This is my second time using All Time Plumbing and Drains, and I’m just as impressed as the first. I scheduled their “Un-Clog Drain Special” online in the morning and had same-day service with immediate email and text confirmations — super easy. Jorge called ahead, arrived on time, and completed the work quickly and professionally. The service was at one of my rental properties, and he took the time to explain proper garbage disposal use to the tenant and then updated me afterward. The pricing is unbeatable for the level of service they provide. Friendly, efficient, and professional — I will definitely continue using All Time Plumbing and Drains for my future plumbing needs.

I recently used all-time plumbing to unclog my kitchen sink and I had a great experience. They arrived right on time and we're very polite, professional and helpful through the entire visit. At first they weren't completely sure what the issue was but they took the extra steps of using their camera... At no additional charge... To investigate further, they were able to pinpoint the exact problem and even showed me everything on the camera so I could clearly understand what was going on. Their explanation was detailed and easy to follow which I really appreciated. Although the full repair couldn't be completed the same day, I was very satisfied with the work they were able to do. Their pricing was fair and there were no surprise fees or add-ons. I would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend their services

I had an excellent experience with Zippity Split Plumbing, Drain Cleaning, and Sewer Repair. Sam and John replaced my mothers old galvanized steel water service line from the 1960’s and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. They were a pleasure to work with—professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. They took the time to explain what they were doing, worked efficiently, and left the area clean and tidy when they were finished. It’s not often you find a company that combines technical expertise with great customer service, but Zippity Split does exactly that. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Sam and Raul did an amazing job! They dug out all my old cast iron piping and drains, replaced all the old copper lines in my Master Bathroom and adjacent bathroom. They added a new shower head, toilet and sink faucet to my 2nd bathroom. Very knowledgeable team and they had wonderful customer service. Amazing team and they did a wonderful job! Had a great experience with Tommy and Zach! They were able to come the same day, actually within a couple hours, that I called for an issue with my water softener. They quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled me for service the next day. I ended up having them install a new unit. Within 24 hours of their first visit, the whole process has been buttoned up! I will definitely consider Zippity for my future plumbing needs.

My family and I contacted Gold Star this past June to get a full plumbing inspection for a home we wanted to purchase. Gold Star quickly got us on their schedule and they sent out two gentleman named Anthony and Jake. Anthony quickly got to work on the exterior of the home while Jake began his inspection inside the home. After the inspection was completed, we got to go over the details personally with the team and get their professional status report on the condition of the homes plumbing. We received great news, no damage aside from a failing water softener. We ended up purchasing the home and moving in on July 9th. We reached back out to Gold Star to get the water softener replaced and Gold Star once again provided us with exceptional customer service and a great price compared to the other licensed plumbers. During the install I was at work but their installer named Rey was extremely kind and professional to my girlfriend and our daughter. He personally called me after the install was completed to let me know it was finished and to tell me how to service the new system. Rey also had to retrofit the new system and he did amazing work and the lines are all smooth and tight. We can 100% tell the difference in the water quality and we are thankful once again to Gold Star for their fair pricing and for the quality service they provide to their community. We were on a tight timeline and needed some complicated plumbing work completed quickly. Vincent arrived on-site exactly when he said he would and walked the job with us. He gave a rough quote on the spot, and that quote ended up being the exact amount we were billed — no surprises. This was a complex web of 50 year old cast iron and copper drains for an upper floor as well as the new bathroom being remodeled. When he showed up in a clean white shirt, clean pants, and a festive Christmas hat, I honestly thought, “He doesn’t look like he’s ready for dirty cast iron sewer drain work.” But the next day, he and Chris came prepared, got right to work, and completed the entire project in one day. It would have been best to list the labor separate from the materials after the job is complete. Next time try and separate your labor rates on your actual invoices. Your accounting/billing system (Service Titan) will allow you to do that. I know time spent waiting for parts at the supply houses in Flagstaff take time and are always billed at the same rate. They did show up as scheduled, and clearly had the experience needed for a job like this. We will definitely use them again.

Michael M was on time and had excellent communication. Michael was polite as well as efficient in explaining the differences in garbage disposals. We highly recommend Michael his people skills are on point and made us feel confident in his skill and knowledge of equipment as well as his technique. Five Star Service all the way around!

They stand by their work! Highly recommend! I had them come out in November to clear a drain. In January it was clogged again, but surely bc of misuse by my kids and not because they didn't do the job right. Even still, when they came back in January (well outside the guarantee period), they fixed the problem again... And never asked for payment!! They stand by their work! I will 100% be calling Maloney every time I need a plumber.

I had Kyle at my house this evening for a quick, same day service type job. He did great work. He was very personable and worked hard to accomplish the goal. Kyle and I have already discussed another job I have for him in about 2 weeks. I just posted my experience with these guys for a water heater I had put in last month. I was pleased with their service so I had them come out yesterday to check and decoy my shower drain. It was taken care of quickly and thoroughly and he even checked my other bathroom drain to make sure I did t have a problem there as well. Very nice guy, reasonable price and it’s nice to take a shower without standing water.

Sam was on time, incredibly professional, and possessed a level of expertise that immediately put us at ease. Speedy, professional, educational, and proficient! I had a plumbing issue today and Simon was incredible. He took my call on a Saturday, finished another job and was at my house within about an hour and a half, which alone was amazing. Before even coming out, he walked me through how to fix one of the smaller issues over the phone, super helpful and saved us both time. When he got here, he fixed everything quickly, including a few small drain issues I’d been dealing with. He was professional and genuinely went above and beyond. I would recommend Simon to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled plumber. Absolute lifesaver!

Simon is awesome! He was so responsive and quick to show up to our house when we had an issue with our washing machine which then lead to a leak coming from a drain plate of one of our walls. He gave us so much peace of mind and ease in the process - not to mention the timing and how quick he was to respond in the snap of a finger. He had our issue fixed in less than 48 hours. I cannot thank him enough for the thorough job he did and the care he put into it. Look no further for plumbing!! He genuinely does care.

The plumbers who came to my home did an outstanding job! They were professional, punctual, and took the time to explain what was going on with my kitchen pipes. They used hydrojetting to clear the lines, and the results were phenomenal — my sink is draining perfectly now with no lingering issues. I really appreciated their attention to detail, respect for my home, and friendly attitude throughout the visit. Had a great experience with Rooter Hero. Drake was amazing, showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and discussed the different options to resolve the issue. I had been worried that my problem was something major but after Drake explained everything I learned it was nothing serious and could be resolved quickly. Just happened to be walking along in my park and I was waiting for a different plumber and I met Jesse from elite rooter. He made arrangements at that time to come look at my septic and sewer lines and spent quite a bit of time with his crew to figure out the problem and fixed it. This company is knowledgeable and organized. I would recommend them to anyone. I am so very thankful and blessed that I found this company

This was the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with plumbers. Elite rooter was able to come down in less than a hour. Jevon was exceptionally kind and easy to talk to. After the free inspection we agreed to a fair price for the service. And now that all is said and done, I will definitely be calling them again! The level of attention given was great, and after the main job was done, Jevon looked at every other minor issue I had mentioned and taught me more about my plumbing system than anyone else who had been out prior. I can’t speak highly enough about Jevon! The service was well worth the money for level care that and attention we got.

***Edit *** I may have jumped the gun with the negative review, but i was stressed and overwhelmed and it was nighttime when nobody from their company could could get back to me , even tho google said they were 24 hours so I felt abandoned and worried. i wrote the initial review in response to the generic automated text sent to me asking for a review. I was overwhelmed, angry and fearful that the water incident might be out of our scope to handle or afford and could lead to mold which ive been trying hard to avoid due to health issues. So I was very scared and emotional when I wrote it. However, the owner contacted me in morning and was very professional and apologetic and is working with us to make things right, so as long as they are willing to help us, they deserve the chance to make it right. So I gave back some stars for professionalism and apology. It was a human error after all. So. Im happy to report they are working with us at least, so that's a positive. It is an unfortunate inconvenience to us to have to deal with it, hence the lower review, but their professionalism after the incident was decent so I amended the review..***** Apparently they disconnected our washing machine from the drain line and put a cloth in its place. And didn't remove it. And didn't tell us it was there before they left.....so , my partner started a load of laundry shortly after 9 that evening and guess what, we suddenly heard a loud alarm. Cuz we have water leak detection behind our washer and behind the fridge ..both were going off. We jumped out of bed anf saw our entire laundry room and kitchen covered with water and it must have traveled under the walls into our madter bedroom closet and even living room! We are very disappointed. The negligence has caused a severe water incident that we do not have the time or money to fix ourselves!

Brandon came out to do a fix on my shower valve, and did an excellent job. He was professional, arrived on time, provided excellent workmanship, even wore covers over his shoes when he came in the house. The prices are very reasonable compared to others, and I feel like it’s the best value of any plumber in town hands-down.

I highly recommend A+ Plumbing because 1. The owner (Steve) took time to help Me understand what to expect for my project. 2. The technician (Brandon) was - Punctual, polite, and patient - Brandon replaced my old kitchen sink/faucet and new pipes in about 2 hours. He was very focused on his work and meticulous down to the caulking. 3. The integrity of the owner and his technicians are why I trust this company and their rates are reasonable fair and Honest.

I’d give them 20 stars if I could. RAD Plumbing was amazing. I called this morning and spoke with Debbie who was so sweet and then Rob, one of the owners, called me back. He was incredibly responsive and communicative. I really wanted an estimate over the phone so I didn’t waste time, and he kindly gave me a range but said he would happily come over to provide an accurate quote. I was scared about it continuing to leak and flood and he went through the process of draining the tank (free of charge) even though he knew I was still getting other quotes. Rad Plumbing was by far the most reasonable cost wise, very responsive and went out of his way to be helpful. Call Rob if you have any plumbing needs!

I love Rad Plumbing! Not just because the name is cool but Brandon, the plumber who came out, was great!
