Dave is a absolute wonderful person who has decades of experience and loves his community. His prices are unmatched and I am very happy he is still around for the services he offers. I was in distress with my kitchen sink and was trying to do the work myself. I have a handicap that doesn't help the situation. I called Sierra Sewer & Drain and Dave came out in a very acceptable time frame and helped me clean the drain and put it all back together. I really appreciate you, your family for servicing Sierra Vista. If this plumber helps anyone reading this you will receive the same wonderful service, I am absolutely convinced!

My landlord is sending this plumber out to fix something and he just called to let me know he's running late; like only about 15 minutes. That makes Sierra Sewer & Drain the most professional tradesman they've had come out.

Dave is the absolute best!!! Always makes sure the job is done correctly and lets you know what is going on every step of the way. We had an incompetent person come to our house and made everything twice as bad as it was before he started. Dave was here promptly the next day and fixed the other guy's mistakes in short time. Highly recommended.

We love Eagle Plumbing! Fast, responsive and always able to fix any plumbing issue you can imagine. Our recent experience with David Meredith was no exception. We sent him over to my elderly parents place to deal with a serious clog in their plumbing and not only did he fix the issue, but David took the time to have a great conversation with my dad while he did the work. We just had Eagle Plumbing perform a a difficult repair to our in-floor radiant heating system. Ben Serna, an employee of Eagle Plumbing, performed the repair. Ben worked for close to ten hours in two days to do the work. He is, without doubt, a hard working employee. He never loses his concentration and when he encounters an obstacle, he figures it out and moves on. We are thoroughly pleased with the work performed by Ben and the Eagle Plumbing group. P.S. Dony, the original owner of Eagle Plumbing, installed all of our plumbing when our home was built in 2001, 2002. He would be so pleased of the company today.

**Update** Original technician was able to come out to troubleshoot the issue. Still no hot water for today.. still frustrated this wasn’t checked on the first trip, but glad he eventually came back. Raising to 4 stars. ———————— The good: Technician was early to appointment. Seemed knowledgeable on this issue we were having. Quickly got to work. The frustrating: Technician left at 10:30am to retrieve parts… to fix hot water lines 1:40pm.. still no update. I had to call the office to see where the technician was. Technician called me back right away to let me know he was on his way… this was conflicting with another appointment I had scheduled for this day & it would have been nice to have better communication. I had to cancel my other personal appointment in order to accommodate the plumber. Technician made it back, installed part, I paid & they left promptly without ensuring I had hot water, so to my surprise an hour later, I noticed I had no hot water. I called the office to see if someone could come back out… The office was all smiles & reassurance that someone would swing by after they finished another job in the area. Nobody as I type this has stopped by & their offices are closed. Very convenient! Boy, what great customer service to leave a customer without hot water & just say, “Sorry, it’s quitting time… just enjoy your cold water!” I’ve lost money here… I would not recommend this company unless they go above & beyond to correct this. If they do, I’ll gladly fix my rating & review. Please know. I’m a real person writing this… who works a job & just needed their hot water line fixed to do things like take a shower, or wash my dishes & expected it to be done the day it was scheduled. That didnt happen & I’m left completely disappointed & frustrated & $450 poorer.

The service tech was nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, never told me what was broken with my old kitchen faucet. Replaced it with the new one I had bought just in case. Cist almost $500.00 for a very simple change of hardware. I scheduled an after 12noon service call for a reason. I was called at 0750 in the morning to be told that they would take my "request" into account. I nearly cancelled then and I should have. Book another plumber that doesn't price gouge. And answers poor reviews. If you look, Rite-Way only has responded to the happy reviews.

Javi and Jason were great! The teamwork with several people that came out to assist was truly amazing. They ran into some challenges due to the previous installation (not done by Rite Way) and they were able to fix everything. It looks amazing, it’s quiet, and Javi walked me through the thermostats WiFi set up and the app set up on my phone. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

We had such a wonderful experience with Rite Way Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. Late yesterday evening, our thermostat stopped working. Our house gets extremely hot during the day, and I truly can’t sleep if it’s warm, so we called the number listed on the wall unit. It connected us to an AI-style menu where my husband left all of our details. I honestly went to bed assuming I’d be trying to figure it out myself today and hoping we might get help sometime within the next week if we were lucky. To my surprise, I received a call first thing this morning to schedule a technician for today. I’m so sorry I don’t remember the coordinator’s name, but she was incredibly sweet and kind. I called back about an hour later and spoke with another coordinator who was just as helpful and friendly. Around 1:30 p.m., our technician Robert called to let us know he would arrive within 17–30 minutes — and he showed up exactly when he said he would. That call-ahead meant so much. It allowed me to put our animals away and step away from work without stress, which I really appreciated. Robert was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. Whenever I allow someone into my home, I want to feel safe and comfortable — and I absolutely did. That matters more than anything. We will absolutely be using Rite Way in the future and will be referring other families to them. We’re planning a home upgrade within the next six months, and when we’re ready, Rite Way will be the first call we make. Highly recommend!

We required the installation of a shower door, so we contacted Lowe’s to inquire about the availability of installers. They informed us that they did not have installers for our location in Bisbee, Arizona. However, Lowe’s mentioned that they could provide a couple of referrals for companies that their customers had previously used and had positive experiences with. The first referral did not service our area. Subsequently, we reached out to Integrity Plumbing Solutions and were pleased to find that they did service our area in Bisbee, Arizona. We scheduled an appointment, and they were able to provide a two-hour timeframe, which they adhered to. This was reassuring as the timeframe was not a standard 8 to 5 window. On the day of the appointment, they called us with a GPS update as they approached our location. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They arrived with all the necessary tools and equipment, eliminating the need to make a trip to ACE during the job. The installation proceeded smoothly and looks fantastic. They adjusted the door perfectly. At the conclusion of the job, they conducted a thorough cleanup, even breaking down the boxes and removing them from the site, for which we were very appreciative. The pricing was very reasonable. We will certainly consider using their services again. 3/8/2026

I had a fantastic experience with this plumbing team! This husband-and-wife duo replaced our water pressure regulator valve, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Will is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly knows his craft. He explained everything, did the job efficiently, and—most importantly—charged a fair price without any price gouging. His wife, Sarah, was just as wonderful. She was extremely kind and professional, and she made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly when the job was done. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really stood out to me. It’s rare to find contractors who are both this skilled and this honest. You feel like you’re talking to friends. If you want quality work from genuinely good people, I highly recommend them!

Integrity plumbing solutions is great. I needed my bathtub faucet replaced and he came out, answered all my questions and concerns. He was able to come back to install them the next day. He was very efficient and explained everything to me and why. I really appreciate that.I highly recommend him. His wife is great with helping him and she cleaned up after he was done.

We have a 27 year old house that needed upgrades to bathroom faucets and supply lines. We also needed a new, larger water shut-off at the meter near the street. The team was incredibly responsive when we were shopping quotes, and were one of the few who actually contacted us back when shopping around. Additionally, the office manager was prompt and thorough in getting in contact with us when we wanted to schedule the work. Finally, the installation crew were professional, prepared, quick, and neat, working well into a Friday evening to get the job done vs. deferring until a later date. Highly Recommend and will use them again.

Job well done by Dave and the folks at Sierra Vista Plumbing, Inc. Needed two new water heaters, had one from 2013, the other from 1994! Tied into a circulating system that few wanted to touch, the plumbing is cleaned up and presentable enough that I am leaving the closet doors open to appreciate it.
