He made arrangements at that time to come look at my septic and sewer lines and spent quite a bit of time with his crew to figure out the problem and fixed it. This company is amazing! Jevon and Henry came out and took a look at my clogged sink. Turns out the issue was deeper than we realized since the house piping was collapsed and needed to be replaced. They worked with me and made sure I was at ease and informed during the stressful situation. I can't recommend these guys enough you definitely can trust their expertise and professionalism. I recently had All Time Plumbing back out for a water heater issue. Robert was the tech who came out. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The problem was diagnosed and was resolved in a timely manner, in and out. I will always call All Time for any water or sewer issues. Just can’t beat the quality of service they provide. First off no pressure when dealing with Ceasar. He was awesome to deal with. Showed up on time very professional and he's a people person which I love. The guys on his team are also very knowledgeable and they come in and start working. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up everything before they left. They also made sure I was happy with the job and explained everything through the whole process. I had pipes replaced for a drain that was clogged and they showed me everything through the camera as it went down the pipes. I dont like calling a plumber, but wouldn't hesitate to call this crew out again in the future. Family owned business that values customer service. High quality service, transparent pricing, and prompt response time. Caesar did an amazing job fixing the clog in our kitchen sink within 15 minutes. He was up front about what he might need to do to fix the problem and gave helpful solutions for the future. Reliant charged $37 while other companies were trying to charge me $200-$500 to fix the same problem. I will suggest this company to all of my friends and family. And Caesar was nice to our dog!

My family and I contacted Gold Star this past June to get a full plumbing inspection for a home we wanted to purchase. Gold Star quickly got us on their schedule and they sent out two gentleman named Anthony and Jake. Anthony quickly got to work on the exterior of the home while Jake began his inspection inside the home. After the inspection was completed, we got to go over the details personally with the team and get their professional status report on the condition of the homes plumbing. We received great news, no damage aside from a failing water softener. We ended up purchasing the home and moving in on July 9th. We reached back out to Gold Star to get the water softener replaced and Gold Star once again provided us with exceptional customer service and a great price compared to the other licensed plumbers. During the install I was at work but their installer named Rey was extremely kind and professional to my girlfriend and our daughter. He personally called me after the install was completed to let me know it was finished and to tell me how to service the new system. Rey also had to retrofit the new system and he did amazing work and the lines are all smooth and tight. We can 100% tell the difference in the water quality and we are thankful once again to Gold Star for their fair pricing and for the quality service they provide to their community. Micheal Malone is the plumber who removed an old water softener and hauling it away. He then put in an attachment securing the lines. This makes it very easy to install a new softener when the time comes. He is with Gold Star Plumbing & Drain who responded to my request quickly. In this case, the next day. The price to do that was very reasonable and there is a two year warranty on the work performed today. I would definitely recommend Gold Star Plumbing to everyone who needs any kind of Plumbing service. Thank you Michael Malone and Gold Star Plumbing. The receptionists I spoke with are very accommodating and helpful making this task far more easy than I thought it would be.

Gold star has helped me with several plumbing needs as well as Michael, who is very conscientious and very good at what he does. The most recent incident was a clogged kitchen sink within an hour. He had it all fixed, made sure that it wasn’t a major leak and was on his way. I can only say that I will continue to call Goldstar for their excellence service.

1. Tech provided the estimate up front. Thought it was a bit high for a main line sewer clog removal but did include a detailed camera review and recommendations to help prevent another clog. I will most likely rent a long snake from Home Depot if there is a future clog but hopefully not. 2. Cleaned and secured surface outlet line. 3. Checked clog removal afterwards. 4. When the block surfaced out of the inlet line they told me they would clean up the area, I went out the following morning since they finished up at night and the clog debris was still there so I had to clean it up. 5. One of the techs left their used black plastic gloves next to my mailbox on my lawn on the ground. One of my neighbors pointed it out to me in the morning so I had to throw them away. All in the service was good, clog is gone and they provided good information and answered my questions during their service.

The technician Diego DeJesus and the technician operating the camera were both very professional, thorough and efficient. They were honest and upfront about the price with no surprise fees. I Called with a backed up main line at 6pm on a Saturday they arrived in about an hour and the job was completed by 8pm. Other companies I called wanted to change a significant fee for coming out on a Saturday Night.

Roto-Rooter Phoenix/Tempe recently responded to an urgent sump pump issue at our home, and the service exceeded expectations. Diego D. was dispatched for the repair. Although he noted he is a plumber who is still relatively new to sump pump systems, he demonstrated strong professionalism and transparency. He accurately diagnosed the problem within minutes and made a quick adjustment that completely resolved the issue. To our surprise, he did not charge us for what he considered a minor fix. Trevor, the Site Supervisor, also arrived for the emergency appointment. He was equally professional and conducted a complimentary video scope of our exterior pipes. Fortunately, everything appeared normal. Both technicians worked efficiently and completed all necessary checks in under an hour. From scheduling to service, the entire team was exceptional. Floyd arranged our appointment within an hour of calling, and Diego and Trevor delivered friendly, fast, and knowledgeable support. We had an ongoing issue with a clogged main line connected to the toilet, and after our management company hired multiple plumbers in the past who couldn’t figure it out, we decided to call Rooter Rangers at my friend’s house. That was the best decision we could have made. Austin Fry was the technician who came out, and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed and unclogged the main line quickly and had everything resolved in less than 20 minutes. After dealing with previous plumbers who couldn’t fix the problem, it was impressive to see someone handle it so confidently and effectively. Outstanding service from start to finish. Vincent was so excellent. The price was very good! Vincent took his time and was very thorough. He did a clean out of the main line and had to try it from 3 different locations as I didn't know the closest location for the clean out.. He was very patient with me. HE IS an all around great employee for your company!

This morning my water heater’s pilot light wouldn’t stay lit no matter what we tried. The Plumbing Company came by and replaced the entire unit since it was old and worn out. Installation was quick, and now the heater works perfectly with no issues keeping the pilot on. Glad to have hot water again without any hassle.

Needed a new water heater and these guys came out over the weekend. Tome installed a 50-gallon tank that uses less energy, which is great for my bills. The whole setup was done pretty quick and everything’s working solid now. Glad I went with them since it’s way better than the old one. best in scottsdale, az

The plumbers who came to my home did an outstanding job! They were professional, punctual, and took the time to explain what was going on with my kitchen pipes. They used hydrojetting to clear the lines, and the results were phenomenal — my sink is draining perfectly now with no lingering issues. I should have done this a year ago, but sometimes it’s a good idea to wait a year to make sure that the work done was really well done. I had a sewerline breach and they had to replace the 60s foot section that ran onto the alley. I talked to five different places before I landed on Pink Plumbing. Chris spent a half hour on the phone selling the value of what they were doing. In the end, they beat the other guys by over $1000 on a $12,000 job, I got a better quality pike, and got the work done the very next day. They didn’t leave a mess behind and that was important to me. Chris was on site to make sure it went well. There are a lot of fake reviews out there, but this is not one of them. If I need a plumber again (and I’m sure I will) I’m calling Pink Plumbing.

Jason provided excellent service and was also very knowledgeable and informative. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact this company again with any future plumbing needs and have recommended them to family and friends. I also like that they advocate for the cancer community and have been using them for quite a few years with great results.

If you are looking for an amazing and conscientious plumbing company, this is the one to call! Pink Plumbing via Lou and his trainee Aiden were AMAZING today! My garbage disposal blew out Sunday night (Mother's Day). I had only planned to be in Phoenix for two days to help go through the home of my recently passed mother. In addition to the disposal, I had discovered a few other plumbing issues that needed to be fixed. I called Pink at 8 am Monday and they immediately scheduled my appt that day for a 2 hr window AND confirmed via BOTH text and email: This is The Way!!! (Another plumber I contacted said they would call, but never did). When Lou and Aiden arrived, they were pleasant, courteous, wore booties to protect my floor, listened intently to my description of the issues, quickly offered options and solutions, quoted me a more than fair estimate for the work, and then eagerly got right to work! The space under the kitchen sink was SPARKLING after they finished the garbage disposal! :) After finishing the original items on my list, they also discovered a leaky valve (that I thought had already been fixed but hadn't) that was soldered copper pipe! But they fixed this item too, very quickly and again for a very reasonable price. These guys were so thoughtful and sharp, I feel like my mom in heaven had a hand in all of this given the probability of the disposal going out on Mom's Day, and over the only 2 days I was in town, and with being able to get all the plumbing items fixed in one day, and by such a WONDERFUL team: Thank you for helping me out Lou, Aiden (my own son's name), and Pink!!! I had an excellent experience with Zippity Split Plumbing, Drain Cleaning, and Sewer Repair. Sam and John replaced my mothers old galvanized steel water service line from the 1960’s and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. They were a pleasure to work with—professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. They took the time to explain what they were doing, worked efficiently, and left the area clean and tidy when they were finished. It’s not often you find a company that combines technical expertise with great customer service, but Zippity Split does exactly that. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Sam and Raul did an amazing job! They dug out all my old cast iron piping and drains, replaced all the old copper lines in my Master Bathroom and adjacent bathroom. They added a new shower head, toilet and sink faucet to my 2nd bathroom. Very knowledgeable team and they had wonderful customer service. Amazing team and they did a wonderful job! Had a great experience with Tommy and Zach! They were able to come the same day, actually within a couple hours, that I called for an issue with my water softener. They quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled me for service the next day. I ended up having them install a new unit. Within 24 hours of their first visit, the whole process has been buttoned up!
