James from All Hours Plumbing did an absolutely fantastic job fixing my sewer line. I had a serious root clog in my pipes, and they had to dig 6 feet deep to reach and repair the issue. James and his team used a camera inspection and high-pressure water jet to clear out the roots, and they worked nonstop, even in the intense summer heat, to get the job done. The entire repair took about 5 hours, and impressively, they came back later that same night to fully rinse and clean the pipe 75 feet all the way to the drainage system. They didn’t take any deposits upfront, left the site clean, and only took payment after walking me through the finished work and showing me the whole pipe on camera. Their professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic really stood out. You can tell they care about quality service. Their prices were more than fair, and the respect and honesty they brought to the job were refreshing way better than the big companies. I would like to give a glowing recommendation to James. On Saturday, October 12th, a there was need for an emergency plumbing call roughly 11:30 pm. Hours were spent by my husband and I, trying to mitigate this and after a frantic yelp and google search, I stumbled across All Hours Plumbing. I have never been so thankful for such a responsive, kind and fair priced company such as this. Within 20 minutes of my call, James arrived and replaced 2 valves, checked our PRV, explained the water mains, you name it. James is the definition of what any company strives for and that is a truly remarkable and personable service. One of the worst nights turned immediately around, all due to James’ customer service, talents and general personality. He was not only shockingly fast at arriving, but he was so kind with his knowledge and his demeanor was nothing short of perfect. Additionally, the hot water tank gas line was accidentally shut off midst the panic prior to calling and we only realized a day or so afterwards when there was no hot water. I attempted to contact the plumbing company and owner who installed our new heater (installed May 2025) to have no return call and an inoperable phone number. I figured why not send a text to James in hopes of a response. James not only helped via text but stopped by our home after his work day to help ensure that the pilot was lit and helped educate me on how to do so. I cannot stress this enough, James is the sole reason why we will be working with All Hours for any and all plumbing needs. He deserves the highest praise and recognition. Very professional and knowledgeable. I really can't say enough good things about Alan, or the help provided at Springs Plumbing. I had a previous plumber turned down this job. Alan installed the wall mounted tub filler and custom copper jetted tub which was modified specifically for this drain set up. Upon the fit up further modification was required which he did so without hesitation or modification to the initial quote. Once installed, he filled the tub to ensure no leaks and that the jets were operating properly. I can't say enough with how relieved and pleased I am with this install. It wasn't necessarily easy or convenient for there were other trades involved to include an electrician, dry wall repairs, and Wallpaper tradesman. I can say unequivocally "Springs Plumbing" was the right company for the job and will be called upon for any further plumbing needs. After the install, he also requested that I call him If I notice any leaks. Kind, courteous, professional and reasonable. I recently had an excellent experience with Mark Auld from Custom Plumbing of Arizona, and I can honestly say he is the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. I called about a water leak near my meter, and Custom Plumbing of Arizona quickly diagnosed it as an underground mainline leak where the PVC pipe connected to the gate valve at the meter. The repair was no small job — the line was buried nearly three feet deep — but Mark worked tirelessly to excavate the area and properly stub up the line with copper, reconnecting the service line to the meter the right way. What impressed me most was how meticulous and thorough he was. He carefully explained the problem, took photos, and walked me through everything so I fully understood what was happening. Even though he was covered in mud from digging all day, he remained incredibly professional, friendly, and positive. After a full day of hard work, Mark even returned the next day to check his work and he fixed a small pinhole leak on the meter to make absolutely sure the job was completely finished. Custom plumbing was the first company to call me back when I needed help. The technician that arrived, Andrew Marquez, was professional, courteous, and easy to speak with. He reassured me that he could get things resolved quickly and at a reasonable price, which is rare these days. Andrew kept me informed at every stage of the project, made himself available for follow up questions and worked hand in hand with the restoration company to fix my plumbing and subsequent water damage. I have worked with several plumbing companies, but none of them came close to providing this level of client focused service. I will always call Andrew for this home, or any home in the future.

Very disappointed – please get a second opinion I contacted this plumbing company because my water heater was not producing proper hot water, even though the unit is relatively new (installed in 2022 in a new-build home). The technicians came out and, after only a brief inspection, told me the problem was the shower cartridges and insisted they needed to be replaced. I explained multiple times that the issue was not just the showers — all sinks, including the kitchen sink, were also not getting hot water. My concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and I was told the sinks were “fine.” I then asked for pricing and was quoted $500 to replace the cartridges. However, when they returned the next day, the price unexpectedly changed to $500 PER shower, which was not what had been communicated before. This felt extremely misleading. Considering the cartridges themselves cost about $80 each, the labor estimate seemed excessive. What concerned me most was when I asked if they guaranteed the repair would fix the problem. I was told they could not guarantee it and that there would be no refund even if it didn’t work. At that point, I declined the service. To make matters worse, this same company also sent a second technician earlier who told me my entire water heater needed to be replaced — which turned out to be completely false. My father (an engineer) replaced the cartridges himself — and, as I suspected, it did not solve the issue. I then called another plumber for a second opinion. He walked in, looked at the water heater for a few seconds, identified an open valve mixing cold and hot water, closed it, and the problem was immediately fixed. The total charge was $20. Overall, I felt my concerns were ignored, the diagnoses were inaccurate, and the pricing was inconsistent and excessive. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major repairs or replacements.

Working with Tyler from scheduling the job to completion end, I am pleased with the job completion results. Tyler is very knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, and he and his crew will do whatever it takes to make you comfortable in your house as the work is being done. Although the job by its very nature is messy, they took all the necessary precautions to masked all affected walls and flooring. The crew was organized and neat while performing their work. Clean-up was thorough. So if you are in need to replace an old drain line and looking for a company that is very experienced with trenchless pipe replacement and at a fair price, give Tyler a call and he will take care of you.
