We were on a tight timeline and needed some complicated plumbing work completed quickly. Vincent arrived on-site exactly when he said he would and walked the job with us. He gave a rough quote on the spot, and that quote ended up being the exact amount we were billed — no surprises. This was a complex web of 50 year old cast iron and copper drains for an upper floor as well as the new bathroom being remodeled. When he showed up in a clean white shirt, clean pants, and a festive Christmas hat, I honestly thought, “He doesn’t look like he’s ready for dirty cast iron sewer drain work.” But the next day, he and Chris came prepared, got right to work, and completed the entire project in one day. It would have been best to list the labor separate from the materials after the job is complete. Next time try and separate your labor rates on your actual invoices. Your accounting/billing system (Service Titan) will allow you to do that. I know time spent waiting for parts at the supply houses in Flagstaff take time and are always billed at the same rate. They did show up as scheduled, and clearly had the experience needed for a job like this. We will definitely use them again.

The service technician was friendly and courteous. I recently found out that my previous plumber did not install my water heater properly. It was not to code. Paul drained my tank and reinstalled the water heater properly. He did a nice clean job. They did such a nice job, we had them back. We needed 2 new faucets and drains installed in our bathroom. They took care of the installation including new shutoff valves. Everything turned out great, and was superior to our old system by a lot.

Micheal Malone is the plumber who removed an old water softener and hauling it away. He then put in an attachment securing the lines. This makes it very easy to install a new softener when the time comes. He is with Gold Star Plumbing & Drain who responded to my request quickly. In this case, the next day. The price to do that was very reasonable and there is a two year warranty on the work performed today. I recently used all-time plumbing to unclog my kitchen sink and I had a great experience. They arrived right on time and we're very polite, professional and helpful through the entire visit. At first they weren't completely sure what the issue was but they took the extra steps of using their camera... At no additional charge... To investigate further, they were able to pinpoint the exact problem and even showed me everything on the camera so I could clearly understand what was going on. Their explanation was detailed and easy to follow which I really appreciated. Although the full repair couldn't be completed the same day, I was very satisfied with the work they were able to do. Their pricing was fair and there were no surprise fees or add-ons. I would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend their services

The laundry drain backed up during heavier wash cycles. Their team removed lint buildup from deep inside the drain line. Drainage improved immediately after clearing it. Everything was tested while the machine was running. I’m satisfied with how this was resolved.

After the last company left me hanging, I wasnt sure who to call when our 15-year-old water heater finally died. I actually spotted the problem while doing yard work and knew I had to get it fixed fast. These guys came by yesterday, replaced the old heater with a new one, and hot water was back way quicker than I expected. We would give this company a 10 star rating if we could. They are absolutely amazing. From their committed employees to their superior work ethic, which we thought was long gone. What a welcome change! Our initial internet inquiry received an immediate telephone response from Christy, who was very friendly, professional and funny. She made us feel at ease and comfortable working with the company. She immediately set up an appointment for us for the following day. Ken came the following day, again very friendly and professional, looked at the project, which consisted of installing new water and sewer lines into a small closet in order to install a stackable washer and dryer. He gave us a fair, very competitive quote in writing. We followed up with Efren, who was again friendly and professional and scheduled the work. Manny and his brother Elias came and did the job, again very friendly and professional. There was a slight hiccup, but Ken came right out and made sure the problem was promptly resolved. EZ Flow Plumbing took full and complete responsibility for the problem and promptly corrected it. Then when our contractor came to install the electrical and the appliances, there was a problem with the placement of the water box. Once again, Ken was back and right then and there personally corrected the problem. Overall, our interactions with Christy, Efren, Manny, Elias, Spencer and especially Ken were all outstanding. We have been using Robin’s Plumbing for several years now and they are awesome! We have had them replace our water heater, re-plumb our kitchen sink, replace our garbage disposal, replace our toilet, and now the fixtures and valve in our shower. They always do high quality work and are so professional. Jon replaced the fixtures and valve in our shower today and did a fantastic job! We will definitely keep coming back.

I should have done this a year ago, but sometimes it’s a good idea to wait a year to make sure that the work done was really well done. I had a sewerline breach and they had to replace the 60s foot section that ran onto the alley. I talked to five different places before I landed on Pink Plumbing. Chris spent a half hour on the phone selling the value of what they were doing. In the end, they beat the other guys by over $1000 on a $12,000 job, I got a better quality pike, and got the work done the very next day. They didn’t leave a mess behind and that was important to me. Chris was on site to make sure it went well. There are a lot of fake reviews out there, but this is not one of them. If I need a plumber again (and I’m sure I will) I’m calling Pink Plumbing.

If you are looking for an amazing and conscientious plumbing company, this is the one to call! Pink Plumbing via Lou and his trainee Aiden were AMAZING today! My garbage disposal blew out Sunday night (Mother's Day). I had only planned to be in Phoenix for two days to help go through the home of my recently passed mother. In addition to the disposal, I had discovered a few other plumbing issues that needed to be fixed. I called Pink at 8 am Monday and they immediately scheduled my appt that day for a 2 hr window AND confirmed via BOTH text and email: This is The Way!!! (Another plumber I contacted said they would call, but never did). When Lou and Aiden arrived, they were pleasant, courteous, wore booties to protect my floor, listened intently to my description of the issues, quickly offered options and solutions, quoted me a more than fair estimate for the work, and then eagerly got right to work! The space under the kitchen sink was SPARKLING after they finished the garbage disposal! :) After finishing the original items on my list, they also discovered a leaky valve (that I thought had already been fixed but hadn't) that was soldered copper pipe! But they fixed this item too, very quickly and again for a very reasonable price. These guys were so thoughtful and sharp, I feel like my mom in heaven had a hand in all of this given the probability of the disposal going out on Mom's Day, and over the only 2 days I was in town, and with being able to get all the plumbing items fixed in one day, and by such a WONDERFUL team: Thank you for helping me out Lou, Aiden (my own son's name), and Pink!!! We had an excellent experience with Affordable Plumbing’s installation of a water softener system as well as an under-sink drinking water filter. Cesar then noted that our hot water heater was quite old—we hadn’t noticed as this is a new home for us. We were able to have a new heater installed the next working day.
