This was a weekend emergency sewer back up and Michael arrived within 30 minutes after my call. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I really appreciate their taking care of our need so quickly. Thank you.

Our plumber came to unclog a clay tile sewer pipe using a hydrojet tool they most plumbers don’t have. He was very knowledgeable and was able to clear out roots and broken pieces of tile the other guys couldn’t do. Roto-Rooter is a legitimate licensed plumber that can do big jobs so don’t think they are limited. They are now on my go-to list of trusted contractors.

I had a main line backup. Benjamin, came out and after sending his camera down the line found the backup was at the floor drain itself. He replaced the cap cleared the line. Benjamin was friendly seemed very knowledgeable. It was a Sunday so not cheap but I was able to finish my laundry that day.

Jerry is awesome! He is very thorough and knowledgeable. He cleaned our sewer line and got us back in business. I will be using him again!

Jerry came to my house to unclog one toilet, and in the process, he broke through the bowl on my other toilet, as the 2 were back to back. He knew he broke it. He was in such a rush to get his money and get out. The toilet he broke the bowl on was working fine before he came. I called him a few months later, after another plumber told me why and how that toilet got broken. Jerry refused to take responsibility or to cover any of my costs to fix/replace that toilet. He said "Why didn't you call me back right then to come back and fix it?" and I said "You knew you had broken it and you said you had no idea why it all of a sudden wasn't working. And why would I call you back to fix it when you're the one who broke it?" Plus, he was pretty messy and left a lot to clean up. Would NOT recommend to my worst enemy.

Need to give a good shout out to Kirk Ben looking into purchasing property up in Holton Kansas and needed some expert advice on plumbing immediately was able to schedule. He showed up prompt service. Very helpful advice and definitely recommend him and use him with any future plumbing needs.

Within 30 minutes of determining that we really did need a new water heater, one of his people was here and got it installed. We couldn’t be happier with the responsiveness and service we received. It turns out we had old terrible pipes and they needed replaced. Tyler replaced our old with new. He was very fast and affordable! We will be using him again for our future plumbing needs.

I was stressing for over a month about what i thought was my septic tank issues. I finally made the decision to contact these people. Within minutes they made a professionally educated guess.. and moments later... proved themselves to be right!! They only showed to provide a diagnosis and quote.. but when they showed they provided a cute little folder with a copy of my old septic system map and a copy of the newer systems map! It also contained some cute print outs with some "FYI's" and education materials on septic systems!! I of course gave them the business! I do not regret making this call! Month of stress... gone in minutes... from one call.. and a cool folder with goodies!! Plus.. it was THOUSANDS cheaper than I imagined!!!

Made a call to Downing septic service. Had to have Septic tank pumped.and was very prompt in getting here. He tucked care of the situation. Very good people to work with.

Jerry and Lance did a great job while they were out here pumping our septic. They came out in a timely manner, and got the job done quickly. They were very nice, and explained everything very well to us.

I was able to get an appointment the next day. Kinda important when you only have 1 bathroom. Kyle was perfect! He looked everything over, discussed it all with me and gave an estimate for repairing our crapper and a 2nd estimate if he needed to snake out the main line outside. Completed the job as discussed; he even cleaned up the mess. He was very pleasant. I was a TV repairman for 25 years, so I know how hard it can be to please every customer.. Very responsive to inquiries, was able to get an appointment for an estimate right away, was kept informed every step of the way by Quinton, and when Gary showed up (on time), he was thorough, friendly, respectful and honest. Although we aren’t going to be able to use their service this time (house too old and small for their equipment) Gary still went out of his way to get us additional information. Had the main sewer line in my house clog up and I did everything in my power to solve it myself because who doesn’t like to save money. However what I couldn’t manage to do Brian from A2B was able to do. Brian came out on a Saturday with a mission to provide excellent work ,customer service and honest feedback. The price was budget friendly and I will be having him back out to repair my main line or if anything else happens. If you’re looking at reviews to help you make a decision let this be it. Hot water heater failed to work. Spoke with Brian the next day and he was able to fit me in to their busy schedule in the same day! They had to find a smaller tank circumference to fit into the storage we have for it as there was no way that space could be adjusted. Isaiah was our installer and he did a wonderful job!

Another large reputable HVAC company in town told me my heat exchanger was broken during a routine maintenance call. The system was only 15 years old and we had not experienced any problems. Not only did they tell us the part was not under warranty, they quoted us an obscene amount of money to replace it so I asked for a replacement quote. I called Lower for a second replacement quote and after speaking with Todd about my experience, he encouraged me to have a second opinion about the heat exchanger and also that he was surprised that it was not under warranty. So I had Lower come run diagnostics on my furnace and they not only found absolutely nothing wrong with my furnace, they even called and found that the heat exchanger would be under warranty if it was bad. Thank you Lower!! You saved me a ton of money and headache and you now have me as a lifelong customer.

Thank you taking good care of us. We had a service agreement just last month was over for the yr. Its the coldest day of season an at 2 am furnace went out in an old farm house. Tech was at the house shortly after 6am. Changed igniter, then had to go back to town for pressure switch moments later we had heat! Thank you! You are always recommended by me!

Came out for a repair. They showed up on time (a little early actually) and got it done quickly. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Charged exactly what they quoted me. Luckily it was an easy fix.
