Our old, castiron drain clogged and backed up at a basement floor drain with sewage. We were unable to use anything that went down any drain without making the pool large. Quick Relief Plumbing sent Anthony L. right out when I called on a Saturday night. He did a great job on this old system with excellent plumbing and people skills. I will be using QRP again amd would recommend without reservation.

This has been the best and friendliest group of people we have worked with both at home and at our other properties. I have yet to here them say "we can't do that. " By far the most reliable, on time plumbing company we dealt with over the past 6 years.

We got an appointment scheduled very quickly, and the next day our severely clogged kitchen sink was completely fixed. Hancock Brothers Plumbers did a fantastic job! I was able to quickly set up an appointment to have our tankless water heater looked at. Douglas did a thorough job diagnosing the problem and clearly explained what was going on. He recommended getting a replacement, and we decided to go ahead with it. The installation was scheduled right away for the following day. Chase and Gregory handled the installation, and they were both very professional and polite. Chase made sure to walk me through everything and patiently answered all my questions. I also recommend their membership plan, which helps with regular maintenance and can save you money down the road. Overall, I’m very pleased with the great service and attention to detail.

I needed a floor drain unclogged, and Poor John's Plumbing came to the rescue. Communication was excellent, and the tech who showed up was courteous, knowledgeable, and effective in getting the job done. I'll definitely call on these guys again when in need.

Shawn arrived on time and ran the snake through the family room floor drain line out a least 100 feet but found no significant blockage. He then ran it up through the vertical drain to the kitchen sink and at the top, hit the blockage releasing maybe a quart of black tar like residue with lots of food/garbage particles. He solved the problem and did his best to clean up the mess. No complainants. I didn't take any pictures, and you probably wouldn't want to see it anyway.

He was also very kind to my overly enthusiastic dog, which I appreciated. Once availability was confirmed, he presented a clear, upfront estimate that included both labor and parts for approval before proceeding. Adam was wonderful! I found this company on Google after googling affordable plumbing and took a shot in the dark. I noticed they had great reviews so I decided to hire them. Curtis was knowledgeable and willing to work with us mid-DIY project, he even took the time to explain how to move forward once their work was done, which we greatly appreciate. Both were friendly, and not pushy to add on additional services, which is great when you're on a tight budget. They were one of the best quotes we received for the project and they more than met our expectations. replaced a 12 year old electric water heater (with a lot of sediment) with a tankless water heater. Got a good bid. Installation was as promised. Clean work. Explained everything to us after installation --- looking forward to many years of long showers! (BTW, used Quality Plumbing based on the recommendation of a friend -- they were right on target.)

After calling three other plumbers to install a water softener, I called Quality Plumbing. I talked with a real person who told me I would be called back with an appointment as soon as she could work me in. I was called back within the hour. My tech was here at 8:00 this morning. The softener is installed and I am a happy customer.

Chris Mitchel did an amazing job. My wife was cleaning and accidentally flush down a small towel in the toilet drain and was backed up for a day. He came and thank BUDDHA he got it out! He was very polite and professional.

Overflow tank needed to be replaced because of a broken bladder. Additionally it had been poorly mounted to a PEX pipe by a previous plumbing company. Loren Nichols from Royal Flush did an outstanding job of putting in a mount secured to a stud which made the overflow tank very secure and used copper pipe between the hot water tank and the over flow tank. It made for a very neat clean sturdy assembly. He was polite, and professional. When he was done, he took the time to explain and show me all of his work. I was very impressed. I would recommend him to all of my friends and relatives.

Loren and his team from Royal Flush really do great work! Always on time, good communication, and reasonably priced. I’ve had them out numerous times for things ranging from emergency work when the expansion tank on our water heater broke off blew off to just simple stuff like replacing faucets and both of our outside hose bibbs today. Royal Flush even installed our tankless water heater for a much better price and service than we got from one of the large plumbing groups. Thanks Loren and Royal Flush!

Loren from Royal Flush called and came a few minutes early which was great. He and his assistant put in a new bathroom faucet set and a new garbage disposal. Very clean and thorough installation and then he had me use both! Was great with our dogs and very personable! I use them for all my plumbing needs.

Aydin did a really good job on installing our water heater. He ran into a few issues, Had to make a few trips but didnt waiver and delivered great service on the install. I respect that. Will use them again.
