I scheduled their “Un-Clog Drain Special” online in the morning and had same-day service with immediate email and text confirmations — super easy. Jorge called ahead, arrived on time, and completed the work quickly and professionally. The service was at one of my rental properties, and he took the time to explain proper garbage disposal use to the tenant and then updated me afterward. The pricing is unbeatable for the level of service they provide. Friendly, efficient, and professional — I will definitely continue using All Time Plumbing and Drains for my future plumbing needs.

I recently had All Time Plumbing back out for a water heater issue. Robert was the tech who came out. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The problem was diagnosed and was resolved in a timely manner, in and out. I will always call All Time for any water or sewer issues. Just can’t beat the quality of service they provide. Another 5 stars! I cannot say enough great things about the team from All Time Plumbing—Orlando, Chris, Joel, Daniel, and Julio are absolutely top-notch professionals! They recently replaced all of my sewer lines, and the entire process was handled with the highest level of skill, care, and professionalism. From start to finish, they were respectful of both me and my property, always keeping the work area clean and minimizing disruption as much as possible. Their communication was outstanding—every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, and I always felt informed and at ease throughout the project. Not only did they complete the work in a timely manner, but they also went above and beyond by helping me navigate a warranty issue with my main line, which was a huge relief. Shower was clogged and Honest sent Thomas out to clear our drain. Young man very professional, did the work quickly and efficiently he explained the process and why snaking wasn’t working. Treated us with respect, as a woman who gets tired of being talked down to, this was refreshing. Address other ways to deal with minor plumbing issues and provide suggestions on things to avoid. Penguin plumbing charged me $70 for a trip fee to snake the line say they needed to tear up our floors destroy things that were unnecessary and had a manager come out and suggest $7,600.00 for a clogged drain after spend $13,000 with their company. The clogged drain clean out cost $188.00 took 30 minutes and a hair catcher in the drain. Ask for Thomas he is knowledgeable and honest. Thomas came back because he had done such a good job we hired him again to comeback and take care of a leak that we’ve had for months. Again his work was FANTASTIC. He fix it and so quickly that we were able to continue our workday without interruption. What a wonderful experience. Honest is the real deal.

Alex and the crew are absolutely the Best! They explained everything they did and kept me informed throughout the entire project. Kept disruption to an absolute minimum and when they left everything was as it was prior to commencing the work. I couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied. I would recommend this company in general and these guys specifically with the highest endorsement.

Wow! What GREAT service! We experienced a plumbing emergency in the middle of the evening and Eric came to our rescue! He was professional and easy to work with. Eric was very honest. He explained everything and actually showed us. My husband was pleased with how he was patient and showed him all the problems. The service performed was also very clean and precise although intricate. It was completed very quickly and the pricing was manageable. I called Mr. Sunshine Plumbing to get an estimate for how much it would cost to get my laundry drain cleaned out with high pressure water. Another company quoted me a significant amount of money more than Mr. Sunshine charged. The company was very responsive and Louis had my drain cleaned and cleared one day later. He took time out to explain to me how the house water lines work and feed into the main line. I recommend using them for your needs.

Yesterday my hot water stopped working, so I came to my water heater and saw that it was leaking and rusting out. I called Mr sunshine plumbing and they showed up to my house in a timely manner. Eric G was my technician. He was very professional and explained to me thoroughly what had happened to my water heater. We made the decision to go ahead and move forward with Mr sunshine to replace our old water heater. The price was very fair and the warranties are great. I couldn’t be more happier on how Eric was with us through the whole process. His work was very clean and he was very polite. We highly recommend Mr sunshine plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

The guys at Zoom Drain we’re great they found the issue that’s was causing me living room to drain and they got it fixed as quickly as they could I appreciate everyone who helped out to get it fixed and also their customer service was excellent they made sure I understood everything and they made sure everything was in working condition before they left. If I have another issue with my drains I will definitely be reaching out to the people at Zoom Drain Tempe

Tech did not come to do anything. Received a message saying that he was in route. 5 minutes late, a text asking for the order number. Then a message saying the order was cancelled. Then a message about feedback....then nothing. Drain still plugged. The stars earned is for being communicative up to the point of being " in route". *editing after call from the owner! He did not have to reach out to me at all but, he did and explained the entire ordeal. Which I appreciate. Top level professionalism and indicative of the service his company would provide. If my current issue is not resolved by the "assigned company", ill call zoom drain.

We recently had Drip Plumbing complete a full sewer line replacement from inside our new commercial building out to the city line. They got the project started quickly and finished right on schedule. Communication was excellent throughout the process—they were very informative and kept us updated every step of the way. Crew who I worked with onsite was great—professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Cleanup was handled well, and the quality of work was excellent. We did run into a small adjustment that my contractors noticed during the rebuild phase, but when I called Crew he was back within 15 minutes to make it right. Overall, Drip Plumbing did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Landon was absolutely amazing. This has been by far the best experience with a plumber. He was confident, reassuring, and extremely detail oriented. He took his time and would not leave until he know the drain was completely clear. I don’t know what he’s getting paid but he definitely needs a raise. I would use this plumbing service forever just because of him.

Juniors Plumbing saved the day! Had a sewer pump failure leaving a horrible smell in the house. Junior’s sent Porter who was knowledgeable, very polite and worked efficiently. He spent the time to educate us on the failure and the fix. Any work done in our home these days always feels overpriced, but not with Junior’s. The pricing beat all big named plumbing outfits in the area and the quality of work was excellent. We will never have another pluming company in our home other than Juniors.

***Edit *** I may have jumped the gun with the negative review, but i was stressed and overwhelmed and it was nighttime when nobody from their company could could get back to me , even tho google said they were 24 hours so I felt abandoned and worried. i wrote the initial review in response to the generic automated text sent to me asking for a review. I was overwhelmed, angry and fearful that the water incident might be out of our scope to handle or afford and could lead to mold which ive been trying hard to avoid due to health issues. So I was very scared and emotional when I wrote it. However, the owner contacted me in morning and was very professional and apologetic and is working with us to make things right, so as long as they are willing to help us, they deserve the chance to make it right. So I gave back some stars for professionalism and apology. It was a human error after all. So. Im happy to report they are working with us at least, so that's a positive. It is an unfortunate inconvenience to us to have to deal with it, hence the lower review, but their professionalism after the incident was decent so I amended the review..***** Apparently they disconnected our washing machine from the drain line and put a cloth in its place. And didn't remove it. And didn't tell us it was there before they left.....so , my partner started a load of laundry shortly after 9 that evening and guess what, we suddenly heard a loud alarm. Cuz we have water leak detection behind our washer and behind the fridge ..both were going off. We jumped out of bed anf saw our entire laundry room and kitchen covered with water and it must have traveled under the walls into our madter bedroom closet and even living room! We are very disappointed. The negligence has caused a severe water incident that we do not have the time or money to fix ourselves!

Brandon came out to do a fix on my shower valve, and did an excellent job. He was professional, arrived on time, provided excellent workmanship, even wore covers over his shoes when he came in the house. The prices are very reasonable compared to others, and I feel like it’s the best value of any plumber in town hands-down.

I highly recommend A+ Plumbing because 1. The owner (Steve) took time to help Me understand what to expect for my project. 2. The technician (Brandon) was - Punctual, polite, and patient - Brandon replaced my old kitchen sink/faucet and new pipes in about 2 hours. He was very focused on his work and meticulous down to the caulking. 3. The integrity of the owner and his technicians are why I trust this company and their rates are reasonable fair and Honest.

Because of Cody Morgan's initial work, I hired Gold Star Plumbing a second time and specifically requested Cody. This was a much larger project—over $8,000 on a residential building. Cody arrived on time, worked professionally, and went above and beyond by fixing several additional issues at no extra charge, even though he could have easily billed for them. What truly stood out was his dedication. He shared that he had been in the ER until 4:30 a.m. for his own medical issue, yet still showed up at 9:00 a.m. as scheduled and delivered excellent work. He has also offered to come back in a few months for a follow-up check and to inspect my drains at no charge, which shows that he genuinely values long-term relationships and takes great care of his customers. Cody is a true professional, and I highly recommend him. Adrian assisted Cody on this project and was truly impressive. He worked with care and precision, followed direction seamlessly, and addressed multiple issues along the way. Most notably, he stabilized an outdoor pipe fixture that had been wobbly for some time, securing it so solidly that it should easily stand up to the harsh Arizona heat. Adrian carries himself with clear professionalism, a strong work ethic, and an eye for detail. It’s evident that he’s well on his way to becoming an excellent plumber who can confidently take on projects independently

The Work : was Top Shelf. The result : It Works Great and the Tech ( Joe ) with Mercy ( Apprentice ) Couldn't have been better on all fronts. ** In all fairness - this call was late in the day and they didn't charge for the 911 service call. ** The bottom line is - I will certainly call for Joe going forward, because Great Work should cost more. It's the piece of mind....that's Priceless..!!

Now Plumbing has been the Best to work with. From there Customer Service, Awesome Install Team Greg, Joe very knowledgeable at there Trade. Pleasent and Professional. Installed a new H20 water tank , Helped design a new custom fireplace insert. Would not use anyone else. Thanks guys!

Now Plumbing is exceptional and they stand behind all of their work. I had concerns about my fireplace after not using it for several months after they serviced it. They came out free of charge just to make sure it was still safe to operate. Greg, the manager, goes out of his way to provide exceptional, caring and professional service. They also take extra care to keep my house as clean as they have found it.

Can I just say that the two technicians that came out to my house were absolutely wonderful. They had the job done in no time flat and that was amazing. Considering my toilet had overflowed and put 2 inches of sludge on my floor and half filled my bathtub and toilet so way to go, Zoom Drain’s you rock!!!
