.

Proline Plumbing literally rescued us two years ago when our sewer line backed up into the basement, causing several thousand dollars worth of damage and cleanup. They cleared our line of some thick tree roots and do a great job of annually keeping that line clear. So grateful! They are honest and do good work.

i had a great experience with a local plumber in kansas city when my sewer line to the septic tank broke. after trying a few other companies who didn’t show up or couldn’t help, a friend recommended someone who really knew his stuff. mason from the plumbing team called me the very next day, came out to look at the problem, and gave me a clear estimate. he said it might take about a week or so before they could start, but they actually managed to fit me in much sooner. the crew arrived with their equipment, dug a new trench, and installed a new sewer line with cleanouts, which i didn’t have before. they finished the job in just one day, which was a huge relief. everyone was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly experienced. the whole process was smooth and professional, and now everything works perfectly again. i will definitely call this plumbing company for any future issues. if you need any plumbing work in kansas city, i highly recommend giving them a call.

My main contact was Kate who was terrific. We were selling our house and the buyers inspection revealed problems with our main sewer line. The Plumbing Pros gave us a reasonable price. After having contracted with them the lender got involved as their payment for the job would be coming out of our proceeds. The lender took us out of the loop but Kate kept us informed. She was great and the work was done quickly and professionally. We walked away having the repair made and the buyer moved in with confidence.

Chris Mitchel did an amazing job. My wife was cleaning and accidentally flush down a small towel in the toilet drain and was backed up for a day. He came and thank BUDDHA he got it out! He was very polite and professional.

Amazing all the shortcuts people take in plumbing, but this company is not one of them. Wish the prices were set more for retired folks, but not for lack of quality and diligent work.

Tyler did a great job. He got my sump pump fixed in less time than he anticipated. He also presented me with four options. Space is all clean too. Their customer service team was friendly and communicated well too.

Adam was very knowledgeable and professional and efficient. He also addressed my questions about my downstairs garbage disposal and showed me how to hand crank it to get it to work again and advised to run water down it periodically. He also advised me on a pipe in the downstairs garage as it has a slight leak and reassured me it was ok now since I have the water turned off (it feeds an outdoor spiget) and advised to have it fixed in the spring when I will start using it again.
