After the inspection was completed, we got to go over the details personally with the team and get their professional status report on the condition of the homes plumbing. We received great news, no damage aside from a failing water softener. We ended up purchasing the home and moving in on July 9th. We reached back out to Gold Star to get the water softener replaced and Gold Star once again provided us with exceptional customer service and a great price compared to the other licensed plumbers. During the install I was at work but their installer named Rey was extremely kind and professional to my girlfriend and our daughter. He personally called me after the install was completed to let me know it was finished and to tell me how to service the new system. Rey also had to retrofit the new system and he did amazing work and the lines are all smooth and tight. We can 100% tell the difference in the water quality and we are thankful once again to Gold Star for their fair pricing and for the quality service they provide to their community. We were on a tight timeline and needed some complicated plumbing work completed quickly. Vincent arrived on-site exactly when he said he would and walked the job with us. He gave a rough quote on the spot, and that quote ended up being the exact amount we were billed — no surprises. This was a complex web of 50 year old cast iron and copper drains for an upper floor as well as the new bathroom being remodeled. When he showed up in a clean white shirt, clean pants, and a festive Christmas hat, I honestly thought, “He doesn’t look like he’s ready for dirty cast iron sewer drain work.” But the next day, he and Chris came prepared, got right to work, and completed the entire project in one day. It would have been best to list the labor separate from the materials after the job is complete. Next time try and separate your labor rates on your actual invoices. Your accounting/billing system (Service Titan) will allow you to do that. I know time spent waiting for parts at the supply houses in Flagstaff take time and are always billed at the same rate. They did show up as scheduled, and clearly had the experience needed for a job like this. We will definitely use them again.

Micheal Malone is the plumber who removed an old water softener and hauling it away. He then put in an attachment securing the lines. This makes it very easy to install a new softener when the time comes. He is with Gold Star Plumbing & Drain who responded to my request quickly. In this case, the next day. The price to do that was very reasonable and there is a two year warranty on the work performed today. I needed a new shower regulating device inside the wall of my old house. I called Before & After and they sent our Mauricio. He told me what I needed and what it would cost. I thought about it a few days and called them back to schedule the installation. Mauricio took it apart to see what configuration was needed, knew where to find it (not Home Depot), went to pick it up, and returned to install the whole assembly perfectly. I should have done this a year ago, but sometimes it’s a good idea to wait a year to make sure that the work done was really well done. I had a sewerline breach and they had to replace the 60s foot section that ran onto the alley. I talked to five different places before I landed on Pink Plumbing. Chris spent a half hour on the phone selling the value of what they were doing. In the end, they beat the other guys by over $1000 on a $12,000 job, I got a better quality pike, and got the work done the very next day. They didn’t leave a mess behind and that was important to me. Chris was on site to make sure it went well. There are a lot of fake reviews out there, but this is not one of them. If I need a plumber again (and I’m sure I will) I’m calling Pink Plumbing.

My garbage disposal blew out Sunday night (Mother's Day). I had only planned to be in Phoenix for two days to help go through the home of my recently passed mother. In addition to the disposal, I had discovered a few other plumbing issues that needed to be fixed. I called Pink at 8 am Monday and they immediately scheduled my appt that day for a 2 hr window AND confirmed via BOTH text and email: This is The Way!!! (Another plumber I contacted said they would call, but never did). When Lou and Aiden arrived, they were pleasant, courteous, wore booties to protect my floor, listened intently to my description of the issues, quickly offered options and solutions, quoted me a more than fair estimate for the work, and then eagerly got right to work! The space under the kitchen sink was SPARKLING after they finished the garbage disposal! :) After finishing the original items on my list, they also discovered a leaky valve (that I thought had already been fixed but hadn't) that was soldered copper pipe! But they fixed this item too, very quickly and again for a very reasonable price. These guys were so thoughtful and sharp, I feel like my mom in heaven had a hand in all of this given the probability of the disposal going out on Mom's Day, and over the only 2 days I was in town, and with being able to get all the plumbing items fixed in one day, and by such a WONDERFUL team: Thank you for helping me out Lou, Aiden (my own son's name), and Pink!!!
