They came out to do our kitchen sink (it was clogged) From the time i called him to the time he got here was 2 hours. He was very nice, and got right to work 45mins later he was done. And it was not bad price for a SAT 5pm job. Its nice they are 24 hours. A++ And i sure would suggest him to friends and family.

Excellent services and a great price, minimum is $80 an hour and they don't go crazy with add on charges. What was normally a $400+ visit with another company, I only paid $104. Definitely replacing my plumber contact to Action Plumbing of Yuma!

Preston arrived earlier than expected which was great and appreciated. He was polite, knowledgeable and was very neat in his clean uniform. We discussed the present problems and the past work that had been done on our parking lot drain. Preston described what our drain problems were and some solutions with prices to resolve the issues. He also had some interesting ways we might improve our parking issues. All of the Thrift Shop workers commented on how likeable and personable Preston was. Area plumbing did a great job coordinating and scheduling. They do the thing where they send a picture Of the plumber before he arrives so I know who to expect. Preston was extremely professional informative. Not only did he help fix the problems that he educated me on why some of my other issues should be addressed in the near future after an inspection. My dad had a plumbing issue at his house and I called and set up the repair And was told he would be there in the next hour or two. It was actually only 20 minutes and he was there! He came so fast and even though it Was my dad’s pool pump and they didn’t fix pool pumps he turned it off and made sure everything was secure and there was no water leaking anywhere. The company I originally purchased from didn’t have an on-call plumber, so I reached out to Roto-Rooter Plumbing based on their excellent reviews, even though I had never used their services before. When you call for weekend emergencies, you’re assisted by an outside service, but they quickly connected me with Anthony, who was attentive and professional. He reassured me that my issue would be addressed as soon as possible. The technician—whose name I believe was Michael—arrived quickly and immediately fixed the problem. He provided excellent customer service, was very professional, and made a stressful situation much easier. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received and will definitely use Roto-Rooter Plumbing again in the future.

PHD Plumbing was amazing!! I needed extensive work done at my new home. Les came out to give me a estimate for the work. I had other companies come out also. I instantly knew to go with PHD. Les explained everything in detail and they did an amazing job. I will only call them for any of my plunbing needs. Highly recommend.

I called to request a couple mixer valves be repaired or replaced and a new toilet installation. They came and did a quick estimate of the required repairs and returned to do the job in the next couple days. Their work was well done, problem solved.

First two jobs were done well and I rated bedroom blind installation and bathroom flooring as excellent. Kitchen cabinet removal and installation was slowed because the new cabinets weren’t readily available. Completed kitchen installation was OK but very little attempt was made to make the surrounding wall space in a finished state.

American Eagle is top notch! Installed a hot water heater and was fast and reliable. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

I hired American Eagle to complete a bathroom remodel at a rental property I own. Pros: They did a nice job with the remodel. The tile work looks really nice. Cons: 1. They began work on the remodel on Sept. 22 and didn't finish the project until Dec. 21. It was only 2 small bathrooms (showers, toilets, vanities and cupboards). I know they ran into a few problems, but 3 months to finish the project turned the project from a hassle into a hardship. I felt like they worked on this when they didn't have any other projects to work on. They did give me a 5% discount off my final payment because it took so long, but that ended up being a couple of hundred dollars. 2. The workers dumped the concrete into the outside courtyard. I asked them about it and was told they poured it there because there was no grass in that area. I imagine that I am going to have a really hard time getting grass to grow there now that it's full of concrete. (see attached pic) 3. They left the old toilets out on the curb with a "free" sign on them instead of taking them to the dump. 4. In their rush to finish the job, they didn't finish screwing in the hardware additionally the doors didn't line up. They had to go back to finally finish the job and finish some caulking that wasn't completed.

The employees at Sun Power Plumbing are knowledgeable and are friendly. I have used them for the last 4 years and have always had a great experience from the office staff to the techs that come out.

Our toilet decided to keep flushing itself continuously without stopping one day so after shutting off the water to the toilet we called these guys. Keep in mind that before this little problem, our toilet always had very strong water pressure and you only needed to flush once. So these guys came to take a look and replaced some parts which supposedly fixed the problem. After they left one of our staff members tried to use the restroom and before they sat down to do their business they tested if the toilet was flushing properly, but it would not flush. So we called them again and a "supervisor" came to check on things. He went in there and got it to flush again. Once again one of our staff members tried using it and it was NOT FLUSHING. The next day we called these guys again and they sent over another person. He said he fixed the problem and left. While the toilet is now flushing it has very little water pressure and the flush is so weak that it takes 2-3 flushes just to flush a little bit of toilet paper. So it is now 3:40 pm and I called these guys once again to let them know that the toilet is still not working properly, but I got the answering service and apparently they are gone for the day. I don't know who gave these guys a license, but I have to say that these guys are a sorry bunch of plumbers who do not take pride in a job done right. They have demonstrated through their own lacking action that they don't care if their work is sub standard. Thoroughly disappointed.

Our water heater started to leak. The unit was still within the warranty period. We contacted the AO Smith personnel and they put us in touch with the local warranty dealer. They recommended Jorge's Plumbing. We had used other plumbers in the past for the same problem but were not pleased with the servce or price. Jorge sent a plumber within an hour. I had drained the unit and all he needed to do was remove it and pick up the new one. The plumber, I believe was Carlos, did an excellent job and we were back in business within 2 hours.

I had overestimated my ability and underestimated the amount of time it would take to install a new sink and vanity in my bathroom, especially considering the more than 50-year-old cast-iron pipe in the wall.
