The service was at one of my rental properties, and he took the time to explain proper garbage disposal use to the tenant and then updated me afterward. I recently had All Time Plumbing back out for a water heater issue. Robert was the tech who came out. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The problem was diagnosed and was resolved in a timely manner, in and out. I will always call All Time for any water or sewer issues. Just can’t beat the quality of service they provide. My family and I contacted Gold Star this past June to get a full plumbing inspection for a home we wanted to purchase. Gold Star quickly got us on their schedule and they sent out two gentleman named Anthony and Jake. Anthony quickly got to work on the exterior of the home while Jake began his inspection inside the home. After the inspection was completed, we got to go over the details personally with the team and get their professional status report on the condition of the homes plumbing. We received great news, no damage aside from a failing water softener. We ended up purchasing the home and moving in on July 9th. We reached back out to Gold Star to get the water softener replaced and Gold Star once again provided us with exceptional customer service and a great price compared to the other licensed plumbers. During the install I was at work but their installer named Rey was extremely kind and professional to my girlfriend and our daughter. He personally called me after the install was completed to let me know it was finished and to tell me how to service the new system. Rey also had to retrofit the new system and he did amazing work and the lines are all smooth and tight. We can 100% tell the difference in the water quality and we are thankful once again to Gold Star for their fair pricing and for the quality service they provide to their community. The service technician was friendly and courteous. I recently found out that my previous plumber did not install my water heater properly. It was not to code. Paul drained my tank and reinstalled the water heater properly. He did a nice clean job. They did such a nice job, we had them back. We needed 2 new faucets and drains installed in our bathroom. They took care of the installation including new shutoff valves. Everything turned out great, and was superior to our old system by a lot.

Micheal Malone is the plumber who removed an old water softener and hauling it away. He then put in an attachment securing the lines. This makes it very easy to install a new softener when the time comes. He is with Gold Star Plumbing & Drain who responded to my request quickly. In this case, the next day. The price to do that was very reasonable and there is a two year warranty on the work performed today. I would definitely recommend Gold Star Plumbing to everyone who needs any kind of Plumbing service. Thank you Michael Malone and Gold Star Plumbing. The receptionists I spoke with are very accommodating and helpful making this task far more easy than I thought it would be.

We recently had Drip Plumbing complete a full sewer line replacement from inside our new commercial building out to the city line. They got the project started quickly and finished right on schedule. Communication was excellent throughout the process—they were very informative and kept us updated every step of the way. Crew who I worked with onsite was great—professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Cleanup was handled well, and the quality of work was excellent. We did run into a small adjustment that my contractors noticed during the rebuild phase, but when I called Crew he was back within 15 minutes to make it right. Overall, Drip Plumbing did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Landon was absolutely amazing. This has been by far the best experience with a plumber. He was confident, reassuring, and extremely detail oriented. He took his time and would not leave until he know the drain was completely clear. I don’t know what he’s getting paid but he definitely needs a raise. I would use this plumbing service forever just because of him.

We would give this company a 10 star rating if we could. They are absolutely amazing. From their committed employees to their superior work ethic, which we thought was long gone. What a welcome change! Our initial internet inquiry received an immediate telephone response from Christy, who was very friendly, professional and funny. She made us feel at ease and comfortable working with the company. She immediately set up an appointment for us for the following day. Ken came the following day, again very friendly and professional, looked at the project, which consisted of installing new water and sewer lines into a small closet in order to install a stackable washer and dryer. He gave us a fair, very competitive quote in writing. We followed up with Efren, who was again friendly and professional and scheduled the work. Manny and his brother Elias came and did the job, again very friendly and professional. There was a slight hiccup, but Ken came right out and made sure the problem was promptly resolved. EZ Flow Plumbing took full and complete responsibility for the problem and promptly corrected it. Then when our contractor came to install the electrical and the appliances, there was a problem with the placement of the water box. Once again, Ken was back and right then and there personally corrected the problem. Overall, our interactions with Christy, Efren, Manny, Elias, Spencer and especially Ken were all outstanding. Good help is very hard to find these days and EZ Flow Plumbing has certainly selected their people well. Thank you again for your outstanding service. Because of Cody Morgan's initial work, I hired Gold Star Plumbing a second time and specifically requested Cody. This was a much larger project—over $8,000 on a residential building. Cody arrived on time, worked professionally, and went above and beyond by fixing several additional issues at no extra charge, even though he could have easily billed for them. What truly stood out was his dedication. He shared that he had been in the ER until 4:30 a.m. for his own medical issue, yet still showed up at 9:00 a.m. as scheduled and delivered excellent work. He has also offered to come back in a few months for a follow-up check and to inspect my drains at no charge, which shows that he genuinely values long-term relationships and takes great care of his customers. Cody is a true professional, and I highly recommend him. Adrian assisted Cody on this project and was truly impressive. He worked with care and precision, followed direction seamlessly, and addressed multiple issues along the way. Most notably, he stabilized an outdoor pipe fixture that had been wobbly for some time, securing it so solidly that it should easily stand up to the harsh Arizona heat. Adrian carries himself with clear professionalism, a strong work ethic, and an eye for detail. I was very impressed with FloPro. Nick and his son were awesome. Very informative and upfront about their price for the job and the explanation of what the job entailed. I had to have some work done on my bathtub faucets and the pipes/hoses connecting them. Extremely impressed, I scheduled another unrelated job with them!

Shawn Henry was brilliant, so well educated in his expertise of plumbing. We first met Shawn at Home _____. He installed a water heater dismantled and carried away the old one. A couple years later our Manablock water system needed rebuilding. He analyzed the issue reconfigured all parts and rebuilt the entire system with confidence. Another plumber wanted 30k to replumb our entire home. Shawn was confidant and knew his suppliers and guaranteed perfection. That's exactly what he honored. He is honest, conscientious and knowledgeable and a really fine human being you can trust. We are grateful elders who gave him a chance and he was our rock star in time of need. Always Plumbing was referred to me by a family member when I needed to determine if I had a leak in my garage.
