Under the antique heater, in the garage, under the house foundation with post tension cables sewer repair is never a diagnosis you want to hear. Cummings knocked it out of the park. Five days, in and out. From extraction of old hvac, Penhall survey of post tension cables, coring the foundation, the dig, the repair, the backfill, recementing of the foundation, and installation of new hvac system. Faster than I expected, excellent work, and the clean up was impeccable.

My second experience with this company sucked. A simple clog turned into a repipe sale and wound up contaminating the property with feces, toilet paper, and sewer water. The technician, Kyri Markos didn't do anything to address my problem except to do an inspection and show me other problems under the house. He was more interested in selling me a repipe job rather than doing anything about the original problem, saying the clog was the responsibility of the to park. He did call the park office and tell them of the clog I called Cummings about originally. Rather than negotiating with the park to do the job at their experience, he postponed the unclog to the next day when the repipe job was to be done. In the mean time the waste from houses sharing the sewer line uphill from my house drained into into my yard when he left the access hole uncapped. Gratefully, the park office reacted to the situation and sent another plumber who snaked out the clogged pipe and cleared the clog. The next morning a park staff worker came and did a great job cleaning up the aftermath of the sewage spill.

What a great company representative! Showed up on time, polite, thorough, a very good communicator that had a solid technical background. Matt came out to put together ideas for HVAC upgrades to our home. I had a career in the construction world and Matt does a great job listening and presenting options that are easily understood. My wife and I were very impressed and we felt very comfortable in our conversations with Matt.

I am a Real Estate Broker in rural area of Cochise County, during home inspection for a home sale it was discovered that sewer lines were old, failing and filled with tree roots. One local plumber was going to charge thousand and thousand of dollars to tear up yard, foundation and alley. I called Code Blue Plumbing they were quick to answer, quick to get a quote and quick to get the job scheduled as we were closing in two weeks. The day of the job the two technicians that came out were Stockton and Diego. They called when on their way, showed up on time, got right to work. What might have been a two day job they were able to get done in just one day, their work was amazing, they removed tons of tree roots, installed sewer sleeve so they did not have to tear up foundation. By the time they finished the clean up was so good you didn't even know they were there, it was perfect. Thank you so much, I will be recommending not only the company but the technicians.

We noticed the floor near our clothes washer was wet and after some testing, discovered the drain pipe where the washer drains was clogged. Tried to use our snake and some chemicals to unblock the drain but weren't successful. I called Code Blue and the next morning Abel showed up as promised. He provided a fixed price ahead of time and used two different snakes to clear the blockage. I will not hesitate to call Code Blue again should the need arise, hopefully it won't!

Code Blue was hired in August 2024 to perform a sewer inspection at the property I was in escrow to purchase. The property has a main house and an adjoining guest house. For reasons unknown they scoped the main line but not the sewer line from the guest house to the main. In their report they state that there were no above ground clean outs. If they would have looked at the guest house they would have practically tripped over the clean out. Being an out-of-town buyer I relied on Code Blue to do a thorough, professional job. My house is now in escrow to sell and the company that came out to do the sewer inspection actually started with the guest house clean out and discovered a grinder pump buried in the ground I did not know was there. Code Blue prides themselves on being the experts with "impressive knowledge" so they should have been the ones to discover this. I would have known then that the grinder pump was not installed to code and had the seller fix it. Instead, I am having to pay to have the pump dug out and installed properly. For $5,300. Will called me before he came out to let me know the most $ the service would cost, due to the Sat premium call. I really appreciated this. We are a member of Parker & Sons who said they could not come out until sometime MONDAY! It had been raining all day & apologized about his shoes being wet. It’s all good! It didn’t take much time to unclog my disposal. He took great care to catch any water & debris that might come out. While he was testing the drain he looked at my tub drain which wouldn’t stay opened to drain. He was able to get it out, clean it a bit & I kept parts to bring to my local Ace hardware. Quick and efficient! My only issue was when I spoke to someone on the phone, I explained exactly what was going on and it was confirmed that I should not be charged over the $33. Anything more would be confirmed before they continue and charge more. I understand the people at the office may not know as much as the techs. But when the Tech got going, he explained that price is for kitchen sinks trap clean outs that are “easy” and not the main drain like I had tried to ensure before they came. Only thing is that everything was open and easy to access, he didn’t even step a foot in the house. He claimed he didn’t know which way to go at first and went both directions for clean out, which didn’t make sense as it’s one entry point between my house and street, it was obviously blocked towards the street, but whatever. It was only about $15-$20 more but I know that could throw some people off. I was decently happy other than the “possible roots” (even when no objects came out) so he wanted to get a camera down there but I saw no reason.

Fantastic service! By far the best rooter service I've tried (and I've tried a few because of an aggressive mesquite), their technicians are all polite and have great attention to detail. Orlando especially impressed me with this latest interaction. It all started when someone cleaning out my pool dumped a bunch of sludge down my sewer clean-out, causing a sudden and massive clog. Of course it happened at night, and I had a few inches of swamp water filling my shower! I called the emergency line and was happy to hear that someone could come out that night. When Orlando arrived he took care of the problem right away. When discussing some other issues with my line, he also brought up a solution no other plumbing service had. Other companies had always said my root problem could only be solved by hydrojetting or a full reline. Orlando thought outside the box and suggested a fix for just that one bad section of pipe. The rest of my sewer line was sound, but just that one section needed to be repaired. The cost was about a quarter of what I'd been quoted before. I agreed after he helped me find financing. The job was done promptly and they did great completing the work efficiently, cleaning up the site after and leaving everything looking good. Where there were small delays Orlando communicated clearly and promptly, then explained what had been done and what I could expect going forward. This is a big weight off my mind and in a way I'm grateful that clog happened, because this is a better solution than I'd thought possible!

Yesterday at noon, our septic decided it was full because all of our drains/toilets backed up and water was Overflowing out of each, all over the floor (thankfully, my floors are all concrete and the toilets were clean); however it still made a mess! Moreover, as I said, it was noon so I quickly got on the phone and started calling places all over town. The news just kept getting worse as everybody was booked out for a week! A WEEK!!!! Needless to say, you can't wait a week without the use of your toilets and/or drains. I came across Mr Rooters name in my internet search so I desperately called them. They were so great..... they were able to set my appointment for the afternoon and she told me they would come out and drain my septic in the same day! I couldn't believe it because I was being told by everybody else, it would be anywhere from 3 to 5 days before somebody could come out (that is including our regular septic tank folks). Not only did Mr Rooter set my appointment for that afternoon, someone came out for an initial visit and then called the guys in to come pump my septic! The initial guy came out around 3:00 p.m. and then he called his guy to come pump it. He assured me that they would be pumping it out that night (but I was SOOOO skeptical that they would actually come out and pump it that late). I just knew I would get a call saying that they ran over at their prior appointment and wasn't going to be able to make it out until the next morning. It was around 6:00 p.m. last night but as promised, here comes the pump truck just as I said they would. They turned their lights on, backed to my septic tank and they pumped my septic tank out last night! YES, LAST NIGHT.... I can't express how eternally grateful my husband and I are and we can't thank the entire team at Mr rooter enough! Everyone was so gracious from the young lady who initially answered the phone and set my appointment to the guy who came out for the initial inspection to Adrian who removed our lids a and finally to Devin, who actually ran the pump. Mr Rooter is now our septic tank guys and for any plumbing needs we may have in the future. Thank you so much, you have some very happy customers!

Some guy from Mr. Rooter and cleared our clog drain for the price they said on the coupon which was 95.00 even! This young gentleman was soo Nice, Professional, Loyal, Respectful, Honest, Respected my Family and I! He gave us four different options on the ways to go. Usually they'll give you 3 options only! This young man "37yro" didn't over priced us! He didn't try to force it the other options on us like most other Plummers do from different companies!. He came over fast at a reliable time! I googled sewer clog and Mr Rooter came up 1st. Their web site said $95 sewer drain cleaning special. The guy arrived, looked at the problem, then quoted me something like $350. I called him on it. His actual tech arrived and he told him I just wanted the $95 special, like I was a cheapskate. Sewer cleared, the techs were very good and they wrapped up. Then the 1st guy wanted to up sell me to a water jet cleaning. BE FIRM AND DON'T BUY INTO THE BS

My washer overflowed as it was draining out. We cleaned up the water but I still called Elite Rooter and they came out the same day I called and took care of the plumbing and sent out Copper state home builders to dry and refurbish my walls. Our toilet had got clogged to where the plunger wasn’t work so we had to call out a plumber which did a great job and was very efficient and fast only took about an hour to get the job done ! They have a promotion going on so it was a good deal ! Thank you Hector !

Called to ask about water softener system, spoke with Lisa who was very informative and helpful. Ended up having a AO Smith water softener installed by Jose. He was very friendly, on time and did a nice job of installing it where we wanted it. He answered all our questions on the unit, how to use it and how it works. Already notice a big difference in our water, he said we would see a difference in 2-3 days but we noticed it that same day. Would recommend Tucson Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

I wish I could give a higher rating. Nick, from Cal’s came out to address an issue with a small septic tank grinder system connected to the guest house. The issue couldn’t seem to be resolved with 4 different plumbers. Nick came out and diagnosed the issue, listened to our situation and worked with us to completely fix and resolve the issue. This nightmare has finally came to an end and it’s all because of Cal’s. They have earned a customer for life and I will always recommend to anyone in Tucson to go with Cal’s.

Fantastic service with Cal’s! We had been trying to get our home water softener installed with another company who hadn’t returned our calls or requests for 5 months (I let my husband in charge of this and this is what I get haha). I called Cal’s and they sent someone out to give a quote the same day! Anthony was fantastic and thorough. The crew connected a new water line for us and replaced our sink for a new reverse osmosis system. It was a very labor intensive job of 3 days. We are very pleased with the professionalism and scope of work.

The technician came to evaluate a potential repair to the shower control. He gave a reasonable diagnosis of the symptoms and provided multiple options to move forward. CALS provided a water main connection for me two years ago after a hard freeze. They were prompt in response and did great job for a good price.
