James from All Hours Plumbing did an absolutely fantastic job fixing my sewer line. I had a serious root clog in my pipes, and they had to dig 6 feet deep to reach and repair the issue. James and his team used a camera inspection and high-pressure water jet to clear out the roots, and they worked nonstop, even in the intense summer heat, to get the job done. The entire repair took about 5 hours, and impressively, they came back later that same night to fully rinse and clean the pipe 75 feet all the way to the drainage system. They didn’t take any deposits upfront, left the site clean, and only took payment after walking me through the finished work and showing me the whole pipe on camera. Their professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic really stood out. You can tell they care about quality service. Their prices were more than fair, and the respect and honesty they brought to the job were refreshing way better than the big companies. I would like to give a glowing recommendation to James. On Saturday, October 12th, a there was need for an emergency plumbing call roughly 11:30 pm. Hours were spent by my husband and I, trying to mitigate this and after a frantic yelp and google search, I stumbled across All Hours Plumbing. I have never been so thankful for such a responsive, kind and fair priced company such as this. Within 20 minutes of my call, James arrived and replaced 2 valves, checked our PRV, explained the water mains, you name it. James is the definition of what any company strives for and that is a truly remarkable and personable service. One of the worst nights turned immediately around, all due to James’ customer service, talents and general personality. He was not only shockingly fast at arriving, but he was so kind with his knowledge and his demeanor was nothing short of perfect. Additionally, the hot water tank gas line was accidentally shut off midst the panic prior to calling and we only realized a day or so afterwards when there was no hot water. I attempted to contact the plumbing company and owner who installed our new heater (installed May 2025) to have no return call and an inoperable phone number. I figured why not send a text to James in hopes of a response. James not only helped via text but stopped by our home after his work day to help ensure that the pilot was lit and helped educate me on how to do so. I cannot stress this enough, James is the sole reason why we will be working with All Hours for any and all plumbing needs. He deserves the highest praise and recognition. I called Trident to set up a an appointment for a quote on a new laundry sink supply, faucet and drain install. The price was reasonable and they were able to take care of it right after. My cast iron drain lines underneath my house has reached its end of life and I needed replacement. I initially was thinking it was going to be a teardown mess because of the need to break-up the flooring and concrete underneath and lots of digging to get access to all the drain lines. I was pleasantly surprise to learned that there is an alternative way which minimizes teardown and it is called trenchless drain line replacement. There are different versions of this technology but I choose to install new drain line for the whole house. After research, I decided on Phoenix Pipelining Trenchless Drain Pros/Flow Tech Plumbing as they have excellent Google reviews and many happy customers. Working with Tyler from scheduling the job to completion end, I am pleased with the job completion results. Tyler is very knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, and he and his crew will do whatever it takes to make you comfortable in your house as the work is being done. Although the job by its very nature is messy, they took all the necessary precautions to masked all affected walls and flooring. The crew was organized and neat while performing their work. Clean-up was thorough. So if you are in need to replace an old drain line and looking for a company that is very experienced with trenchless pipe replacement and at a fair price, give Tyler a call and he will take care of you.

Owner/operator (Devin Peterson) was very pleasant and experienced! My tank hot water was replaced with a tankless hot water heater. Great job! And at a reasonable price in today’s market. In and out installing the tankless water heater in 2 hours. Removed the tank water heater the night before in about 45 minutes (I had already drained it myself the night before). At first I was skeptical about the service they said they provided but my experience turned out to be great. When Javier, the technician, showed up he was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He inspected the area carefully and chose the best possible course of action. He had assistance from another technician, and together they worked to clear the blockage. While they were working, they showed me a camera view of the blockage and later the clean pipe after the work was completed, which I really appreciated. I want to start off by saying that if you're looking for a plumbing company that offers a clear and upfront price, Plumbing Master's is not it. Our shower handle broke off yesterday; we had expected another plumbing company to come do the job, but that did not go as planned. I was at work and my wife had just gotten home and was worried about our children showering tonight. Being the caring husband that I am, I wanted to ease my wife's worries away. I took it upon myself to google a local plumber and that's where I found Plumber Master's. Long story short my wife agreed to get the job done on her own self will and I do not disagree with her just wanting to fix the issue. The problem here is that when I got home at 5:30pm my wife told me what we were going to be charged. Come to find out the price was going to be close to $700 for just the cartridge to be replaced. After finding this out, I took it upon myself to speak with the plumber that had just arrived from picking up the replacement cartridge (originally arrived at 430p, returned approximately at 545pm with part). After a lot of back and forth with the plumber and me trying to get clarification on why we were being charged this amount, he tried to him justify to me that it includes fees on his experience, gas, mileage (to my location and to pick up parts), for dispatch, insurance and parts. After all this was said and done, I asked him based on his experience how long this job would have taken if he had the part with him and his response was $50 for the part and 10 mins to replace cartridge. I responded that the price wasn't reasonable to me, and I felt a job like this would cost about $300 to $400 based on the information he relayed. He continued trying to justify the reason why I was being charged so much and kept referring back to the cost of the company's expenses. I kept on reiterating to him that I was being worried about the job being done in my home and not the company's; and how it was affecting me and my pocket. I repeated multiple times that we were going to pay the full amount he asked for because my wife agreed, but that I was going to write a review to let others know of this situation in hopes to help someone not make the same mistake. It seems to me this is not the first time this has happened based on his reaction and debating demeanor. In my opinion this was unprofessional debating with a customer and not addressing the customer's concerns. Having experience in customer service when I run into a situation that is out of my control, I reach out to my supervisor for advice on how to handle the situation. My concern here was the lack of clear information regarding the work that was going to be done. I would've liked a break down from cost of parts to labor and other charges to be able to assess and have made a better decision. If my wife would've known ahead of time that she was going to get charged for a $50 part (that took him an hour to get) in a 10-minute job, she possibly would have looked for another company to have serviced our needs. There's a lot of information being left out, but the meat and potatoes of it all is that I feel you're going to get overcharged. So please ask for specific details on exactly what you're getting charged for. I will not be using Plumber Master's services again.

Last Saturday, December 13, 2025 my water heater went out and I found this company online. It had a great star rating, and I'm happy to say they live by this rating. A person by the name of: Levi came to my home in Phoenix, and analyzed the problem. My water heater was leaking water, and told me I would need a new water heater. You always hate it when someone tells you that because your first thought is their trying to get more money out of you, but that wasn't the case here. Levi was willing to let me check with other companies if I felt they had another solution. Anyway, to make a long story short I went with Plumbing Masters and I am so happy I did. It was worth the money of a new water heater, and Levi did a great job of installing it. He stayed late into the night and never once complained considering it was Saturday. He never rushed and always answered my questions that I had as he worked on installing the heater. He was highly professional and aimed to please. It took him about a little over an hour to install the water heater and was now almost 8 o'clock at night. He cleaned up the area around him so nothing was left behind. He was friendly and professional to the very end. I would definitely use this company again for any of my plumbing needs. Thanks Levi again for your great work!

Carter did a great job of fixing my broken water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. He diagnosed the problem with the WH and found that the needed parts were located in Gilbert, AZ. I'm in Maricopa, AZ, Carter drove to Gilbert, AZ and then returned with the parts in order to finish the job before the day was over. I really appreciate the extra effort that Carter showed in order to get the job done on the same day. It's great to have hot water again !! I would recommend Carter and Echo Plumbing to anyone.
